事不宜遲,幾款意粉接腫而來,先被賣相一流的Hokkaido Uni, Korean Chili, Spaghetti所吸引,在雪白的泡沫上,放上極多的海膽,看見已令口水也流出來了。輕輕搬開奶油泡沫後,看見紅噹噹的意粉,皆因用上韓國辣椒來做,入口辛辣,混合所有食材後,辣味似有還無,鮮味十足,但卻引起大家的食慾。

The restaurant is full of art pieces which are collected by Mr Adrian Cheng, founder of K11 Art Foundation. Once you step in, all the art pieces and interior design will catch your eyes. The restaurant really pays attention to all the details.
Food
It's a very nice fusion of Italian and Korean food as well as Japanese and Georgian wines. All the dishes are carefully designed to present the essence of Italian and Korean cuisine.
It really surprised me that they serve Georgian wine which is rather new to HK market. I dont know much about Georgian wine but it is quite interesting, let alone to pair with Italian and Korean fusion.
Cobo is especially famous for their dessert and you will not be disappointed. Similar to the savoury dishes, the dessert is a good mix of korean and Italian in terms of types, cooking and ingredients.
In case you wonder if the restaurant is influenced by K pop or Korean TV, um…no, its simply because the head chef is Korean who has been cooking western cuisine for years.
Last thing that I particularly appreciate is their generous portion. I hate going to restaurants and feeling hungry afterwards. If it happens, I think the restaurant fails the minimum requirement for being a restaurant; that is to feed customers. You will definitely be well fed by Cobo's quality food as the portion is massive. It could feed an army!
In conclusion, i highly recommend Cobo. Enjoying a coffee in the terrace or dining with the art pieces will surely give you a wonderful time.

I came here for a dinner with a friend, when we entered, the staff are very friendly and bring us to our dining table. The environment here is comfortable and chill, the food listed on the menu looks so appealing to me, they also have an iPad to show the photos of the food for the customers to refer to.

For starter, we ordered the warm romaine salad. For drinks, the staff recommended us to try the bottled organic drinks. The organic drink is cold pressed juice, I tried the green apple with cucumber cold pressed juice.
For the main dish, I ordered a homemade beef burger. For the deserts, we ordered their new signature dessert - Pop mountain.

My burger looks very appealing. The bun is freshly made by the chef. There are some poppy seeds inside the buns. The appearance of the burger looks a bit different from the burgers I usually have. The burger is filled with beef, caramelized onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes. There is also some ketchup in it to enhance the flavour, it stimulates my appetite.

There are some potato wedges next to the burger. I quite like the potato wedges as they are very crispy, some potato wedges are made with purple potato mashes. The burger is also served with some salad.

The highlight of the night is the desserts - the pop mountain, it has a very nice presentation.

When the dessert is served on our dining table, the staff sprinkled some Himalayan pink salt on top of the dessert. Before we started to try it, we already smell some corn smell.
The Pop mountain is made with popcorn, corn ice cream, corn dressing.
The ice cream has a smooth texture when it started to melt, but overall, it is a bit icy, I really love this icy texture especially during this hot weather.
The corn flavour stands out, the sweetness is moderate, it tastes really good. This is my first time to have desserts in corn flavour, I couldn't believe that desserts in corn flavor can be that tasty and delicious!

Bulgogi Rice Rolls.
就到韓國菜 飯卷是不能不提受到大眾喜愛的菜式 包括我自己😆 特拉的是這個飯卷是炸過的 而飯粒換上了risotto! 配料有韓式牛肉 但略嫌配料較炒 飯量較多 建議也飯做得薄點會更好😉

位置於西環一條後街既地理,餐廳兩層使用極大落地玻璃,成個環境俾人一種好舒服好relax既感覺。再講食物,呢到比較fusion一啲,但用料同製作非常認真。前菜既軟殼蟹沙律,軟殼蟹食落去就知道係用靚貨,原因係因為佢係非常厚肉,而且有膏,坊間好多軟殼蟹其實無乜肉、好瘦,但呢到係肥妹既。配埋個avocado mustard醬,非常特別。之後嗰個Lobster Trio,有好多驚喜,首先佢唔係用意粉,係用稻庭烏冬,然後龍蝦係新鮮波士頓龍蝦,從佢幾膏同埋肉質得知,呢個係非常難見既。最後佢個字竟然係用乾瑤柱做,超級香。大家如果lum唔到食咩或者想放空一下,呢到相信會係一個好選擇!👍🏻推薦

This is my first time dinning in this restaurant which has just changed its menu. The new menu features Korean and Italian fusion. We try the Hokkaido uni Korean chili spaghetti and the Lobster Trio (both are signature dishes) and they are delicious.Nice combination of Korean and Italian foods. We have popcorn mountain as desert which is unique as well. I am sure kids will love it.

CAULIFLOWER - 未食花香味已經非常濃郁,猶如置身係一個花園咁。食落去味道亦非常清新,花香味係口腔散發出黎。西瓜係大大加分,清爽多汁既西瓜令整碟菜式更加清新。

另外其實我地仲叫左杯Rose,但普普通通。
 
成個情人節套餐好有心思,每個細節都有爲客人著想。食物賣相精致,而且令人印象深刻。由於食物大多都有花既元素,所以食完覺得自己好似食左一堆花咁,覺得自己都充滿花香味,哈哈。服務態度亦非常好,每道菜式黎既時候都會詳細解釋,講解完先知原來廚師設計呢道菜式時係好有心思,背後都有個意思可以帶到出黎,聽完覺得自己其實係食緊件藝術品。而且情人節黎講,呢個價錢其實已經好平。

我們的MAIN繼SOUP後送上,有人喜歡海鮮,有人也喜歡肉類,各人心思都不同。身為牛魔的小弟當然是WAGYU BEEF,擺盤相當精緻,兼且份量十足。細嚐一下烤得恰到好處的和牛,軟滑無比,肉味與肉香並重,配菜方面一點也不簡單,居然將黑胡椒蟹做成意大利雲吞,感覺新鮮有趣。

要說最為美味的絕對是友人的SCALLOP SOMEN,手延素麵麵條幼細滑溜,可是每一口都富含濃郁的蝦香,與煎得香口的帶子同吃,令人食指大動,更何況還有三文魚籽及龍蝦油及蛋黃煮成的醬汁,絕對鮮中一點甜,美妙絕倫。

可是,是晚的重頭戲卻是另一位友人的LOBSTER身上。烹調得爽口嫩滑的龍蝦感覺有點變了配角,皆因米型意粉與海膽的組合搶了鋒頭,鮮味不絕,再者還有帶點香辣的大蘑菇,味道與賣相皆有心思,令人驚喜萬分。

曾是甜心家族的一份子,就算胃口有限,也要一嚐亞洲最佳甜點師的甜品。雖不至於掃餐牌,但也點上好幾款作分享。先由清淡口味的BOTANICAL FIZZ,輪賣相絕對首屈一指,在清幽的氈酒泡沫上,有一球青檸雲呢拿雪糕及青檸啫喱,酸酸甜甜,配合刁草等的香草,口味非常清新。

另一個同樣以綠和白為主的是SHADES OF GREEN,利用高高低低來營造不同的層次,高的是蛋白霜脆片,矮的是開心果海棉蛋糕、椰子慕絲及班蘭椰糖雪糕,口感複雜,有著不同口感的層次,加上口味清幽獨特,品味之餘,亦甚有藝術的色彩。

而店中相當受歡迎的CHOCOLATE TART,我們當然不會放過。賣相是簡單了一點,可是味道卻令人留下深刻的印象,香濃味美的朱古力撻熱辣辣的,正好與酸酸甜甜的血橙雪葩形成強烈的對比,當中更有青檸柚子醬及海鹽焦糖醬兩款來平衡口味,不會做成膩口的感覺。

平常大家都會點上一杯咖啡配甜品,我卻點上一支POPSODA的飲品。未飲已可聞到強勁的爆谷味道,由於當中有熱情果蓉、柚子、蘋果汁及梳打水的關係,有著爆谷香,味道酸酸甜甜的同時,也有梳打的氣泡,順喉好喝。

I was attracted by the full glass windows of the restaurant. Inside was brightly lit and placed with marble tables and cushioned chairs. The atmosphere was great and easy for chatting. We were first served with some hot and nutty bread before meal with olive oil to start our course with. We were first served with some hot and nutty bread before meal with olive oil to start our course with. They were served in a lego boxes which were pretty creative!

I ordered a two course meal with one appetizer and one main dish. Both have grilled scallops. The appetizer was grilled scallops with green bean sauce and decorated with fresh flowers. Apparently the flowers were eatable.

My main dish was grilled scallops with noodles. Noodles were nicely cooked a bit like angel hair and texture was like soba noodles but in a thinner version. The scalops again were all in five dollars coin sized big, pretty sweet and juicy.

I also tried my friend’s wagyu beef served with mashed potatoes and beef sauce. The beef was so soft and tender and marinated perfectly without having too much msg. Matched with sweet carrots that makes the whole dish less filling.

The dessert was amazing. We had strawberry mousse cake. The waiter started off the dish by pouring strawberry sauce on top. The dish has some wine jelly on too and decorated with fresh seasonal flowers. This is totally and very girly dish!
