煎法國鯛魚看似沒甚問題,肉算是幼滑味又不見腥氣。只是肉和那荷蘭汁好像有點不太相襯....

好了,正當小友在大快朶頤之際,忽然面色一變,隔了一陣,就將口中的魚肉硬生生吐了出來....

發生了甚麼事 ? 原來是肉中竟有細骨還未全取去.....在這一種級數的餐廳,怎能犯上如斯的錯誤的 ?

侍者看在眼裡,馬上走過來陪過不是,說可以給我們換一碟新的....但此時小弟心情已被徹底打沉了,都沒有mood再繼續吃,此刻換來幹甚 ?

再看我的波士頓龍蝦扁意粉伴龍蝦汁,賣相亂糟糟的像急著收工落雨收柴般,一看就登時大皺眉頭....

不錯,龍蝦肉是帶微爽甜度亦可,醬汁亦滲出了一點來自海鮮的甜味來....但單看到那賣相擺碟,再加上碟底那水汪汪的狀態,以及絕不算 al dente的linguine,若說這是出自於米芝蓮餐廳的出品,實在是令人匪夷所思....

為表歉意,侍者說這焦糖布丁是free的 (說實在,光以其主食的水準,要小弟再去點甜品,簡直是浪費時間及金錢)....

試了一口布丁,夠滑,有蛋香。家母說太甜,我說這一種甜食是真的要如斯的惹甜的....

今天下午女友jessica want to have a good lunch, I think Kwun Tong had a famous and fancy restaurant call Briketenia, so we go there to have a fancy lunch.Set lunch has so many choice, my gf pick a Briketenia Salad bar, 我想大部份的女孩子也喜歡吃沙律吧,她說這裏的沙律吧的choice很多, 我看到她吃得高高興興的!我自己挑了一個燒吞拿魚沙律配芒果莎莎醬,燒吞拿魚是厚切的,既鮮甜又美味!我和女友不約而同的都叫了青口煑意粉,原來青口是每天法國新鮮運到的,真的很新鮮加上蕃笳忌廉汁,真的十分入味,而且意粉每一條都很軟,味道又香又濃!精選甜品是法式焦糖燉蛋,又香又滑我們都很滿意!

意粉飯揀左香煎帶子牛肝菌意大利飯,點呢個二人餐真係超值,好飽肚,完全唔似平時覺得唔夠飽要食糖水醫肚,牛肝菌意大利飯以前未食試過,菌味好重,係濕飯,未必岩每個人口味,但上菜時熱辣辣而且好香,賣相好精巧,兩個人都分哂碟飯食,好好胃口。

甜品為一碟四款簡單小cake,cheese cake、chocoate mousse cake、香芋雪米糍,一定有款岩口味,順帶一提我叫左杯凍奶茶,發現佢用椰奶有別平常,幾特別,幾好飲。埋單580,足料推薦

最後點左個西班牙黑毛豬伴藜麥及薯蓉,黑毛豬肉質一般都係比較軟稔稔而且同瘦肉部分平均,所以切厚的都唔怕硬,咬落有肉汁流出既感覺。另外做豬扒用既都係脊骨位,近脊骨位置肉味重之餘,會有的果香味再配上自制醬汁,味道簡潔得黎保留返豬肉味道,非常值得推薦喜歡食豬既朋友試下,薯蓉同藜麥帶出另外兩種口感都好適中。
