呢間陝西小店想試好耐,一路驚會好辣唔敢嚟,但後來聽講其實辣度好大眾口味,於是今日就的起心肝嚟試下喇!叫咗套餐 B,揀咗炸醬 biang biang 麵 (biang 係普通話拼音,廣東話唔識讀,字典查唔到,反正我就叫佢 「柄柄麵」)、香辣海帶絲同酸梅湯。同潮式雲吞麵舖嗰啲炸醬麵唔同,呢個炸醬 biang biang 麵係涼拌嘅,而且一啲都唔辣。炸醬嘅豬肉碎炸到乾哂,混合多種香料同醬料煮製而成,油香四溢,香濃惹味。而主食 biang biang 麵就係好厚好濶好長嘅手工拉麵,一碗麵只有大約 2-3 條麵,每條麵有成掌心咁濶,厚度則大約有 2 毫米。所以,麵質咬落去非常煙靭彈牙而且爽滑,嚼勁十足。而配料方面除咗有炸醬外,仲有爽脆嘅青瓜絲、腍腍地嘅甘筍、青豆粒同薯仔粒,夾埋一齊食豐富咗口感。不過,食咗幾啖麵嫌唔夠刺激,於是夾咗幾粒旁邊香辣海帶絲中嘅指天椒粒嚟食,辣辣地,更過癮!食食下,不如就直情夾埋海帶絲一齊食。海帶絲酸酸辣辣又爽口,夾埋啲麵一齊食酸辣爽滑勁開胃!(唔食得辣嘅朋友請放心,小辣嚟咋!)講埋酸梅湯,酸甜度好夠味,飲到底仲有啲沙沙嘅果蓉感覺,可見真材實料!

今天第一次去吃这家餐厅,排队点单,不会有服务员到桌下单,基本上等十几分钟食物就会好,需要自己去端到桌上。以上只有描述,不做评价。菜品方面,笔者点了一份水盆牛肉,端上来之后表面根本看不到牛肉,只有黄花和木耳,用勺子费劲地捞半天才找到几片牛肉,鉴于这种份量极少还卖88元的大菜,强烈不推荐!主食方面,因为水盆牛肉吃不饱,所以朋友分了一点凉皮给我,怀着一点期待吃下肚,可惜凉皮不入味,虽然表面有酱料和辣椒,但吃起来平淡无味道,不过可能是受食材,地域以及厨师水品所限,因此做出来的食物不太令人满意,建议慎重下单。

在open rice睇到呢間陜西食物,覺得特別,一於去試試店舖小小,地方乾淨,裡面原來仲有一間房仔光線充足,有放音樂選好食物入去先付款,之後坐底等店員叫號碼送上食物因為餐既話唔岩我口味,所以叫左散叫純手工炸醬Biang Biang 麵 $58麵是很寬的,有豆,有青瓜絲,有甘筍,有肉碎,醬汁味道略咸,唔香,麵有部份未熟 金牌肉夾鏌 $26肉帶點乾,包乾,整體無味帶乾,但食一個已夠飽因為食物比想像差很多,所以只此一次,必無下次

Went to the Moo at sheung wan for lunch yesterday and found it surprisingly good. The restaurant is famous of its various kinds of handmade noodle. We ordered the chicken thick noodle soup and also the beef noodle soup. Both were very delicious and we love it a lot. They provide different kinds of snacks as well, and we had the signature wrap with pulled pork. Overall the food quality was great and price was reasonable.

陜西菜第一次食,好多食物麵未見過,非常新奇。麻辣擔擔麵花椒味好香,麻的感覺很突出,辣度中等,有海帶和炸脆了的黃豆,口感層次豐富,麵質不糊,條條分明,好食。西紅柿雞蛋biang biang麵麵的名字好有趣,是一塊很厚很厚的麵,口感彈牙,可以沾到很多湯汁。蕃茄蛋是家的味道,不會太濃味,酸酸甜甜很開胃,怕辣的一定要試這道菜。手工炸醬棍棍麵陜西的炸醬很不同,帶一點點酸味,菜主要是青瓜,紅蘿蔔和土豆,菜很多感覺幾健康。

近日地鐵提早關閉,與外勤同事上環收工,打算食個快飯後八時前回家;途經上環文娛中心,見有間食陝西餐店,兩條為食友四目交投一下就被biangbiang麵與肉夾饃嘅一方風味所吸引之下就走咗入去。 大盤雞biangbiang麵,超闊麵身加孜然香料嘅特色味道唔係度度有得食,雞肉與薯仔均被染得充滿依個風味。蘭州牛肉粗麵,麵身粗如烏冬般十分有咬口,薄如火腿的牛肉片同樣盛傳陝西刀功,碗內配菜蘿蔔芫茜可謂簡單之絕配。香辣涼皮 香料配搭開胃味道如韓式泡菜但又可以明顯嚐出川式麻辣味,層次十足。千層脆皮金牌饃 餅身口感鲛牛角包厚實,其脆脆程度自然更勝牛角包,加入肉鬆餡料後餅酥肉香的快感真係想食多個,可惜肚皮此刻已被填滿,百元晚餐好味之餘仲可以飽肚至此,可算十分抵食。而且仲可以快快脆脆享用完畢安全回家。
