避風塘粟米:必食!由於冇太多素食選擇,所以熱氣都揀咗呢個小食,但絕對冇點錯。粟米香口,蒜粒炸到焦燶,椒鹽味重,勁惹味!食的時候有少少不便,因為粟米連芯,芯多渣食唔到,單食粟米粒要花啲功夫,唔係太易可以叉住咬嚟食

巴斯克芝士蛋糕:細細件,味道同質感其實幾好,淡芝士味(真係淡架),冇乜甜味,應該比較健康;蛋糕表面唔夠燶,裡面算係半軟心,有少少杏仁碎擺盤,配埋蛋糕一齊食會帶少少咬口;但蛋糕的溫度係問題,上檯時蛋糕已唔凍,近室溫,我唔慣甜品係呢個溫度,感覺有啲怪

整體嚟講,用餐環境係一般以下,冇乜私穩,而且因為空間細,設計、裝修上較難突出到餐廳的個性;等食要有耐性,亦要一路上菜一路食,所以share會比較好,我見隔離檯個蛋卷嚟咗好耐,但佢哋堅持等齊食物先一次過食,變咗個蛋卷攤到凍曬都好食有限;老細煮嘢好俾心機,一個人炮製咁鬼多嘢(包括甜品),唔容易,好捱得;食物份量偏細,主菜唔係好夠食(正常女仔食量),但味道係唔錯嘅。如果著重用餐體驗、環境同氣氛,呢度唔係好理想;如果只想食到用心製作的食物,可以考慮外賣,但以外賣嚟講,價格略高。

支持老細物色較大的舖位,到時先
再考慮幫襯!

薯圈雖然係跟餐,但非常出色,一d都吾hea, 特別係個黑松露醬勁好食,問左,原來係主廚自己整的,難怪咁好食😋泡菜牛脷(都係跟餐)食落好有「咬口」但吾會散到好似過熟好粉咁,不過泡菜味都幾濃,吾鐘意食泡菜就應該吾岩食,我本身好鐘意食泡菜,所以覺得非常夾😋牛好食,生熟處理得好到位,粟米都好食,吾會整到勁乾但反而係薯蓉,吾知係咪一時失手,over cook 放左陣,就feel到起膠🥲最最最鐘意食,就係佢,勁好食,有少少鹹香味,扁意粉有q彈感,吾錯🌹*** 但最大問題會係洗手間,衛生程度真心要改善,因為本身得主廚一個煮,出菜比較慢,好難可以唔去洗手間/.\

我原本係偏好醬汁型意粉 不過大廚推介這個表示這是世一(定係港一)的蜆肉意粉 再加上見到餐牌咁樣寫 講到咁吸引我就決定要試啲平時少食嘅野🤭

雖然唔係手工製嘅意粉 但非常有口感 條條都彈牙 相信有特製意粉嘅方法 調味上唔會好膩好濃味 用左蒜黎將蜆嘅鮮味引出黎 隻隻蜆都厚肉 係唔係全港第一我唔敢講 因為我少食蜆肉意粉 但絕對係好花心思製作又高質素嘅pasta!!!

手工和牛同羊肉漢堡都係餐牌推介 羊肉漢堡好好好特別 但同行朋友唔食羊 又想share食 今次就冇試了 但有機會一定想試😂😂一上菜望到個漢堡都覺得個包會好好脆 果然外脆內軟
手工和牛都係特製調味的 同啲溶左嘅芝士一齊吃牛味非常香濃 唔係坊間嘅現成野 食小店就係可以食到呢啲心思!

餐湯都係紫椰菜 薯條很脆 量又多 咁大個漢堡加埋湯同薯條變餐都唔過$100 抵😋😋😋

呢個時勢新開嘅小店不禁令人擔心 實力係絕對有的 定價都好有競爭力 不過要喺女人街重重美食中突圍而出都唔容易😂
餐廳比我嘅感覺係實力派 係冇好靚嘅飲品呀裝修呀比人打卡 但正正可能慳左啲花巧野嘅錢 用較低嘅價錢提供到高質素嘅食物 用食物說話💯💯
