另一道main-德國脆皮鹹豬手配蜜糖芥末籽亦是高水準之作,特別喜歡旁邊的薯仔,焗得好香香,入面軟綿口感,但外層薯仔皮脆得來帶蜜糖香😋另外豬手超香脆,唔單止外皮好香脆,連肉的外層都係脆皮!但肉入面保留了肉汁,而且texture幾淋香,鹹度適中。(個人最怕好鹹嘅豬手!)

They have a "covid menu" which provides a long list of choices with very competitive prices, I just had to try them out before they are cancelled. They have other menus too, I just don't have them here.

The food
I got myself I) 自家制牛肉漢堡煎蛋飯 ($52) as one of my alternative to luncheon meat egg rice which I wanted to eat. It took around 10 mins from order to food appearing. It took me 5 minute to get back home and the food was still warm to hot when we opened the boxes, it must have been very hot too (see the condensation) and you can tell it was freshly prepared.

The thickness of the burger steak was thicker than the fork, yes.. the egg was nice, the side veggies were nicely stirred fried I presume, the only thing I didn't get was what the dark sauce mixed with rice... it didn't taste like soy sauce.. or anything... it only has colour... I guess it's something new like "de-salted" soy sauce?? Doubt there's such a thing but o well, maybe they thought soy sauce wouldn't go along with the burger steak. But I am still curious what "sauce" it was.

Comes with the meal with no additional $$$. It's not the best Iced lemon tea I had, but it's average and acceptable. No complaints.

The service
It's take away, and you can pay with many different types of payment there. Unlike the hotdog zeppelxxx which only accepts cash... it's a bum.
Here, they once did not accept food orders by phone anymore, my guess what some "A-hole" ordered and did not come to pay and get the food?? But now they accept phone orders again, which is very convenient and saves time for genuine customers (like myself haha).

Did I get a stomach-ache after eating?

Never, at least for all the take-aways I had here.  I hope it stays that way ~~

Would I go there again?
Hell yeh, I will keep on trying other foods too.
