因為椰汁, 好少會配搭酸, 會唔會食落似變壞咗嘅味道?!

飲過一啖就知道, 酸度適中, 帶點椰味, 唔會杰撻撻, 唔會話食2啖就滯咗, 而且有輕微的辣, 又幾開胃喎
可能越南地區天氣熱, 食返d酸野黎開胃

前排做野做到無停手,做到周身骨痛餐餐食埋不知所謂既飯盒,終於忙完了,要比我自己嘆返餐,一來老婆今日約左人,所以我可以順便接埋佢一齊返屋企。近排好想食生牛河,又要搵到間好食既真係好難,我係旺角好景商場後面行行下見到好多間食店,之後發現見到有間食越南野既舖頭,睇到店內裝修都幾時尚,於是入去試下啦,橫惦又有我喜歡食既生牛河。入到去睇下餐牌,原來有分3個STEP可以選擇1係湯麵2係小食3係飲品,可以比我地選擇任何一個STEP都得,或者STEP1/2、STEP1/3、STEP2/3或者STEP1/2/3選哂都得,視乎我地選擇,STEP1就係湯麵(用正價價錢,沒有跟餐價),STEP2、3就係小食同飲品(假如有叫一個湯麵的話,小食或飲品可以用跟餐價錢),我之前做得咁辛苦緊係選擇哂3個STEP啦。【越式生牛肉牛骨湯河粉】$62一來到個湯底非常清甜,河粉又好幼滑,見到牛肉不是全熟(我真係比個讚佢,有好多地方既生牛河D牛多數係全熟同好"鞋"),但佢地既牛肉非常嫩滑。值得推介!!!【法式芝心蝦多士】跟餐價$45蝦多士炸麵包皮,唔好睇佢外表咁普通,實際上食落去比想像中好,表面又夠香脆內裡蝦膠又夠彈牙,最重要係

招牌手撕雞拼扎肉椰汁酸湯湯檬粉:湯底以椰汁酸辣湯而成,椰汁味道濃郁,挺喜歡湯底帶酸甜,加入湯粉,待麵條、手撕雞浸在湯底一會,更加入味;雞絲、越南扎肉先略略煎香才放入湯,所以表面少許脆且香口,表面加上炸蒜粒、炒香的紅蔥頭及蔥花,拼湊酸甜湯底,很開胃。

所以呢個自選粉麵我都叫咗番茄湯底 !黎到越南餐廳梗係要食金邊粉啦!
我覺得呢個餐設計得好好,自由度好大,令客人可以選擇多款自己鍾意嘅配搭
而且份量都好大,男仔一定夠食
不過我覺得個蕃茄湯有少少太濃味, 可能我唔配芝士就會好啲

呢兩個粉都係用咗自己煲嘅酸汁椰奶湯底,所有材料都入曬味 連洋蔥都甜過人
忍唔住飲曬啲湯
!

鋪頭好醒目咁加咗少少酸味落去,令到個椰汁唔會太過膩,仲越食越惹味


上面嗰款嘅手撕雞肉經過火出輕輕一燒 ,除咗有焦香之外仲令雞味更加突出
而下面嗰款加咗生蠔落去,啲蠔浸咗喺湯一段時間依然脹卜卜大大隻
我想而知有幾新鮮,仲好多蠔汁添呀!

招牌生蠔椰汁酸湯檬88生蠔肥美,酸辣胃口大增,大量芽菜很爽口,粉索盡椰汁,十分讚。軟殻蟹98好有風味,炸得金黃可口。香茅凍薑蜜38薑蜜味香醇,有淡淡香茅味。熱咸檸柚子蜜34對於喉嚨不適的我飲用更合心水,柚甜中和了咸檸的咸,使其溫和。香茅豬扒古法脆豬肉撈檬61撈起前,我加了蒜蓉魚露,青檸仔同辣椒在本來已好多菜絲青瓜的檬粉上,令有咬口的豬扒不油膩,脆豬肉相對下比較鬆軟,整碗份量超多的。食後感:價錢合理,越式味道新體會。P.S. 蒜蓉魚露記得試😉
