今日中午同幾個frds 係九龍城買嘢,順便想解決午餐問題。見到有間泰國餐廳,名字都好霸氣,叫做鱷魚泰國餐廳,於是就諗住去試下。由於行咗一陣,都幾口渴, 於是每人叫咗一個椰青解渴。個椰青好甘甜好fresh,即時舒服曬。仲可以吃埋椰肉,唔錯。之後我哋叫咗個“小鳥等愛”。個菜名好可愛,賣相都好趣致,其實是炸蝦球, 有d唔捨得吃LOL。之後我哋叫咗兩個經典嘅泰國菜:生菜包同馬拉盞抄通菜。好味。最後我哋叫做兩個主菜, 牛仔骨同椰青焗飯。牛仔骨好香好滑,又唔怕韌。椰青飯好大份,好香口,吃到好飽。最後講下餐廳環境,十分明亮乾淨,裝飾別緻,營造出好舒服嘅就餐環境。真係值得推薦嘅泰國餐廳,下次一定再同朋友一起來吃飯。俾LIKE!

放工後與友人相約九龍城,決定一食朋友最近經常提前的鱷魚泰國餐廳餐廳很容易認,記住這個明顯的鱷魚嘜頭就是啦 泰式肉碎生菜包,可分別選擇牛肉及豬肉,而我們這次試的是豬肉。個人覺得這個肉碎包相對而言沒有一般泰菜肉碎那麼辣,味道比較適中,不能吃太辣的朋友我相信也能應付到。 泰式寸燒, 泰系的常菜,我們分別要了牛肉及雞肉。本人覺得這道菜味道比較偏鹹,但配合店鋪的秘製燒烤醬吃起來還算別有風味。小鳥等愛 好有詩意的名字。而這道菜實際上是以薯蓉捏成小鳥的頭部,再配合炸蝦為軀幹的泰式風味炸蝦。本人覺得這道菜味道適中,是挺不錯的,而炸蝦內亦釀有各種配料,也不算太油膩 。 泰國椰青。本人覺得相對於街外的椰青 餐廳出售的 比較清甜,而椰肉方面也很細嫩,口感很清新不像有的店鋪把椰青冰得味道都變了。 總括而言,餐廳值得推薦。

生菜包的辣度絕對是令人意外,起初還以為肉碎上的三條小辣椒只是作為裝飾,而且還有配上生菜,辣度應該相對減弱。所以將肉碎加到生菜上再包好,就直接大啖的吃下去!怎料在咬嚼不久後,辣味開始慢慢滲出,即使快快喝了幾口沙冰也沒太大幫助,所以怕辣的我只是吃了一件就怕怕了,倒是友人們卻覺得相當惹味呢

小食拼盤共有4款泰式小食,分別是春卷、炸蝦餅、魚餅及香葉包雞。所有炸物同是熱辣辣的即叫即炸,而我最喜歡的還是炸蝦餅,外脆內彈,再沾上甜酸醬提味,絕對是必只之選。而另一款同樣喜愛的就是泰式春卷,薄薄的春卷皮內包裹著大量粉絲、蘿蔔及菜絲,要是可以多配數片生菜包著吃,減少油膩感,感覺更佳

青咖哩雞

青咖哩的辣度較平常所吃的稍高,可見咖哩面有著少量紅油,青咖哩內除了雞肉外,還有少量蔬菜,然而青咖哩充滿著椰奶香。配上薄餅或蒜蓉包伴著吃同樣適合。不得不提的是,這裡的蒜蓉包蒜味夠香但不會過咸,而且烘得香脆,即使是單吃蒜蓉包,同樣美味。

芒果黑糯米


[分數:7.5/10]

最後就有芒果黑糯米作為飯後甜品,黑白糯米再加上芒果拼湊成花的形狀。椰奶份量夠多,口感香滑帶微甜。黑白糯米兩者之中,我就較為偏愛富口感的黑糯米。不過略嫌芒果較為薄切,還是大大件的芒果令人更感滿足

食泰菜時,當然要去九龍城食啦!今次揀左一間叫鱷魚泰國餐廳,地方簡約同時加入泰國嘅特式。兩個人黎到一於叫個二人餐,唔駛煩諗咩不知幾好!二人餐有冬蔭海鮮湯、炸蝦餅魚餅、脆肉炒芥蘭、青咖哩雞同牛油薄餅!五樣野雖然好豐富,但我地都追加左生蝦刺身同勁鐘意嘅椰青。先講生蝦,蝦肉口感爽口又唔會一陣雪味,加上兩款唔同醬汁,好快已經食哂成碟。蝦餅魚餅唔似一般食過嘅咁實,反而稔身少少我仲鐘意,口感同味道都好好!冬蔭海鮮湯勁多海鮮,入面仲有青口,所以個湯好重海鮮味,又唔會勁重味精味,清少少嘅冬蔭公湯反而令我飲多兩碗。而青咖哩雞有蔬菜同滑身雞肉,味道剛剛好,唔會過份重椰奶味,配埋牛油薄餅食,索哂啲汁,簡直想encore薄餅繼續點咖哩汁食。最尾嘅脆肉炒芥蘭,身邊個個人都大讚,勁有獲氣,而脆肉唔會過咸。個二人餐都係$238,而生蝦就$98、椰青$36。兩個咁食都幾抵。

難得平日得閒,喺九龍城搵搵有咩抵食午餐先…最終都係搵咗間泰國菜嘅叫咗碟豬手飯及冬蔭功湯金邊粉,發覺原來依家好多泰菜館嘅豬手飯都係唔好食……啲肉輆澀澀,好彩哩間嘅味道尚可接受;而冬蔭功粉叫咗小辣,不過食落都頗辣,但味道唔錯,而且都幾大碗由於午餐包飲品及無加一收費,所以覺得好抵食另加$20,可選擇1)飛天通菜+椰汁芒果大菜糕 / 2)炸蝦餅+椰汁芒果大菜糕。我地就試晒兩款,飛天通菜唔覺得飛天,而且通菜好輆;炸蝦餅份量似乎較少,蝦餅較腍身,但蝦味都夠濃;甜品嘅芒果味就唔突出。若下次有機會再惠顧,可選擇唔加$20
