第一間就去左rosewood既印度餐廳chaat當時staycation無食到除左正路都係揀番中西餐呢個原因之外更大原因係呢間chaat係極之難book基本上係唔會搵到你想食果個日子咁佢地每個月第一日既十點就會開放下一個月既booking所以當時結完婚第二日就要即刻上網book好在開關後香港餐廳開始少左人叫做book到個星期日夜晚時段隔左半年再次黎到rosewood當係慶祝新婚啦門口就隱藏係5樓foodcourt既一角係比較近k11 musea果邊入口既chaat係22年開始得左到米芝蓮一星成為香港唯二有星星既印度餐廳由原本已經難訂既餐廳變得難上加難今年23年係連續兩年得到星星亦都係瑰麗唯一一間有星既餐廳成續比起扒房同中菜更突出當時總廚仲係由大肥佬Manav Tuli擔任不過而家已經過檔佳民集團開左新既印度餐廳leela應該都係未來奪星既熱門餐廳近門口有個酒bar再入d擺左唔同既香料仲有部石磨機餐廳地方唔算大就只有個L型大廳大概都係坐3,40人左右梳化位後面係半開放式廚房不過就見唔到果位大肥佬我地就坐近窗邊圓檯比起二人檯寬落不過rosewood餐廳大部份座位都無正海景外面會多左個露檯位

1. Raj Kachori
呢個好似枱枱都有order!我自己都好鍾意。對我黎講,一半都已經好夠!個皮好脆,d餡同醬一齊食!好正

2. Baked Samosa
呢個係我好期待嘅前菜,亦都係枱枱都order嘅item。presentation好靚。可能我食得慢,頭幾啖係好食,因為羊肉味好出,個皮都脆,加個乳酪醬,幾好食。唔熱個時食,就覺得好漏,羊肉味又冇咁出,要加番乳酪醬先食得晒

3. Malabar fish curry
呢個冇諗過order,因為家姐想食就叫咗。
個魚肉好滑又有彈性,個咖喱汁有啲辣,好好食

4. Old Delhi butter chicken
本身以為menu得Malasa chicken,點知上番butter chicken。
不過雞肉唔滑,當然一定唔鞋。個咖喱好似冇乜特別,配埋個雞,好普通。

5. Truffle & cheese naan
家姐堅持要點呢個味。我覺得garlic naan先好味
結果係四塊,我食咗一片,家姐食咗半片
個黑松露係有,但我覺得同naan唔match

6. 20 years port
好有層次!入口甜,落咗喉嚨就feel到酒精嘅灼熱感就攻上嚟。
朱古力,咖啡,玉桂,泥煤。真係好好飲!

7. Strawberry Kulfi
聽講呢個印度街度小食嘅製造方法係好dirty!
有薑汁味同好似nuts碎嘅雪糕加埋好似麵條嘅物體。已經飽咗但都覺得好食!
