我個人特別對豬肉臊味比較靈敏, 雖然並不討厭, 但也不太喜歡, 一陣陣肉臊的味道飄來, 但咬著一顆顆細小的豬肉時又沒有這強烈的肉臊味道; 麵條能吃出是新鮮製造的, 麵的質感很好, 而且沒有大多數餐廳都使用的奶油醬汁, 很能吃出食材的原味

我並非因為這家餐廳是米芝蓮而來, 但這個價錢能吃到米芝蓮的級數, 巳比現時很多餐廳值回票價了

朋友想食意粉,搵左太古的「CIAK」,據知連續幾年拎咗米芝連推介。不過佢最後冇點意粉,見到人哋食pizza又話想試。我私心選咗四種意大利芝士配風乾火腿薄餅($230),餅底夠薄但又唔會承托唔到啲料,亦唔乾,充滿麵粉香。芝士薄薄的但好夠味,唔會好膩,不過食唔出有四種。火腿唔會放好多,分量恰到好處,太多就會好鹹,質感都好軟綿。因為大家都唔餓,就另叫一道前菜生牛肉他他($170),生牛肉醃得好入味,墊底的牛油果好幼滑,配埋蔥粒、炸薯絲等等,口感極豐富,賣相亦好靚。一心已經諗好的菜式今次完全食唔到(有時好多嘢都係計劃唔到),唯有第日有機會再試。

Throwback to my Italian dinner two years at CIAK All Day Kitchen! Few years ago the one star Michelin restaurant CIAK In The Kitchen branched out to Taikoo Shing and opened CIAK All Day Italian. I was so excited and immediately went to try out the new branch. The first impression of the restaurant was that it aims to be a more family friendly restaurant comparing to the Central branch. However it does not mean the quality was compromised at all. When looking at pasta section, the Maltagliati Duck Ragout 🦆🍝immediately caught my eye and I ordered it feeling adventurous. The home made pasta was cooked until al dente and the shape of Maltagliati definitely gave an ordinary ragout pasta some novelty. The sauce rich that it sticked to the pasta and ensure you taste all the flavours in the dish. This pasta is definitely something that you should check out if you have not tried before.

其實唔系第一次食的。這兒可以講系我的秘密花園,想獎勵鼓舞自己時就來的地方。吃Lunch set是最精明的,價錢相宜許多。$218/3 courses~烤熱的麵包誰不愛?!青醬龍蝦肉拌薯仔粒,都ok,不過唔夠驚豔。其實主菜做得最出色的應該是薄餅,但系意大利菜色又何只薄餅呢?意大利飯也不是間間做得好,而ciak比cova就做得好。雖然烤魚應比煎魚好,但也做到到位了。飯粒飽滿,口感粒粒分明,而且整體温熱,不會到尾段己涼,難以入口。完滿点又那可缺甜品呢?ciak的雪糕總令我感覺清新。今次的香蕉朱古力作品是不錯,但擺盆好像太平常至於氣氛就比疫情初期時緊張,失去了意大利餐廳該有的輕鬆;而服務生也有掉齒輪的情況,可見疫情對食市有多太的衝擊。希望各位加油。期待下次再來有新發現。

Fettuccine bolognese: I can be sure if inside there was whipping cream but doubt rice up on mind after taste. Bolognese is serious matter. That was without any taste just u repeats my opinion maybe wrong was with bit cream inside or overload of butter. And I expect better presentation for this restaurant!!
Pizza bufala: I think in my personal humble opinion, tomatoes sauce should be less dry and some EVO oil in the top would be appropriate. The base it was not that good as much as should be. Buffalo mozzarella was good! I will back again.

不過坐位安排,侍應態度,食物都令我很失望,一個人一餐午飯$240 要翻好少少既service 都得掛.......

客人人影都無隻,都唔知點解宜家都未執......

環境係幾靚但強烈建議大家唔好去..... 又貴又唔好食.....如果唔係open rice 要200 字先評到分我都唔會圢咁多野。

CIAK彷彿成了我在太古城的食堂, 無他, 以二百元吃到Umberto監督的傳統意大利菜, 是他的其他餐廳定價的1/5, 雖說便宜但菜式常有驚喜. 頭盤的Parma Ham和沙津不是重點, 底下的Mozzarella廚師將其煎香, 猶如鹹香的麻糬, 相當有趣. 主菜的Tagliatelle和Pizza保持着水準, Homemade味濃而且保留着前者的蛋香與後者獨有的麥香, 舒服而滿足. 甜品不是Tiramisu, Panama Cotta以芝麻製成, 有猶如芝麻糊一樣的濃重味; 後者Chocolate Pie帶有梨香中和其重味, 配上蜂蜜雪糕的甜滑, 不會因價錢便宜而馬虎呢!

After shopping in City Plaza, we had dinner at CIAK. The restaurant provides a cosy environment, good service and quality Italian food. We ordered a baby octopus stew with tomato sauce, potatoes and garlic bread as a starter. The octopus stew is nice and tender. After shopping in City Plaza, we had dinner at CIAK. The restaurant provides a cosy environment, good service and quality Italian food. We ordered a baby octopus stew with tomato sauce, potatoes and garlic bread as a starter. The octopus stew is nice and tender. We then tried a 10-inch pizza with two favourite flavours; Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella cheese. The pizza is yummy and well baked with fresh ingredients. The Foie Gras risotto is rich, buttery and delicate. Pork ragout pasta is a new experience which is satisfying. On the whole we spent a happy meal with affordable price and value for money.
