海底椰子燉雞腳湯海底椰有去痰止咳功效,雞腳有豐富骨膠原,這是個清潤的燉湯,雞腳燉的好唸,海底椰的量也不少,湯味道清甜可口。牛油蒜蓉焗蜆用煲仔煮蜆以前都食過,但係牛油蒜蓉焗就真係未試過,煲仔焗已經好香,加上牛油同蒜蓉,香氣滿瀉,蜆新鮮而且多肉和飽滿,食落好多汁好正。慢煮火焰牛仔柳上台時視覺效果已經好驚艷,店員隨後在煲仔和底碟間點火,火焰包圍煲仔,煲仔內發出吱吱聲,慢煮牛仔柳上台時約3成熟,再經慢火細煮成5成熟左右,食落啱啱好,如果唔想太生的朋友可以等多陣,或將牛肉置於鍋底,好快就夠熟了。牛柳嫩滑夠肉味,鍋底有大量青紅椒和洋蔥,夾埋一齊食更加提升香味,用黎送飯相當唔錯。

喜歡呢度參照舊時大牌檔既設計門面既茶水間,以及懷舊的仿製食品擺設等,配合牆壁上的兩幅巨型黑白手繪畫,充滿懷舊氣氛但又不失而家既時代感。日本菜、泰國菜做成Fusion煲仔菜式咁創新大膽既想法很不錯,欣賞任何時候就是有『不可退步、只可進步』的想法。整體感覺好好,如果每樣菜式份量上可以添加多一點更能令客人回頭呢。
