To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行街無意中見到呢間蒸海鮮好似係新開嘅,見到佢好似都有好多明星幫襯應該唔會伏,所以決定試一次,上到去見到價錢都好OK喎,我記得以前食蒸海鮮,下下都要過$1000 ,呢度幾百蚊已經可以食到,所以我哋一於叫好少少既set乜嘢海鮮都有得食。一上枱已經見到啲海鮮好靚仔,全部好新鮮大大隻。海鮮好新鮮,全部都食到海鮮本身嘅鹹水味,入口好有鮮味,隻蝦非常有驚喜,估唔到只係蒸1分鐘都唔使,已經好鮮甜,仲要咁大隻,我同朋友爭住食。之後食龍蝦,同埋奄仔蟹,龍蝦好彈牙好爽口,不過都不及奄仔蟹,佢啲膏真係好清甜,而且非常多羔,好香,我仲將佢啲蟹肉同埋蟹膏拆咗出嚟,用嚟撈粥食,更加係錦上添花,真係實在太好食,我朋友忍唔住額外點多咗兩隻,正。我哋2個慢慢坐慢慢食,食足三個鐘頭冇俾人趕走,而且海鮮非常高質,已經約左另一班朋友下個月再嚟過。

最後就係個粥底啦,吸收晒所有海鮮嘅精華,超鮮甜,仲會加入菜譜葱花,好惹味!粥用咗芋頭 、豬骨、粟米等材料!


食完仲有甜品食,係椰汁燉雪燕,滋味養顏😋👍🏼
