馬鞍山新港城中心有很多食店,最近新開一間潮州飯店,見食物價錢不貴,就是試吓啦環境寬敞,枱同枱之間擺放得很闊落,空間感十足入咗會有一小食,今日的是這一個花生,很香脆可口先來一個前菜,點了一個韭菜豬紅,價錢不貴只需要$48 ,但份量可真是大了,豬紅鋪滿碗面,碗底墊滿韭菜,伴着像沙嗲似的醬汁,份多惹味主菜點了一個滷水鵝四拼盤,有鵝肉紅腸,五花肉,滷水蛋滷水豆腐和雞腎,價錢$148 ,但份量亦都是相當大。滷水煮得很入味,鵝件肉質很嫩滑,相當好味食完這個拼盤,還叫了一個煮食,點了一個潮州鹹肉炒麵線,在外面很少吃到這個東西,就是在潮州菜館裏面很常見麵線除了有鹹肉,還配有一點點韭菜和芽菜,味道不會過濃亦不會過淡,恰到好處,煮好的麵線條理分明,是平凡中顯得不平凡的一道潮州菜,價錢亦只是$82最後,還點了一個鴛鴦水晶包,有兩個是奶黃餡,有兩個是蓮蓉餡。水晶的皮很薄,亦都很晶凝通透,食入口煙煙靱靭的,很滿足的一道甜品吃飯後飲一口清茶,為晚餐畫上完美的句號

位於馬鞍山新港城嘅潮州菜館「駟馬拖車」都開業咗一段時間,今日終於約到朋友來試一試。先來拍張食物的大合照👇🏻🐂潮州沙茶牛肉炒河( $82 )沙嗲牛肉炒河是潮州嘅地道菜,每條河粉都掛滿醬汁,濃香的沙嗲醬,帶有微微的花生香味,牛肉又鮮嫩軟腍,鑊氣十足。🐟椒鹽九肚魚( $72 )椒鹽九肚魚表皮金黃酥脆,魚肉嫩如豆腐,係名副其實嘅外脆內軟。重點係椒鹽椒味道香麻而咸,惹味得很。🍤醬燒菠蘿蝦球( $108 )蝦球巨大,外皮炸得薄薄,滿滿嘅醬汁佈滿喺蝦表面,蝦肉彈牙,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃。🍠銀杏芋泥($28)飯後甜品我地選擇咗銀杏芋泥,質感濃稠,散發濃濃芋頭香,甜美可口,絕對好評!店內設有「自助煲水」,智能化,好先進!

哩個差唔多每檯都必叫既招牌菜,鵝肉片肉質雖然未去到好滑,但都啖啖肉,份量都唔少,幾抵食。

雖然等左好耐先上台,但一上台一大碗蠔仔粥,份量超多,我地兩個都食唔曬,同一般既蠔仔粥差唔多,不過就幾鮮味。

最後甜品雖然食唔到期待已久既芋頭反沙,但哩碗銀杏芋泥都非常出色,一大個圓形既芋泥入口即溶,銀杏既清香既濃香又軟糯既芋泥每一口都令人滿心歡喜,唔怪得話食甜品可以令人賞心悅目。

今日兩個老人家去咗馬鞍山試吓呢間酒樓,佢哋話啲食物味道都OK本來諗住下次再去,點知埋單嗰陣時個收錢姐姐又冇比張單佢地睇,淨係話收$245咁就拎左佢張卡去碌,點知碌完返嚟又唔使簽名,淨係俾返張碌卡單佢!好彩我阿媽醒目睇吓碌咗幾錢,一睇發現佢竟然碌咗$2450,我媽問個阿姐點解收$2450,佢竟然好淡定咁答佢打多咗個零完全冇話唔好意思,叫個經理黎,佢竟然話打多咗個零好平常完全冇道歉!過份!好似明蝦啲老人家對眼睇唔到啲咁細嘅數字!蝦佢哋唔識得上網將件事講返出嚟!係咪有心定無意天知地知!差勁!
