Wok hey!非常之浓郁的镬气,香气自然是扑鼻Max,大晚上吃碳水总有点不情不愿,想不到只一口,明明是细细长长的米粒,吃来却软糯到回弹没有障碍,饱满油润到丰腴,吃了一碗又一碗。

看到那蜡黄的鸭皮了吗?看到那毫无章法的摆盘了吗?真的是很久没见这么“自然”的色泽了,细细咀嚼那一缕缕吐露着“红”却竟然干柴的鸭肉,毫无樟树叶的熏香味,想要捏上两块“馒头片”配上拯救下,结果证明我们的确是“300快吃出30块”的即食感,属实炸裂。

PS:看评价时,也发现其他人预定时也被经理告知diner time was restricted,所以我们一小时“风卷残云,速战速决”…

饭毕,有小惊喜,有踩雷,但不管怎样,每次来HK都是愉悦放松的,迎着海风开心地踱起了步,却不知时光已向夜间慢慢靠拢,夜晚的中环在霓虹灯的映衬下更显迷人,西洋风,东洋风糅汇于此,将世界级的浪漫进行到底。

薑牛鵝肝鍋巴三層脆尚算OK,鵝肝處理的不錯,但個人認為整體偏甜。麻婆豆腐完全不行,豆腐基本是冷的,可能雪櫃拿出來鍋裡過一下就出鍋了,麻婆豆腐不應該是熱辣辣的感覺嗎?麻辣燙牛肉炒飯中規中矩,無甚特別。目標客戶應該是老外和不懂吃正宗川菜或者口味清淡的港人。品質和價格完全不對等,就當交智商稅吧哈哈。

自從香港越來越多內地人定居後,川菜館真的多了不少,但論到有米芝蓮光環加持的,就一定係位於中環,靠近大館的[麻辣燙]了。可能是地理關係,客人大多是外籍人士,而店內裝潢亦以傳統的風格為主。翻看餐牌,基本上分成[麻]、[辣]及[燙]三類煮法。但有趣地,餐牌內同樣有素菜的出現,反正近日食得肉類太多,食素都是一個不錯的選擇。餐前先送上麻味四季豆、辣味粉皮及燙過的花生,可說是各有特色。麻辣素炒手($108)餃子皮屬於較厚身,正常,而餡料是冬菇與韭菜,刴得幾幼細,澆上花椒油,辣度比預期中輕盈,好快就消滅了。涼拌棒棒茄子($108)茄子煮得好稔身,簡單的澆上麻醬及花椒油,已經感覺好惹味,尤其是凍食香味更突出。鳳梨咕嚕素雞($148)素雞賣相太工整,咬落亦欠神韻,與預期有些小出入,菠蘿可以的話,希望是新鮮貨,醬汁亦太多,有改善空間。素魚香萵筍($138)萵筍切得感覺碎濕濕,但無損爽甜的感覺,加入木耳及蒜粒,令口感更佳。素肉四川擔擔麵($138)單尾就跟朋友分享擔擔麵,如果換上 Impossible 植物肉,須要另加$30,但效果幾好,因為本身食過同品牌素肉,發覺味道偏鹹,但用來拌麵效果卻不錯,而且辣度屬

單尾就跟朋友分享擔擔麵,如果換上 Impossible 植物肉,須要另加$30,但效果幾好,因為本身食過同品牌素肉,發覺味道偏鹹,但用來拌麵效果卻不錯,而且辣度屬BB級,麵條有嚼口,好味。

Booch milk tea ($128)
飲落有少少似Snowball,有香、滑、甜的質感,用來解辣好啱。

同行朋友則點了Salted Bootch lemonade($ 128),望落有點似 Mojito,聽說味道清新怡人。

可是要遷就客人口味吧!對自己及同行女性朋友而言,辣度是汗都無流一滴,不過幾款菜色都幾惹味,有時候食麻辣菜又不一定要內臟或肉類,其實今次全素體驗又幾好。

然後這一個酸菜魚茸羹就更加驚喜,這個湯羹喝下去完全就是酸菜魚的味道,丁點腥味也沒有酸酸辣辣的味道很是開胃。

The food is mind blowing.The name is known to all fans of Sichuan food – and this is their second site replacing the one on Graham Street; it's spacious and moodily dark at night. . The shop's intimate size, burnished red walls, dark wood furniture and simple details create warmth, while our cuisine creates fire. All the food is so freshly prepared and spicy.  Everything was amazing and the service was excellent.  Chilli Fagara specialises in the breathtaking (literally) Sichuanese cuisine. Offering an unforgettable spicy experience. Continued to serve excellent Sichuanese and is on the Michelin Guide from 2014 to 2020.
