最初看似沒有沙律醬的, 會有點難入口, 原來紫紅色的已是特製"沙律醬"

酸酸甜甜的, 有點像果汁般, 相信亦加了紅菜頭才有這艷麗顏色

這是一件有芝士,豬,薯蓉混和一起。。之後再炸。。。
雖然經過油炸。。。但外皮不會太油。。是比較乾身。。香脆。。。入面充滿濃濃芝士。。。
一咬下時。。芝士味已隨即流出。。仲配上了豬肉粒。。又有香濃肉味。。又有芝士味。。口感和味覺都得到很大的滿足感
如果可以食多幾條就好了。。。真是十分好吃

飯面上放滿了滿滿的海鮮。。有蝦,青口,蜆,魷魚。。。全部都很鮮甜,新鮮。。。爽口又彈牙。。。而且調味做得十分好。。。味道十分惹味。。帶點酸酸甜甜味。。。不會令人覺得油膩。。
而且我都超鍾意底層的飯,顏色已經相當吸引,紅紅的。。而且都比較乾身。。不會太濕 。。。酸酸地令人愈食愈想食。。而且飯粒都會充滿海鮮味 十分好味

I always pass by the restaurant so I wanted to give it a try. When I walked into the restaurant, the host greeted us with a smile and sat my friend and me by the ledge. We, first ordered a sangria, which came in a nice wine glass with couple of fruits. The sangria was not too strong but can definitely taste the brandy. I am not a big fan of anchovies but it was not as salty as i imagined. Then we got the grilled octopus with the crispy potato bites, which was not too oily. The scallop carpaccio was also very fresh and had little sweet jello in it. we can't figure out what it is but it went well with it. Last app we got was a barry's fresh barrada with thinly sliced ham with arugula on the bottom. The barrada was fresh but the arugula with the dressing was definitely the game changer on the dish. lastly for main, we shared a crispy rice paella and definitely no complaints here since we ate every single grain of rest. Even though my friend and i were full, we had to try the dessert. The waiter recommend this layered souffle dessert since everybody always get the churro. The dessert was probably the most interesting of all dish since it was part souffle, part foam and part lemony ice cream. Overall the atmosphere and the environment were amazing, a cute date spot for couples or girls night out.

首先,焗到好脆的三文治包很可口,包住的是芝士,truffle, 薄薄的ham!

自從一四年港鐵港島西延綫通車之後,西營盤呢個舊區漸漸成為一個新嘅蘇豪區,咩國家嘅菜都會有,今次就決定試下西班牙菜!呢間西班牙餐廳叫Chico Chica,食之前要頂位,因為餐廳座位有限呀。一入到去,暗光暗暗的,好有feel,餐廳仲用瓷磚做㗎,好得意!先叫一杯cucumbine,係用青瓜、薄荷同斐濟果整成,味道淡淡的,好清新!之後係黑毛豬火腿火箭菜沙律,火腿有鹹香味,配上火箭菜一齊食,唔會好膩!而火腿入面有水牛芝士,口感好好!下一個係是日精選,炸蠔天婦羅,用咗法國嘅蠔嚟做天婦羅,好特別,個蠔極為鮮甜,炸粉好薄,值得一試!沙甸魚平時就好少食,今次就試下個炸沙甸魚,外脆內軟,連入面嘅細骨都可以食埋,好有鈣呀!一啖一個,好方便。下一個就係燒豬肋骨,豬肋骨燒到香噴噴,食個陣甜甜地,夠哂惹味!西班牙菜又點少得辣肉腸,呢個辣肉腸配上豆蓉,好新穎,又幾夾,哈哈!吃飽飽就埋單啦,個蒸籠仔好得意呀!間唔中食下其他國家嘅菜都幾好!
