食過好多次了,今日得閒寫下食評,呢間不得不讚,不需茶介加一,小菜種類繁多,甚至連各種海鮮也有👍食小菜最緊要鑊氣够,1,薑蔥爆蠔,鑊氣十足,蠔十分juicy西蘭花炒蝦球,蝦球十分爽口,又不失鮮味,火喉十足,又係不能缺少的鑊氣小炒,今晚食到我朋友舐舐脷,問下次幾時再去乳鴿皮脆肉滑,送酒一流咁出色嘅小炒,一定不少得飲兩杯啤酒,可惜今日身體抱恙,不能喝酒下次必定飲個痛快,價錢大眾化,又出色👍又多一個飯堂了😄

今天與朋友在元朗相約吃晚飯,選了這間餐廳試試。我們晚上8點多來到,幸好還有位。我們先點了一份黃金鮮魷。黃金鮮魷炸得十分香脆,外脆內軟。我和朋友也搶住吃。我們又點了一份金銀蛋浸時蔬。時蔬煮得夠淋,金銀蛋也不會太咸,十分喜歡。我們又點了一入啫啫雞煲。啫啫雞煲新鮮出爐,熱度十足,有「啫啫」聲。雞件份量十足,而且味道香濃。我們又點了一份瑤柱蛋白炒飯。瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得夠乾身,加上蛋白和瑤柱,十分滋味。份量也十翁足,我們3個人也吃不完。今天真的很滿足,下次會再來試試其他菜式。

朋友成十點先放工話食大排檔,我都驚熱辣辣,最後帶左黎哩間環境真係幾好,最重要係有冷氣又好企理乾淨,仲有卡位,慢慢傾計坐得好舒服。簡簡單單點左紅燒豆腐煲同金銀蛋莧菜。豆腐煲超有鑊氣,上枱仲滾緊豆腐有少少微焦好香口,蒜味適中唔會太濃,冬菇都夠淋。金銀蛋莧菜湯超正!夠味得黎又好清,直頭可以當湯飲。咸蛋都唔會太咸,我自己一個都可以食晒成碟。見到隔離食水煮牛肉同雞煲都好似好正!!希望下次再多啲朋友黎時可以試埋其他啦。

椒鹽鮮魷
來到大排擋必點的菜式,當然有椒鹽鮮魷,所以這次都不例外。

奇味雞煲
色澤繽紛吸引,香料很多,有蔥頭、蒜頭、薑片等等,一打開煲蓋,香氣已經撲鼻而至。奇味雞煲不會辣,口感豐富之餘,也無掩蓋雞肉的鮮味。雞肉肉質嫩口鬆化,並將醬汁完全吸收,不會太乾身,很惹味!
