近排天氣咁悶熱,諗吓不如食潮州菜,話哂打冷啲菜式唔會熱辣辣,大熱天時食都食得舒服啲,加上餐廳寬敞舒適,菜式夠正宗又好味,真係可以再來食多幾次。今次點左幾款潮州菜,有啲係第一次食,甚有驚喜。 普寧蘿蔔灌漿 : 灌漿係蘿蔔絲加蝦米,用腐皮包住,皮薄炸得脆,蘿蔔灌漿味道很好,每一口都食到一條條蘿蔔絲,很喜歡這款小食。自家製蝦蟹棗 : 蝦棗蟹棗味道都各有特色,兩款都很做得好好味,點上枯仔油,甜甜酸酸將蝦蟹棗鮮味提昇。凍烏頭 : 烏頭大條肉厚,肉質結實彈牙,鮮味十足,點上少許傳統普寧豆醬,啖啖肉好滿足。沙茶牛肉芥蘭 : 沙茶醬調得剛剛好,沙茶味道香濃,唔會太鹹,牛肉好滑好滑,芥蘭亦都爽脆,菜式簡單但食得出用心製作。反沙芋頭 : 呢款甜品極花功夫製作,芋頭炸後再用沙糖不斷翻炒直至反沙,食時外脆內粉軟,係好特別既道甜品。

想帶長輩出去食飯,所以想搵一間中菜館,聽朋友講九龍灣國際展覽中心開咗間新嘅潮州菜館,今日於是過嚟試吓。九展停車相當化算,電子消費滿$200即可免費泊車兩小時,食個飯啱啱好兩個鐘夠晒。潮州菜點少得佢嘅滷水,鵝腸夠爽口,豆腐夠入味,鵝片肉質夠靚,不過如果有滷水拼盤就更加好,可以食多幾款唔同滷水。食得多肉,想食多啲海鮮,叫左豉油王煎大蝦,大蝦係新鮮,肉質好實在,而且有陣好似美極既香味,長輩食過都話好食。中菜點可以少得個湯,鹹菜豬肚湯,胡椒味夠濃,但又唔會辣,豬肚夠嫩。
