大家應該對尖沙咀的韓國街並不陌生,但今天,和朋友不是去吃韓國餐,而是來到一個BV Kitchen吃一頓decent 的西餐哦!凱撒沙拉Caesar Salad ($98)只要去西餐廳,Caesar Salad一定是我必定會叫的前菜(除非那天是吃set dinner xd)。但很特別的,BV是我第一間見到是使用原條生菜的餐廳,連蒜蓉包都是整條的!生菜吃起來是爽脆爽脆,味道清甜不在話下,配上沙拉醬、蒜蓉包已經烤過的煙肉,好吃!P.S.凱撒沙拉原來不是沿自歐洲,而是屬於中美洲的墨西哥人所發明的。慢煮安格斯牛柳($288)去的時候看了一下餐廳的評價,發現大家都力推這個慢煮牛柳,所以這道菜一定要試試看,哈哈。整體食物造型非常漂亮,但看見牛肉好像看起來有點raw時,原本有點怕怕的。但原來牛柳咬下去是,入口嫩滑軟綿,而且肉汁豐富,牛味濃郁,充斥口腔,竟然是意想不到的好吃!配菜也相當不俗,焗薯和烤小番茄、燈籠椒等也做得很精緻。最後整碟連配菜都被我們吃光光。煙熏慢煮三文魚扒($248)再來一道慢煮菜式。三文魚扒煮的時間恰如其分,店員一打開蓋子是會冒出徐徐輕煙的!三文魚肉肥美嫩滑,完全不會覺得很乾,上乘之

值得一讃的是意大利飯煮得很不錯,軟硬度適中。因為如果煮得太軟就是去意大利飯的本質,煮得太硬又難以入口。整體配搭入味又好吃!
這裡晚上還會有人唱歌助慶呢,可惜我們那天撞不上表演的日子。我想吃著慢煮牛肉,聽著情歌,呷一口cocktail,太爽了!

漢堡先上來了 伴碟的有薯條 酸青瓜和醬汁
食漢堡我們不愛1層1層吃 1定要每1口都吃到所有配料才夠讚嘛

吃完主食 喝著1杯飲料 欣賞著整個環境
又過了1個愉快的晚上了!!

最近只要在尖沙咀逛街或約朋友,就會不自覺地走到山林道吃晚餐。這條小巷可謂高手雲集,吃過許多次不同的餐廳,暫時都是100%好評!這次來到位於山林道盡頭的BV Kitchen & Bar,餐廳自成一角,似乎和外面吵雜的環境互不交集,加上店內會有駐場歌手自彈自唱,頓時令氣氛變得溫馨和樂。店面採用開放式設計,既有以柔和燈光點綴的室內空間,也有能看街景的戶外位置,配合散發黃光的吊燈、牆壁上的酒瓶,對於情侶來說該是不錯的晚餐地點之選。因為出發前有提早訂位,所以馬上能入座。看到餐廳的格調和裝潢,原以為價位會比較高,沒想到價格以Bar來說算是蠻親民,一般主食大概$120-$170左右。之後再點兩杯Cocktail,店員推薦Amethyst和Six One O。Amethyst $118,是以雜莓打成的冰沙,入口酸甜度適中,果香味很重,尤其以草莓香氣最吸引。冰沙打得幼滑,但依然能保持水果原本的微細顆粒口感,配上杯沿的草莓果凍同吃,令口腔保持夏日的清爽感覺。Six One O $98,入口綠茶味頗香,豆奶味道也相當突出,杯沿的綠茶粉配合冰面的可可粉,建議拿起杯子直接飲用,才可以同時嚐到它的真正效果。田園沙

最近只要在尖沙咀逛街或約朋友,就會不自覺地走到山林道吃晚餐。這條小巷可謂高手雲集,吃過許多次不同的餐廳,暫時都是100%好評!
這次來到位於山林道盡頭的BV Kitchen & Bar,餐廳自成一角,似乎和外面吵雜的環境互不交集,加上店內會有駐場歌手自彈自唱,頓時令氣氛變得溫馨和樂。店面採用開放式設計,既有以柔和燈光點綴的室內空間,也有能看街景的戶外位置,配合散發黃光的吊燈、牆壁上的酒瓶,對於情侶來說該是不錯的晚餐地點之選。

兩款來自法國的生蠔,光看外觀已經非常吸引,飽滿的蠔肉極具光澤,而且頗大隻,要不是想多吃幾款主食,應該會再點幾隻吧!1865是香港少見的蠔款,幾乎是聽過沒吃過,入口感覺清爽,蠔味比想像中濃郁、甜美,而且味道會在口中停留較長時間,餘韻令人驚喜。Pinky的外殼呈淡淡的紫紅色澤,所以得名,目前是繼Gillardeau之後,最受法國米芝蓮廚師推薦的生蠔。Pinky入口金屬味較重,鮮中帶甜,又有點磨菇香氣在其中,是味道非常複雜卻令人沉迷的蠔類。

等了好一會, 期待已久的漢堡終於來了。這個脆香鵝肝黑安格斯牛肉漢堡配無花果黑醋汁, 份量十足! 牛肉的面積比漢堡包還要大, 超厚的牛肉非常多汁, 肉質鮮嫩而香滑, 不會實邦邦又不會散, 吃得出是上乘的牛肉。雖然不是很愛吃鵝肝, 怕的是肥膩, 不過這件又大又肥美的鵝肝, 外面煎得香脆, 也是非常好味!

吃飽之後我也完全捨不得離開, 因為表演的歌手唱歌實在太好聽了, 還演繹了好幾首本人很愛的歌手張敬軒的歌曲, 唱完一首又一首情歌, 叫人拍案叫絕, 最後我忍不住衝過去要求跟他們拍照留念。後尾傾談之後才發現, 原是他們是唱作歌手, 難怪歌聲這麼動人。

約左人出黎吹水,黎左尖咀嘅餐廳加酒吧,有得食又有得飲。loststar / wonderland,先黎兩杯mocktail,望落幾靚仔 loststar係grapefruit加檸檬茶,甜甜酸酸又香茶味,wonderland係荔枝沙冰加raspberry,cranberry等,仲有兩包爆炸糖,好飲又有趣。amethyst,雜莓沙冰,加入不少果肉,冰涼透心,粉紅色的又甜又浪漫。nasa,由cherry,grape等果汁再加少許酒精,呈透明狀,賣相靚靚又香甜易入口。再黎點主食先,先要左個蟹皇risotto,個人覺得飯嘅軟硬取得唔錯,蟹肉下得很多,creamy又鮮甜。慢煮安格斯牛柳配香蒜黑醋汁,友人點左呢款得獎名菜。牛柳嫩滑多肉汁,牛味十足,配菜有甜椒,蕃茄等,煮過後依然有口感爆汁。香煎黑鱈魚配芥末子忌廉汁兩塊黑鱈魚嫩滑香口,配菜同樣有甜椒,還有薯仔,用黎同忌廉汁同食不錯。煙薰慢煮三文魚伴大蒜忌廉汁,一打開個蓋真係好香煙薰味,三文魚好嫩口,全熟都唔會鞋,黑松露薯容又香又好味,正。慢慢食,邊享受邊吹水,滿意嘅一夜!

今天空姐女友回香港,我接機後馬上帶她到BV酒吧,  空姐女友也hope to go this Bar Restaurant.BV是我們這半年常常去的酒吧,我們叫了最愛的洋葱圈和日式和牛漢堡,今次再多加一個蟹肉意大利飯,因女友還未吃晚餐!洋蔥圈如常的又香又脆,是我的心頭好,今次份量真的超多,送酒一流!我叫了一杯Cancer(Vodka with Lemongrass, Elderflower and Cranberry Juice),用上伏特加,檸檬草加上接骨木花和蔓越莓汁,味道酸酸,花香加果汁,用上我最愛喝的伏特加,真夠酒味!女友傷風了,我窩心地叫了Fiona (Hot Chocolate with Kahlua, Frangelico and Cream),就是有巧克力甘露,Frangelico和奶油,女友說很香也很有朱古力味,這杯熱喝,令她很舒服開心!Also make her so comfortable !我的Japan Wagyu Beef Burger - 日式和牛漢堡真夠新鮮,和牛又大又厚,另外薯條熱辣辣,每次我一必Order this Beef Burger,也許是情意
