叫得慢煮,當然需時製作,大約四個字至半個鐘。慢工出細貨,仍然見到肉身呈紅色,但入口口感一流。牛肉腍身,咬落去有肉汁流出可以配埋旁邊切粒既什菌食,口感味道更加豐富。食完牛柳可以食埋配菜焗薯。

雖然今日無得係屋企休息,但係出去都可享受到 Day Dream 既感覺,放鬆身心。

這款意粉是店員推介的,我們冒著吃到成口黑蚊蚊的風險也要試。這裡所指的squid是墨魚,不是魷魚。原條墨魚放在黑意粉上盡顯霸氣,還配上洋蔥圈,車厘茄,紅椒,青椒等配料。墨魚炭燒得好香,辣辣的令人停不了口,食得出㕑子的細心,連配料也炒得很香,平時吃main course好小吃配料,這次連配料也不想錯過,因為實在炒得好香!在西餐的spicy dish來說,這道都算辣得夠大膽!

Slow cook beef cheek($288)
賣相贏絶全場,可惜光線問題,未有成功拍下完美照片。一舊Beef cheek疊左一舊上,然後用黑色石板,配上薯蓉, gravy和其他配料送上,就像一件完整的藝術品,beef cheek就是主角雕塑。Beef cheek煮得好淋,質地像很淋的牛腩,薯蓉加了cream和牛油,好香,又是吃到停不了,如果薯蓉可以再多一些便好了。

我和朋友也吃得出這餐廳的誠意,下次也會再來試其他菜式呢!

Crab meat and king prawn salad:
The salad was served beautifully!😍 The chef placed the homemade egg mayonnaise underneath the salad which made it very special. The chef splash homemade lemon juice and lemon sauce all over the salad that's why I could taste lemon flavour in every bite. On the very top of the salad, there were some lemon caviar, these were specially made by the chef, it is some kind of molecular gastronomy. It was full of lemon juice inside the caviar. The veggies were very special as well, they were hydroponic veggies which were 100% no pesticides, pollutant free, clean, safe and ultra-rich nutrition values. This one I tried was the mustard mizuna which is a type with Japanese spices with some wasabi flavour. These veggies were crispy and fresh; I could taste a bit of grassy flavour. The amount of crab meat was enough otherwise it will take over the salad flavour. I left the prawn till last because I want to enjoy the salad first, the prawn was quite big, they were warm and crunchy to eat.

These were such a great snack for the beer. The potato croquettes were delicious, the combination was great. The potato mash mixed well with the bacon and cheese. The croquette itself was very crunchy, it tasted best with some aioli sauce.

Black truffle wild mushroom with roasted portabello risotto:
This risotto was delicious! The chef sliced up the wild mushroom and portabello which made it super easy for us to eat. The portabello was so yummy, it was super juicy and I could taste the grassy flavour. The black truffle was mixed in the risotto which made it very tasty. The texture of the risotto was quite hard which is what real risotto suppose to taste like!

Cod with garden beans with white wine cream clam:
Lastly, our cod fish arrived, it took quite a longtime but it was worth waiting for. The presentation was mouthwatering, I have to say that I didn't expect this from a bar restaurant. The fish was so smooth! It was so meaty with no bone, it tasted so good with the white sauce! The clam matched so well with the fish, they were soft and easy to chew. The chef tear up the beans into thin stripes which made it very special because I have never try eating it like this before. It tasted delicious especially with the bacon stripes. Another highlight was the potato mash, they definitely spent lots of time making this because it was just fantastic! The mash was so smooth and creamy. Remember to mix it well with the olive oil in the middle before eating it, it gives you another flavour.

我老公一直未食過慢煮牛, 佢成日以為係用明火煮的, 但其實而家科技先進 

係時間介紹下d新食法比我老公啦 

slow cook, 牛肉望落會比較生, 但又唔會好似平日既medium咁好多血...
只會係肉質望落係紅d...但, 食落去係岩岩好, very juicy, 牛味好重, 我鐘意食angus beef係因為牛味比較重之餘又唔會太肥 ! 加埋佢既side dish, 好有心思既display !
有一個baked photo 同veg, 左下角個蕃茄, 輕微煮過, 唔係全生, 下面有小小海鹽, 加埋一齊食, 
味道好夾, 好好味 !! baked photo都係有心思地整, 有唒cheese 同sour cream !

另外, 我地仲叫左一個appetizer, 係roasted salted baby rack ... 佢放係appetizer 果頁, 但我覺得佢係一個main dish 既份量 !!!! 睇圖以為得4小件, 點知原來咁大條 !!!
因為係鹽燒, 所以menu上都寫左話會比較耐時間....所以佢同main course差唔多時間到 ! 
鹽燒過好香口, 但又唔會乾 ! 肉質都仲係好汁 !! 
 味道岩岩好, 又唔話太咸, 不過真係太多啦..

最鐘意係呢到既live band, 每日都會有歌手係到唱歌彈guiter, 呢個女仔把聲真係好好聽 ! 
好多歌都係佢自己作, 好西利呀 !!!!
surprise me既一間餐廳 !
面積小小, 但..一d都唔hea場, 每道菜由煮到display 都係用心製作 ! LIKE !

今夜與朋友聚舊,到了位於山林道的 BV Kitchen,朋友極力推介的酒吧餐廳,說這裡氣氛好兼食物質素高。
甫入店內,已聽見一把悅耳的歌聲,唱著 Trademark 的 Only Love,原來這裡有 Live Band 駐場,感覺悠閒舒適,瞭亮的歌聲,即時洗滌了整天的繁忙思緒。


兩杯口感清爽的 Signature Cocktail,首先上桌,BV Teenage 以新鮮奇異果打成沙冰,加上Rum酒,再混入新鮮蘋果粒,配上鋼製的高腳酒杯,外貌迷人,呷一口,冰涼爽快,味道酸甜,十分清新。


朋友點的 Blue Aurora,Rum 酒、桃及多種水果酒調製而成,綴上薄荷葉,悅目的透綠色調,在這炎熱的天氣下,看著已透心涼,一啖入口,微甜微涼,即時感覺心曠神怡。


餐前小吃,水牛城雞翼,香脆雞翼蘸著飽滿的酸辣醬汁,滋味又醒胃,配菜用上本地水耕菜,口感鮮嫰,無需添加任何調味,原汁原味的清甜。

香煎三文魚脆炸軟殻蟹飛魚子蛋黃醬,慢煮三文魚外皮煎得香脆,內裡肉質水潤幼滑,配上飛魚子一起吃,多了一份鹹香的鮮味,色澤金黃的軟殻蟹,蘸上蛋黃醬,味道酥脆香口,一道心思又美味的菜式,但那隻軟殻蟹份量較為袖珍。

其中一個朋友無論如何都要嗌腸食,一邊有三四款腸,經理話其實一共有五種,視乎當日會揀三四款嘅,我哋食咗普通味架啦,有一隻非常辣嘅,黑椒味同埋芝士味,我自己就比較喜歡黑椒味同芝士味,即係白色嗰兩款,辣個款呢我就覺得真係太辣啦,我啲朋友食到津津有味,但係我真係頂唔順係咁飲嘢。

分別有炸魚,nachos,洋蔥圈,芝士炸蝦餅,雞翼,雞翼都係有少少辣嘅,只係buffalo但我唔肯定,芝士炸蝦餅切開可以拉絲,但係芝士味又唔算濃,nachos好似唔係好夠脆,而且上面再加多少少芝士就好啦,炸魚裏面嘅魚肉好冧,外脆內軟,而且仲有好香嘅魚味,最值得一提一定係洋蔥圈,洋蔥切得比較厚身,炸醬好薄,炸完之後洋蔥仲係可以保持住佢嘅水份,一脆一爽,非常好食!

呢個真係不得了,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅野菌味,加埋啲黑松露,個肚已經打晒鼓,成個返我諗起碼40%都係菇,而且啲菇好新鮮好夠味,咬落好有口感,每一啖你都會起碼食到一半係菇,個感覺真係好正,意大利飯煮得傳統,唔會林啤啤,咁樣硬身少少先係真正嘅意大利飯!而且佢冇用好多忌廉去煮,唔會話好多汁,搶咗野菌浸味,食落一啲都唔覺得膩,三扒兩撥就俾我地食晒啦。

牛面頰肉真係唔係度度有得食,所以我哋放棄咗叫牛扒,叫咗牛面頰,識落個感覺有啲似牛腩,非常諗,而且冇乜肥又冇乜筋,感覺上有好多骨膠原,所以其實八安士都夠食。

呢個菜最遲上,因為要等45分鐘,同一般我哋食到嘅BBQ ribs唔同,呢個冇汁既,亦唔似BBQ ribs咁整定左,而係即叫即燒,識落只係有鹹味同埋豬嘅油香味,唔會比燒烤醬搶晒鏡,我覺得好食過黑毛豬添, 45分鐘都係值得等嘅。

飽到不得了,買單每位$500 ,以一間咁多人食嘅餐廳來講,呢種質素真係好抵食,另外要提一提嘅係佢哋有一個結他手駐場唱歌,我覺得佢唱得好好聽呀,一d都唔馬虎,唔會喺度曬技巧,又唔會唱啲好嘈嘅歌,我食過嘅餐廳裏面呢度嘅live music可以排係頭頭!
