Chaat@Rosewood is a restaurant dedicated to showcasing the diverse and distinctive cuisine from various regions of India. They have reimagined traditional Indian street snacks, offering diners a spicy culinary journey.

I highly recommend their Baked Samosa with Spiced Pineapple. This dish is truly unique. The samosa has a crispy texture, and the filling combines flavorful meat with fresh spiced pineapple, creating a stunning taste.

What impressed me the most about Chaat@Rosewood is their spiciness. Their dishes are genuinely hot, and each bite delivers a fiery kick. Throughout the evening, I felt like I was enduring a spicy challenge, constantly calling for fresh milk to cool down the heat.

Despite the heat being a bit challenging, Chaat@Rosewood still showcases the richness and unique flavors of Indian cuisine. Their reinterpretation allowed me to taste some spicy street snacks I had never experienced before, offering a new and exciting experience. If you enjoy spicy food, this is definitely a top choice. However, if you're not very tolerant of spiciness, you may need to be cautious in selecting dishes or be prepared with remedies to soothe the heart.

CHAAT turned a traditional dish into a delicate art piece.  It was very well represented and made you eat it like an ice cream.  Using jackfruit to replace meat makes it less heavy yet still tastes rich with the yogurt sauce.

Curry was aromatic and chicken was tender.  The Naan was thin and crispy, stuffed with black truffle and melting cheese.  It tasted amazing by itself but maybe too complicated together with the chicken masala.  I will just order plain naan next time.
