最開心係呢度有串燒食,試咗幾款廚師推介,包括牛脷串配阿根廷酸醬( $50 )、安格斯牛肉肉眼配COEDO漆黑醬( $80 )、雞中翼($42)及鰻魚串( $48 )。牛脷酥都幾爽,阿根廷酸醬唔算好酸,幾開胃的。
至於安格斯牛肉都好有咬感,鰻魚串同雞中翼就好香燒烤味,如果可以慢慢嘆住啤酒同食串燒傾計,一定係賞心樂事!

平時都好鐘意行cwb fashion walk,因為附近真係好多野食,又多野行。 Coedo Taproom 上網睇下係咩意思😂先知道原來Coedo係日本的高級啤酒釀酒商。而餐廳內的菜式是由日藉廚師設計。個行頭咁勁,一定要入去食返一次。我同朋友坐係Bar 檯,兩個人方便傾計, 果然係啤酒釀酒商大廠開的,啤酒選擇多到不得了, 服務員就重點推介要試Coedo 🍺,見到menu咁大版凈係寫個五款酒,問題少女當然又會上網睇睇,先知COEDO Taproom 的手工啤酒,均由日本運送到港,全程保持以4℃溫度冷藏,確保啤酒品質不受影響。如COEDO Beer Platter中的5款精釀手工從2007年開始,便曾獲得過世界級美食大賽的獎項。嘩! 其實我見到隔離位個人一個人食,但就叫左platter,一次過試曬五款唔同口味,我都好想咁做,但無奈,我個朋友滴酒不沾🙄自己飲好無癮,但我點都要試一款😂就簡左Coedo Marihana (M size)對於我黎講係偏甜的酒,好易入口,其實配串燒係一流👍🏼我地叫既食物大部分都係串燒。M size 340ml 好細杯,建議叫大杯以上。燒雞翼 唔錯。Angus b

而餐廳內的菜式是由日藉廚師設計。
個行頭咁勁,一定要入去食返一次。


我同朋友坐係Bar 檯,兩個人方便傾計,
果然係啤酒釀酒商大廠開的,啤酒選擇多到不得了,
服務員就重點推介要試Coedo 🍺,
見到menu咁大版凈係寫個五款酒,
問題少女當然又會上網睇睇,
先知COEDO Taproom 的手工啤酒,均由日本運送到港,全程保持以4℃溫度冷藏,確保啤酒品質不受影響。如COEDO Beer Platter中的5款精釀手工從2007年開始,便曾獲得過世界級美食大賽的獎項。
嘩! 其實我見到隔離位個人一個人食,但就叫左platter,一次過試曬五款唔同口味,我都好想咁做,但無奈,我個朋友滴酒不沾🙄
自己飲好無癮,但我點都要試一款😂

對於我黎講係偏甜的酒,好易入口,其實配串燒係一流👍🏼

This is actually my regular dining place
Love the coedo beer
But this is the first time I try out the entire beer platter
It is good for 2 to share
Having them from light to heavy intensity
Love the floral flavour from the lighter choice


Beef tongue rice
The rice is a bit too hard in texture
Beef tongue is quite tender
A very different way of eating it in Gillette style
I still prefer the traditional way though


Angus beef is juicy
No tendon which is a plus point
Super meaty taste
Portion is ... tiny I will say for this price


Eel fish is super moist with Japanese saucing
Almost No soft bones at all
The pepper on top add in layer


Broccoli with sesame sauce makes it less dull
Good to have some vege after all the meat !


Oh and by the way
Starting from 8/1
There will be semi lunch buffet from 12 to 4
You don want to miss that!

We are a frequent diner in causeway bay area. We heard of this bar/restaurant for quite a while already. Finally have a chance to visit. The waiter - Gino greeted us and offered us a seat in the inside near the bar table. It was very nice to see the professional  and many draft beer tap they have. This is a very special salad. I love cream cheese and I love tofu but I have never thought about putting them together in a dish. The chef has made it afford when designing new dishes. The salad has tofu, obviously, cream cheese, cherry tomato halved, romaine lettuce and rocket leaves. Good one.

The combo comes with soup and coffee. This tomato soup is Japanese style clear tomato soup.  A little tomato before skewer and fried food helps to increase appetites.

Deep fried Hiroshima Oyster with 3 types of sauce. The three sauce are pink Himalaya salt, Japanese BBQ sauce and mayonnaise. We love Hiroshima oysters. The oysters were perfectly fired too. A thin layer of bread crumbs  makes it crispy and keeps the oysters soft, creamy and tender in the inside. Yummy! To my surprise - the pink Himalaya salt was a little sweet when dipped with the oysters.

Cumin Lamb
This restaurant offer a variety of food choice. This taste like Xinjiang lamb skewer. It was best matched with beer. (what a pity we need to work in the afternoon - can't drink beer) Xinjiang Skewers are usually  dried, but this one is awesome and juicy. I am not an expert but I think this one is better than traditional Xinjiang version lamb skewer.

Avocado with Mascarpone Cheese. 
This is another new dishes to me. I have never try to grill an avocado. A fresh avocado is already very appealing to me. Grilling it and putting Mascarpone cheese on top giving it an additional new sensation.

Coedo Beer-steamed Clams

My friend is  a clam lover so we naturally order clams without a second thought. Unlike the traditional Japanese steamed clam, this is cooked with beer not sake. The taste of beer in the steamed clam is very strong giving it a slight bitter after taste.  It is highly recommended to those who loves beer. There are not a lot of places which offer steamed-clam that is actually cooked with draft beer. This is a special one.

呢杯手工啤我係幾年前啤酒節飲過。同坊間飲既啤酒完全係唔一樣!好fruity ,加入了神奈村縣的有機香橙🍊,微微酸甜,舒服易飲🤤
落完單後,無論你叫啲咩,佢都會上一款大概30粒Edamame(毛豆)俾你。用鹽醃過,食到停唔到口

外皮燒至金微焦,包住清新既蘆笋。比較清新。但我想佢可以比d鹽我點下就更好了


總括而言,係一間環境好靚,好岩三五知己傾計嘅日式串燒店。如果你係啤酒迷又鍾意串燒,Coedo喺香港應該都頭幾間最有feel嘅地方了。

First of all, the food was really good. I ordered chicken gizzard, chicken heart, chicken wings and chicken leek. The yakitori was considered pretty good for hi standard. I also got a yuzu ramen and ox tongue rice, both were ok, nothing special, but worth a try if you really like yuzu or ox tongue. However, the service was bad, they don’t seem to be short of staff, but service was slow. The food came only 30 minutes later.
