大排檔算是香港的特色的店之一,由以往的街邊小店現已演變得新式乾淨,但所謂的鑊氣仍是一流~之前聽畫室朋友提到這店,便帶了家人來嚐嚐鮮。幸好朋友沒介紹錯,嘴尖的老一輩都很滿意這餐。新開不久已很多人,店裡燈光明亮,也乾淨企理。要是帶老外朋友是個不錯的好選擇。店裡有寫竹庶茅根,相當的清甜解熱,又健康。點了我最愛的魚香茄子煲,茄子跟肉碎都不少,茄子很鮮一絲絲不會煮得很爛卻又入味。魚香很濃郁配飯吃一流,煲仔煮的是夠惹味。薑蔥蠔是令我驚喜的菜之一,瑋般蠔要是不鮮會有腥味。此菜完全沒這問題,且蠔一件挺大厚肉,薑蔥爆香煮後相當香濃~炒飯也不錯,火喉控制得宜,乾濕度剛好,飯粒分明不會黏答答。加了蛋黃雞粒炒增加了咬感。另一個令人驚喜的菜就是魚頭煲沙,魚湯熬得發香,配上白菜非常清甜好喝。此湯真的力推,足料香口,忍不住喝了好幾碗。元朗真的是值得愛吃的人來探索一番,不論地道小菜還是特色美食都有。且又不是連鎖統一的味覺,很不錯。

今天和朋友一起試下這間不辣的秘制雞煲。有雞肉很滑,,秘制酱料非常野味。而且芜茜非常多,本人非常喜歡食芜茜所以下次還會再來吃,這個雞煲配碗白米飯🍚一流吖。我們還叫了一碟秘制酥炸美國桶蠔,現在吃蠔正是時候吖。成半個巴掌禁大,外脆內軟而且一口咬下去還有蠔汁流出來。下次來必食吖。,一碟大概6只左右。桶蠔還有大大粒元貝嘎。叫左禁多肉當然少不了一個金銀旦時蔬啦。青菜非常鮮嫩去大排擋當然少不了啤酒啦。我自己就叫左杯凍檸茶,這杯凍檸茶比我以前去的茶餐廳大成半杯即是是一杯半份量。

餐廳格局相當特別,位置鄰近金輝徑的一列大排檔,拿手菜亦是我們的港式小炒,但最大的分別是這裏只提供室內座位,換言之餐廳所有的位置都有冷氣嘆,餐廳的其中一邊還有數個大卡位,以元朗的鑊氣小炒餐廳來說,算是少有。菜式的選擇不少,除了鑊氣小炒之外,還有雞煲火鍋等一眾港式風味,價錢亦相當大眾化。獅威,來吃小炒唔使講嘢,一坐低梗係整番支大啤先,啤酒本身冰爽順喉,食客還可以要求餐廳提供冰桶盛載。冰梅欖角一字骨,通常一般餐廳的一字骨都要花點嚼勁,但這裏的一字骨肉質特別嫩滑,冰梅欖角的酸甜味令人開胃,一字骨的外層還爆得有點焦糖似的薄脆口感,很讚。蒜蓉粉絲蒸海蝦,海蝦選料上乘,蝦肉爽口彈牙,粉絲盡索鮮蝦的精華,伴以小點蒜蓉同吃,十分美味。豉汁鮮竹蒸脆鱔,鱔肉爽脆,明顯用上新鮮的食材,以豉汁清蒸味道很配,鮮竹即是豆卜,同樣索盡豉汁的味道,沒有不好吃的理由。按捺不住多點了一個雞煲,以及一份炸響鈴來跟那雞煲汁纏綿,雞肉滑溜,響鈴即叫即炸,絕不欺場。
