買聖誕禮物前,朋友先帶我到''Chic by the Oysters House ''食週未早午餐。餐廳有專用升降機。一位嬌俏的胖胖小姑娘在門口迎接各位。餐廳有室外和空內用餐區。裝潢設計簡潔,高貴典雅。半露天區有自然光照入,更添幾分悠閑自在的味道,感覺舒服。Brunch 係六種小食加主菜和甜品。選擇不是很多。先上小食盤。蒜片炒蝦用橄欖油炒成,蝦肉爽脆。小蕃茄加酒煮成,入囗有淡淡酒香味。松露炸薯條有濃厚黑松露香味,不沾番茄醬也非常可口。炸薯球內𥚃軟綿香滑,帶著點點肉香。我的主菜忌廉雞肉扁意大利麵(pasta of the day)。醬汁豐富,麵條沾滿豐富忌廉汁,口感香滑,忌廉味濃郁。嚐了一口朋友點的肉眼扒,肉汁仔細保存,口感細嫩,牛肉味濃。最後以甜品作結束。

叫2個湯,其中1個黎錯。叫野飲,要重覆幾次講我地要咩飲。叫海膽天使面又黎錯蜆意大利粉...比錯湯時,已經叫佢地比我地check單又唔理會..飲完湯,有大半個鐘係無野上,催佢先慢慢上多三樣野,一個羊架同兩個side,最後豬鞍同其中個side係冇上⋯漏單...教我如何可以不發火

<第5個差> 上菜慢
等左段時間飲完湯再等大半個鐘食菠菜side..再上羊架,時間差不多10點,以為自己食緊法國菜...我真係好肚餓

最後,一等再等,一追再追,漏左2樣野之下,我地甜品都唔叫上就同佢講埋單。check單時又打錯我地飲咩湯,明明只上了兩個湯,又收左我地3個湯既錢。
原本開開心心慶祝生日搞成甘,仲有壽星女坐係度時比個staff撞到張櫈側埋一邊,呆左。。。
未飽,埋單$1,7xx 提出食呢間既我好唔好意思,然後大家要搵第2間野去填肚。
等lift時,有人問返我地咩時,話下次比8折我地,我地都話唔駛lu...學朋友講,好食既唔駛折我地會再黎,同埋你有心比折我地今餐都會比左。

平曰返工食返好求其,最緊要近和吃得快,假日想慢慢享受一個早午餐。老婆帶我到尖沙咀吃飯,環境很好,好有約會的感覺。我們各自叫了lunch set。先上麵包配黑醋,麵包非常軟熟。可以選擇沙律或餐湯,兩樣都做得不錯,蔬菜很新鮮,菜湯也非常美味。我當然叫最愛的牛㧕,五成熟,真的剛剛身好,肉嫩多汁。伴菜賣相很得意。老婆揀了虎蝦意粉,蝦爽囗得很,加上蕃茄醬和蒜片,簡直十分有驚喜。甜品係Bailey芝士蛋糕,帶點甜酒味道,配上即磨咖啡簡直絕配。

原先訂了戶外但去到環境一般,過黑又沒有heater,唯有轉坐室內。桌子因縲絲鬆掉每靠一下也搖晃,侍應檢查完沒交代一聲就行咗去,再問才答修整不到,一間高級餐廳竟有一張像搖搖板這樣不穏妥的桌子而不作更換!Order了生𧐢,半小時也沒來,隔離食客亦叫了幾次生𧐢也説沒有,之後再找侍應介紹也叫極唔應,看到他有點燥了。叫了whiskey問是否Scottish又話係,其實係美國,高級餐廳不應犯的低級錯誤。扒類還可以,但以這種價錢可以吃得好的還不少,整體頗令人失望。

原先訂了戶外但去到環境一般,過黑又沒有heater,唯有轉坐室內。桌子因縲絲鬆掉每靠一下也搖晃,侍應檢查完沒交代一聲就行咗去,再問才答修整不到,一間高級餐廳竟有一張像搖搖板這樣不穏妥的桌子而不作更換!
Order了生𧐢,半小時也沒來,隔離食客亦叫了幾次生𧐢也説沒有,之後再找侍應介紹也叫極唔應,看到他有點燥了。
叫了whiskey問是否Scottish又話係,其實係美國,高級餐廳不應犯的低級錯誤。
扒類還可以,但以這種價錢可以吃得好的還不少,整體頗令人失望。

今日放工忙完想搵一間舒服嘅西餐廳食晏,過咗尖沙咀行左陣,就搵到呢間以食蠔為主題嘅西餐廳。佢哋有一部私家電梯上佢哋餐廳,入到裏面環境好高級,不過午餐都唔算太貴,同埋裏邊好多肥嘟嘟嘅人像畫好有特色,係高級嘅氣氛當中大一點輕鬆。我點左個煎三文魚配牛油檸檬汁嘅主菜,頭盤係凱撒沙律個套餐$118加一。麵包焗過好鬆脆,裏面有啲蘿蔔乾,加埋橄欖油同醋 一齊食好好味。經典嘅凱撒沙律用豬肉代替炸嘅煙肉,幾特別。煎三文魚配過牛油檸檬汁,酸酸地幾開胃呀,三文魚煎到啱啱好唔會太熟,個賣相都好吸引。最後佢哋甜品改咗做咖啡酒芝士蛋糕,有淡淡的咖啡酒味,芝士味濃唔想蛋糕唔會好流。埋單都係$130

星期六中午約了朋友到尖沙咀聊天,我們選擇了這間Chic By Oyster House. Chic By Oyster House 可能因為位於The Cameron 2樓,不是太多人知道。因為到了The Cameron要乘一部特別的升降機上二樓。因此午餐不是太多人,坐得很舒服,約朋友聊天真是一流。先說說內在環境,Chic By Oyster House 有室內及室外座位選擇。室內佈置十分華麗,座位分佈十分寬敞,而且很華麗。而它們亦提供vip room,好像消費滿$8000就可以享用這個私隱度十分高的房間。而室外環境就佈置得像一些酒吧,與室內環境都有一定的對比。星期六Chic By Oyster House 提供 Weekend Brunch,有六款小吃可以任叫,另外當然有一個主菜及一客甜品,那麼多食物都只是 $298,很抵食。我們叫了薯條、蛋、蝦、Parma Ham、車厘茄。我本人比較喜歡薯條及Parma Ham主菜我們選擇了Roasted Rib Eye Steak 及 Roasted Lamb Leg。肉眼扒我要medium熟,肉眼扒份量不少,你看看圖就知道,吃上來很juicy.
