一盤有齊晒幾款肉,份量十足!雞肉尚算嫩滑但不算出色。
香烤過的和牛面頰,表面焦香但入面的肉質仍然軟嫩多汁,再配搭青檸乳酪醬,可以中和油膩感,但調味偏重。
最中意的是羊!雖然油脂較多但羊肉燒到外脆内軟,非常軟腍。羊肉的香味再加上開心果做點綴,味道非常夾🤩

主菜來了~左上是fish curry,一點也不辣,柔和的味道,不是一般的咖喱味,帶少少甜,好喜歡這個味,魚肉也好嫩!
左下是豆的咖哩用來點naan不錯!
naan我地按waiter推介叫了一款原味一款黑松露,
用來配咖喱的話原味較好~黑松露好像有芝士,也有一點油比較邪惡🤣
右上是豬肉,因為我不吃牛,所以waiter 推介這個,超級嫩!但食左幾口就發現個口開好辣😂原來加左少少紫天椒。waiter 知我地吾食得辣,所以已特登調較過downgrade 左辣度。由於不可能原全吾辣,所以還好可以接受,那杯lassi也幫我解了不少辣。
右下是咖喱秋葵吾知咩,就甘食已好好味~

最後是上甜品,2款甜品都有加豆寇,好有印度香料風味,兩款都好好味~上面是雪糕,有奶香。下面似是煮過的乾果,都好特別👍👍

餐廳會附送4片薄脆和芒果醬,這4片薄脆有少少辣,侍應會提議你加芒果醬,可以減低辣味,不錯👍


前菜叫左Baked Samosa,好似甜筒既外型,入面的材料有大樹菠蘿,但係因為用左好多唔同香料,所以已經食唔出大樹菠蘿原有嘅味道,基本上每台都會叫呢一個前菜,幾有特色☺️


之前見到好多人推介和牛面頰,當然要試試,呢個真係值得推介,每一塊牛面頰都好淋,但係外面經過燒烤,所以每一件都外脆內軟,算係我暫時食過最好食既Beef Cheek😍


食印度菜一定要食咖喱,因為媽媽唔食得辣,所以叫咗Chicken Tikka Masala,薄餅就叫咗Black Truffle & Chilli Cheese Naan,原本想叫butter chicken,可惜轉左餐牌,已經冇咗,不過餐廳職員話可以問問廚房做唔做到,幾貼心。咖喱會同薄餅一齊上,雞肉幾嫩口,咖哩入面有蕃茄,所以食落去都幾開胃。薄餅黑松露味好香,熱辣辣,點咖喱一流😋


飲品,就試吓Mango Lassi同Coconut Lassi,好杰身,好似食緊乳酪,初頭以為椰子味會好濃,因為我好怕椰子味太重,呢杯又唔會,幾好。不過芒果味都唔會好濃,反而乳酪味會比較重,幾適合解辣🤣


一餐飯點可以冇甜品?叫左開心果雪糕,真係好濃開心果味,真材實料🤭


下次有機會再食,一定要再食和牛面頰👍

印度大蝦抓飯,ᴘᴜʟᴀᴏ有別於常見的ʙɪʀʏᴀɴɪ,前者多數會被定為一個sɪᴅᴇ-ᴅɪsʜ配搭乳酪或者醬汁食用;後者則本來已經是獨立一道菜式。這個抓飯都會建議配搭以上介紹過的三款醬汁食用。好的是由於一來本身飯粒較分明,二來飯本身比較辣 (筆者不太能吃辣),所以加入了醬汁享用,味道口感都會更有所提升,而大蝦肉質亦新鮮爽彈。

其實「ᴄʜᴀᴀᴛ」的店名已告訴你,他們以推介小吃為主。對筆者以言,「5碟」主菜的部分亦頗有驚喜。如不點ᴛᴀsᴛɪɴɢ ᴍᴇɴᴜ可能一直都不會嚐到「ᴅᴀʟ ɴᴀʀᴋᴇʟ」及「ʙᴏᴏɴᴅɪ ʀᴀɪᴛᴀ」,當中還蘊含著一些印度傳統食法或配搭,感覺就是透過ᴛᴀsᴛɪɴɢ ᴍᴇɴᴜ的設計來帶食客探索了解印度的文化,幾有心思。

個外貌可以打卡就其一啦
原來佢係素食
我本身都唔食大樹菠蘿
但係佢竟然令到大樹菠蘿嗰浸怪味冇咗
配埋素肉
有少少咖喱同少少辣味
再配上佢特製嘅乳酪醬,真係勁好食
如果再嚟食,都一定會再嗌呢一個
同埋順帶一提,環境都好好
不過提提大家每個月嘅1號先有得book

除左有少少辣 相信對香港人係易接受既口味

成日覺得印度菜整羊好好食
羊架應該就第一次試
佢總共有三件 比食開既size大件
影相淨係見到佢黑蚊蚊咁
但佢係做到外面焦香 內裏粉嫩
佢既香料醃料十分入味 配薄荷醬同開心果既效果好夾~

比個名呃左試添 早知都係食原味/garlic naan
黑松露香既 chili cheese就唔太有存在感
最出事係佢口感 扁平乾爭爭既薄餅咁

佢係印度傳統雪糕 口感比較實在同埋dense
開心果味都算濃郁 但甜左少少
墊底有一堆米粉咁既東西 我唔太識欣賞lol

我個人係喜歡另一間New Punjab Club多啲既
特別係佢既Keema Pau我仲係好記得同好想再食‎
Chaat質素都高 菜式更加modern
但無邊一樣令我好想為左再食而番去
而且佢調味整體都好重手
口味好強烈 甜既好甜 鹹既好鹹
好靠配搭既醬汁去平衡番
兩間naan我都無試原味 無得直接比較
但都係(出奇地)失望既…
