才11月底 黃埔已經很有聖誕氣氛在黃埔號拍完打卡照後就去對面的美食坊看看有什麼好吃的美食坊有好多餐廳 最後我們選了Boring晚市有三款價位的set dinner由178到298不等都有餐湯 前菜 主菜 飲品 價錢合理是日餐湯 南瓜蕃茄湯 口感非常幼滑黑松露泡沫忌廉野菌湯野菌味道非常濃郁 加上黑松露味道更提升溫泉蛋帶子黑松露沙律溫泉蛋完美流心 加上黑松露醬很香濃香煎帶子也很大隻鮮甜因為是刺身級帶子 不是全熟都好好味法式低溫慢煮乳鴿 這個前菜好有水準 乳鴿超嫩滑又多汁低溫油封鴨髀鴨髀皮脆肉厚 肉汁豐富旁邊的薯仔伴碟牛油味濃如果醬汁味道再酸點會更好美式BBQ汁焗原條牛肋骨平常bbq豬肋骨就吃得多 牛肋骨這個配搭比較少見牛肉軟嫩多汁 bbq醬汁非常惹味 但沒有蓋過牛肉的香氣 這道菜100分!Hawaii / Silence Moon點了兩杯特飲味道都不錯
