CC’s version of Sangria ($65) was slightly sweet with a very special aftertaste and depth that differentiated itself from the others out there. The owner explained that rum and vodka were added besides the usual suspects and thus the multiple flavours.

Bresaola roll ($95) - AIP dried beef, burrata, truffle

Not a common tapas but definitely worth a try for the interesting combination. The saltiness of bresaola was balanced by the creamy and milky burrata.

Pluma hansburger ($82) – Iberico pluma, bun, hoisin sauce

Oh how cute these little burgers were! Served pipping hot, the Iberico pork pluma drenched with hoisin sauce was tender and flavoursome, and the cucumber slice in it added an extra crisp and refreshingness to the meat. The bun was also lightly toasted to golden brown which meant all the details were well taken care of but the only complaint was that it tasted a bit too Chinese (yea, I am being super picky here).

Make sure you don't miss this breakfast-looking tapas! The ingredients are simple, but the mixture of gooey egg yolk, crispy fried potato and chorizo made a palatable and fulfilling dish~

Hanger beef ($158) - carrot, purée, US prime beef, confit onion

The steak was packed with flavour while being extraordinarily tender despite the low fat content. That great texture was achieved by constantly basting the meat with loads of butter. Sounds really fatty but trust me, it's worth the calories.

We left satisfied and happy with their reasonably priced food of outstanding quality. Already planning to invite a couple more friends for my next visit so that we can try out more dishes but seriously 4 pax is the maximum number I would recommend due to their modest space (the only downside).

西班牙蛋餅外層呈金黃色,淋上密製醬汁,上面寫了A字,難道是Chica的意思?我急不及待襯熱切開蛋餅,薯仔粒跟醬汁一拼流出,我把一口沾上了汁液的薯仔和洋蔥放進口裡,蛋餅溫暖味道濃郁,洋蔥蛋汁混在一起份外好味
。老佛爺說是最突出的食物,品道適中不會過鹹。整件蛋餅兩個人都吃了好一會兒,份量剛好。

主菜終於出現!平常外出食西班牙飯,通常二人份量而且頗貴,今次吃了兩三個tapas 仍可試試西班牙海鮮飯實在難得!

侍應捧上鐵鍋,我碰碰鍋耳感受到剛離火的熱力。海蝦兩隻而且已經剝殼,認真貼心
,還有青口、蜆,魷魚等等。我先聞一下,先入為主的以為是先聞到海鮮味道,但令我意外的,我聞到的反而是淡淡的番紅花味。雖知番紅花是貴價香料,連小弟都不敢隨便使用,但要食好的西班牙飯,番紅花是一種重要的香料,不但令飯變成橙紅色,而家亦散發番紅花的獨特香氣。海鮮飯燒至鍋邊微燶,產生香口飯焦,是愛吃鍋飯的人的至愛。由於要將鍋邊的飯煮成焦,收結必須較大火,收乾汁液。所以飯身入口浸有濃湯味道,但口感卻一點都唔過濕

臨走時,侍應在枱上放了一個蒸籠。我沒有吃點心啊。打開一看,原來是賬單。在第三街這條小街,環境清靜,餐廳裝修用心,蝦會預先剝殼,奶會預熱,這種貼心已值回票價。加上要在這舒適環境享受一個BRUNCH,索價亦只是348兩位。其實,大商場以外,好的選擇真的不少

侍應也很上心, 見到水杯的水快喝完, 會馬上來添加(不用叫), 知道我們食物是share的, 也會主動去拿碗碟, 非常醒目✨

大廚用心制作, 店員都熱心服務, 值得大家一試!!

之前跟好友在另一西班牙餐廳吃過truffle Bikini,在前往餐廳的路上,她跟我說她的西班牙文老師在西班牙還沒見過"bikini"。來到Chico Chica,遇上了Asperagus Bikini。管它是否西班牙常見菜式,好吃就可以了!麵包烘得金黃香脆,而且熱辣辣,美味指數大增。餡料有芝士、蘆筍、黑松露,素食的餡料散發著天然的清香,少了一份膩感。

來自西班牙的三個月大BB豬,皮下脂肪比中國/越南的乳豬少,皮與肉中間只有薄薄的一層脂肪,帶油香又不會膩。外皮燒得香口脆身,咬下去卜卜脆。豬肉嫩滑,而且肉汁鎖於肉中。配上以青蘋果蓉製成的醬料,甜中帶酸,清新地調和肉類的膩感。

最後當然是甜點,在西班牙餐廳裡用上抹茶,當然要一試。雖然名為Turamisu,其底部用上的蛋糕是氣泡較大而且偏濕。抹茶醬的茶味香濃帶甘,不會太甜。加上軟而煙韌的丸子、脆身的朱古力碎,甜而不膩。

呢個又係另一款新奇有趣的美食,西班牙海鮮飯就食得多,Fideo就從來無食過。Fideo其實係細細條既粉,質感介乎米粉同米線中間,頗有咬口。Fideo比起Pealla中的飯粒更能吸收醬汁的香味,同海鮮的鮮味,十分惹味。除左粉底外,粉面既材料亦唔簡單,雖然只係lunch set但十分足料,大蝦爽甜,蜆肉鮮味。事後聽返店主講,每一樣海鮮佢地都係即日採購的,難怪鮮味十足。

悠閒的下午點可以無甜品呢?放半日假的long lunch當然要以甜點作結。原來set lunch加$15已經有daily dessert。呢個甜點亦唔簡單,令我地大開眼界。表面有點似梳乎里,軟綿綿的有少少泡,充滿雲尼拿同肉桂香。食落去就有驚喜!原來泡泡下藏有berries同柚子雪葩,完全估佢唔到!溫軟泡泡下係冰涼雪葩,口感同味蕾都充滿衝擊,十分醒神。酸、甜、香、滑、冰、熱,好複雜又好合襯,係難以形容的感覺,亦係最完美的句號。

好愉快的一個下午,只係百零蚊一位。除左美食之外,我地仲享用左一份誠意同一個故事。熱情的年輕店主有不時問我地對食物的意見,又分享佢對食物的睇法。言談間我地都感受到佢的熱誠同對食物的堅持。店主因為欣賞西班牙美食而盡力將原原本本的風味帶來香港。欣賞食物而去做餐館的人實在唔多,希望佢能如願以償,能夠找到有心人欣賞及支持吧。

相信可能是這裡最受歡迎的一款tapas, 新鮮即製暖烘烘的, 三文治外層烤得薄而脆, 卻沒有一點焦味, 三文治配料選用露筍而棄用火腿, 我更加喜歡, 因為蔬菜始終較健康, 味道清新, 加上松露醬及芝士, 味道融和醉人, 有如bikini般誘人, 吃完一件真有點意猶未盡, 下次要再來吃這個。

 餐廳工作人員服務做到一百分, 很留意顧客的需要, 主動提出適當的服務, 每一位都很友善殷勤, 菜式一碟碟的送上, 不會等得太久, 不會吃得太趕, 就是剛剛好吃到新鮮熱辣的, 這個節奏很少餐廳能掌握到。

西班牙餐廳有很多, 但這麼多精緻又好吃的tapas還是第一次吃到, 份量小小的, 可以試到多點款式, 每道tapas都是精心炮製, 出奇地合口味, 我全都喜歡, 吃著吃著不禁讚嘆西班牙菜的美妙, 非常有質素的小店, 真心推介!

全間店,由牆身到枱面,都用磁磚造成,走型格新潮路線黑松露多士,細細件,外表焗到金黃色,一打開,原來好多黑松露,配埋芝士既黑松露多士,好香,脆同好食呀Tap water非常之好飲,裏面家有啲青檸葉,蘋果,after taste好強, 侍應不停為斟水,好有heart黑毛豬肋骨,好大件呀,肉質都幾鮮嫩,嫩得嚟又有咬口,同埋佢用果個叉燒烤醬汁,香濃既味道,真係令人回味無窮passion sunrise, 有熱情果既香味,橙汁配埋strawberry,  幾清新炸南瓜球,size有個乒乓波咁大,炸到金黃色,有好香甜味南瓜味,非常creamy, 口感吾錯

西營盤第三街有好多細細間、有特色既食肆,其中之一就係Chico Chica。 餐廳細細,但座無虛設,呢度係食西班牙菜同一D Fushion菜式,周六中午黎到,餐廳有Brunch提供,$148/位,兩位起,加$128可以任飲Sangria、Cava或紅白酒,今日唔飲酒啦,慳番D啦。 Bread Tomato + Serrano 番茄麵包烤得香脆,只用茄醬、蒜蓉、橄欖油調味,簡單得黎好味;黑毛豬火腿好香,無渣、無臭豬味,柔軟鹹香。 Truffle Jamon Bikini麵包外層烤得微焦,脆卜卜兼有牛油香,入面係黑松露醬,濃重既香味,好快就將佢KO。 Spanish Broken Egg呢碟製法都唔複雜,香腸+太陽蛋+薯仔粒,我最欣賞係放底層既薯仔,細細粒易入口,帶有薯仔既天然甜味,又係簡單自然既美味。 Seafood Paella西班牙海鮮飯,飯底吸晒海鮮既精華,入味!面頭既海鮮好多,如鮮蝦、魷魚、蜆、青口等等,全部都新鮮,特別鍾意兩隻蝦,非常鮮甜。底部有飯焦,好此道者會食得特別開心。 Hot Chocolate餐飲我選擇左熱朱古力,甜美香濃,飲到啖啖朱古力粒,真材實料,大愛!

第三街有阿元,街知巷聞的台灣餐廳。對面有間非常有特色的西班牙餐廳,今日來試試它的早午餐。新餐牌。萬聖節的裝飾。特色沙律。沙律菜有黑醋和紅菜頭汁,味道清新清香,沙律爽脆新鮮,伴上健康的紅菜頭。蕃茄包伴黑毛豬。蕃茄由西班牙到港,味道酸甜開胃,黑毛豬咸香豐富味道滋味配合。麵包脆卜卜吸盡蕃茄的香甜,與黑毛豬非常配合。比堅尼是由三文治夾上芝士、黑松露和黑毛豬。麵包加上牛油烘得香脆,黑毛豬咸香豐富,黑松露味道非常濃郁突出,味道驚喜出色。西班牙海鮮飯。西班牙的名物海鮮飯,飯粒煮得剛好保持咬口,醬汁咸香濃郁,海鮮份量不算太多但味道尚算新鮮鮮甜,飯粒可以再煮得軟腍,但鮮蝦味道的確令人驚喜。
