It was basically veal cooked with mushrooms and cream, served on the side with a fried Potato Roesti.
The veal was tender just as expected but the creamy sauce got a bit sickly towards the end and the potato roesti was crispy with a soft centre.
It would be great if the roesti was not so salty.

餐廳位於酒店地庫的角落

訂咗枱七點鐘
所以不用等位直入
餐廳沒有限時交枱, very good!!
雖然是星期六晚
但並不算多人
在尖沙咀很難得可以搵到一間靜靜地的餐廳,不錯!

餐廳有很多木的裝修
木枱,木椅,木酒桶...
配合著紅地磚,古銅吊燈
很有feel呀!
這個情調,
最好就是配合著一杯啤酒!
可惜呀,今日要call, 實在不宜飲酒
可恨呀可恨呀!

無得飲唔緊要!
最緊要有得食!
睇睇menu,它的Set dinner 很抵食呀!
只需二百幾大洋,就有齊沙律、湯、主菜、甜品及茶
一個主菜已經二百大洋
只要多加幾十大洋就可以有齊其他,當然要Set 啦!
今晚一行四人,最後點了兩個set dinner 加隻豬手再加個伴菜就剛剛好啦〜

內容都頗豐富〜

跟餐有兩杯飲品,太飽的關係,我們都選了熱檸茶~
整整一大壺的茶,茶味頗香濃~ OK~
四個人,平均二百大洋,
這樣的質數,真的很抵食~
加上這裡沒有限時,服務態度又好,餐廳環境舒服又有情調
絕對可以再encore 呀!!

p.s. 今次買了Farmer bread, German Rye bread, Pretzel, 小牛肉腸,豬肉腸回家~
包包第二日食都好好味,很香濃的麥味~
腸的質素也很好,肉味濃而軟滑,一家之煮大讚呢~~~

To be honest, I was not here for the cronuts. I was after the【Zürcher Geschnetzeltes】.
A Veal or Beef dish cooked with Mushrooms and Cream, served on the side with a fried Potato Roesti.

However, the table outside only had set lunches and dinners so I did not know they had an a la carte menu as well.

Inside the restaurant, there is a delicatessen corner selling sausages, sandwiches, cakes and cheeses.

Interestingly, instead of calling them cronuts, they called them cro-do using the first part of the donut word.
The cro-do was pretty disappointing, it was oily, rancid and chewy and the crispy yoghurt pieces on top were dehydrated and chewy just like freeze dried apple pieces.
The cream in the middle was sweet and sickly.

I miss real German or Swiss food.  As mentioned before,  they are all transitional cuisines across whichever border strides the other side of the Alps Mountain or river.   For example part of South-Eastern France,  surprisingly cooks up food more resembling Italian style food with pastas,  olive oil or on the South-West border,  one finds Basque-Spanish style Tapas or Pintxo cuisines as well.  And don't forget that the Romans once ruled a large part of Europe and their influence can definitely b

Here I was attracted to eat here due to their 【Zürcher Geschnetzeltes】.  A Veal or Beef dish cooked with Mushrooms and Cream, served on the side with a fried Potato Roesti.   The recipe sounds like a crowd pleaser easily.

The meat portion was huge actually,  I even found some Morel mushrooms hidden inside and a positive surprise!   But the Potato Rostie was quite too thin and more like Hash brown, albeit too soft and not dry-crispy enough.  I will happily eat it but it's not the most authentic Swiss dish especially the Rostie part of equation.  For $192 it's good by Portion,  rather than by Price.   But as a local Hong Konger,  one has to appreciate a shop for even doing this in town !!   At least it makes me miss the Zürcher Geschnetzeltes I had in Switzerland enough..

菠蘿脆脆Deli Cro-Do搭配的是士多啤梨糖霜,一開始我實在沒有頭緒那裡有菠蘿,但就一直有很濃烈的菠蘿味,原來是指上面的脆脆顆粒。如果喜歡菠蘿口味的一定會愛上這款。

這個看似不算太甜,實際上是4款中最甜,吃了4分之1已經起痰了。

再來是朱古力乳酪脆脆Deli Cro-Do,滿滿的朱古力糖霜配上乳酪脆脆,甜而濃郁的朱古力被乳酪酸酸的味道中和了。

這樣出奇地很搭,也變得沒那麼甜,也減低了非常油膩的感覺。

最後是紅野莓脆脆Deli Cro-Do,這個是我們一致認為最好、最有驚喜。

外層鋪上的是檸檬糖霜再配上紅野莓脆脆,檸檬味道偏淡,加上微酸野莓脆脆,2種酸甜味道混在一起的感覺十分清新。

總括來說,無論是因為羊群效應還是想要挑戰新甜品,我覺得都是值得一試的。

每一間都有自己研發的秘訣,也有各自的風格,身處香港的我們無法到NY去排隊試那正牌,嚐試自己本土改良出品也不錯啊!
Other Info. : 一個人都完整吃完是很膩的,最多半個已經有很飽的感覺,建議可以和朋友分著嚐試,也可以一次品嚐不同口味喔!

Delicatessen Corner is in the basement of Holiday Inn and is quite hidden in my opnion. The doors on the left led to the restaurant side and the doors on the right led to the take out side. Upon walking in, a manager like person greeted us and we told her that we wanted a Pork knuckle ($78) to go. While waiting, the staff there politely asked us if we'd like to add anything else so we had a look at what other things were offered. However, I saw that this staff was coughing with her hands over her mouth and didn't have a mask on, but luckily it wasn't her that touched our food. Still, a huge hygiene issue. Then, I saw a sign behind this staff and found out that ordering out was a lot cheaper than dinning in. I don't know if the portions are different, but ordering out was about half the price of dinning in. 
 The pork knuckle we got didn't come with anything, but if you were to order it at the restaurant, you would get sauerkraut and a pretzel for $198 so I do think the take out is a way better deal! The lovely pork knuckle came in this little cool bag. haha Lame but I liked it. 
 Since my sister and I weren't going home immediately, we had to carry it around with us. The smell was killing us because it smelt sooooo good. The smell went through the foil and the paperbag. 
 I think it was about 1.5 -2 hrs before we got the pork home, but it was still warm and the skin was still crunchy. Also, the meat was tender.
This pork knuckle was better than the one I had at another German restaurant recently, but this also was way smaller with a huge bone in it so there really wasn't much meat on it. Oh well, everything's better in moderation, right? haha

Final Verdict:
The take out was a good delicious deal so I'd go again. While we were watiing for the pork knuckle, we could see the restaurant side and it seemed like a quiet and relaxing place to dine at so maybe we could dine in next time instead of ordering take out.

壽司: 三文魚 , 八爪魚, 北寄貝, 鰻魚, 旦 , 蟹柳, 火灸三文魚 , 魷魚

刺身: 甜蝦 , 三文魚, 鮑片, 八爪魚, 呑拿魚﹐無咩特別,普通野,都新鮮既.

ham and cheese : 幾好食 ~

熟食: 無驚喜...來來去去都係雞, 咖哩牛腩, 蝦仁菜炒.....

中湯: 椰子雞湯好飲, 無味精

西湯: 南瓜湯.....出奇地唔好味, 無味 ~

意大利芝士雲吞 : 超難食, 爛容容咁, 又無味.

甜品 : 好難唔好食, 所以滿分

雪糕 : Huggies <--- 凍到結冰

$2xx 可以去酒店食dinner buffet , 有咁既水準已經幾好,

起碼有生蠔, 刺身種類也多選擇, 食物既質素都唔太差.

8點果陣係最多人, refill 唔夠快.

青豆湯看似平平無奇,不過內裡的配料非常多,把青豆打至半爛,吃起來甚有口感,別以為青豆湯味道很淡,因此加上煙肉碎,令湯變得濃郁而有肉味。
白菌忌廉湯
好香濃的香菌和忌廉味,把白菌打成蓉,每一口都充滿白菌粒,口感十足,而且令白菌的味道更加濃郁,配上質地有如奶油般幼滑的忌廉湯,香濃美味。
餐湯的最佳伴侶就是麵包了,最喜歡熱騰騰的葵花籽包,烘得外脆內軟,再配上香草牛油,令麵包增添美味。

主菜來了,包括芝士佳拿腸、龍堡腸、燒豬肉腸、匈牙利辣肉腸及德式肉腸,一次過滿足愛肉腸的朋友,當中最喜歡芝士佳拿腸,肉味非常濃郁、肉汁豐盈,一咬下去就溢出了不少芝士汁,充滿著整個口腔,腸的外表做得香脆,內裡做得柔韌有口感。
另外龍堡腸,外型短小而幼身,但想不到肉味頗濃,而且肉質比較結實有口感,另外一提就是吃德國菜會經常見到酸椰菜,酸椰菜是有助減低膩感,酸酸的的確很開胃。

好濃郁的玉桂味,單是聞到已經令我感受到甜甜的味道,黃金色酥皮內夾著甜甜酸酸的蘋果肉,伴以呢拿肉桂汁更加香滑,配上Haagen-Dazs雲呢拿雪糕也不錯。
今日一次過品嚐多款地道德國菜真的很興奮,有很多菜色都是高水準而且與眾不同,強烈建議大家跟三五知己一起來共聚晚餐。而且價格合理,4道菜的晚餐包括有頭盤, 餐湯, 主菜跟甜品每位都只是HKD$288或HKD$318,而且每道菜都份量十足,一定令你捧腹而歸。

甫坐下, 菜未上, 當然是先來杯德國啤酒爽一下了!
餐廳供應的啤酒品牌其他也頗多, 但德國品牌的就有2款, 分別是最著名的Erdinger跟Warsteinter. 前者麥味比較重身, 宅女一向比較豪氣, 當然點個前者試試.

餐廳中央擺放了一大個Erdinger的原個啤酒木桶看起來真的很有特色, 點來的是Erdinger Weissbier Weizen, 大大的一杯泡沫也頗為細緻, 入口麥味果然是重身一點, 但喝起來也仍算醇厚而且易入口, 雖然一杯十分大但最後宅女也把它清得光光的.
同桌友人不喝酒, 便點來這個沒有酒精成份的Warsteiner啤酒過一過癮.

其實現今也有不少品牌有推出過沒酒精成份的啤酒, 當中尤其日本品牌更甚, 全因還是方便一眾駕車人士. 而這款德國出品的, 友人說喝了後也是很像有喝啤酒的感覺, 味道也是不錯的. 如果是自駕人仕來到這裡也可以開懷暢飲絕對沒問題.

煙三文魚用上挪威產的, 上來色澤呈橙紅色, 表面看起來更是油潤十足, 入口較一般的煙三文魚來得肥美, 肉質甚具彈性, 吃起來滿口都是三文魚的脂香, 十分不錯. 想口感再豐厚一點, 不妨配上辣根忌廉同吃吧. 辣根其實就是近似芥末, 混入忌廉後吃起來就是帶點辛香, 不會很刺激; 想再香口一點, 可以跟旁邊烘得香脆的多士一同吃, 味道更來得豐富. 伴碟的還有些醃酸瓜和沙律菜, 沾著檸檬汁吃真是非常開胃, 為跟著的佳餚打響了完美的頭炮.

炸蟹肉粟米餅不算很厚身, 但外皮炸得帶點香脆, 中間絲絲蟹肉清晰可見, 加上粟米的甜美, 啖啖都是鮮味. 最喜歡的是底下放滿了粒粒的醃小洋蔥, 吃起來爽口帶點微酸, 而火箭菜和沙律菜配上 蒜蓉青檸汁, 清新得來又有點蒜香, 實在是個味道意想不到那麼豐富的頭盤.

以木板盛著4款不同的凍肉實在非常吸引. 每款都有約3-4片左右, 以這個價格來說份量也十分足夠. 4款凍肉分別是凍肉腸, 沙樂美腸, 煙火腿和風乾牛肉. 宅女比較欣賞的有沙樂美腸, 入口帶點油脂香, 肉味濃得來質地夠柔軟, 不過當中的風乾牛肉咸咸香香的, 肉質同樣夠柔軟但更有嚼勁. 點來一盤幾個人分, 用來配啤酒實在非常不錯.

自選晚餐的餐湯都可以從餐牌內挑選, 其實3款都比較特別的.

宅女一向愛重口味, 當然是來個牛肉濃湯好了. 上來湯頭色澤鮮明, 湯身也較為濃稠. 入口味道相當濃郁但又不會死咸. 不過最意外的是底下的配料非常多, 除了有著粒粒牛肉, 更有不少薯仔粒, 蕃茄及三色椒等等的蔬菜, 每一口都能吃到豐富的配料, 單是吃完這個湯巳飽了三份一.

新鮮青豆湯配煙肉碎 (單點HKD$68)
青豆湯看起來較清新一點, 不過內裡其實也是同樣地配料非常多. 底下的青豆打至半爛的狀態, 再加入薯粒和紅蘿蔔粒, 吃起來豆蓉夠軟棉又有咬口, 湯身也頗為濃厚, 加上還有點點煙肉碎作伴, 實在是個看起來簡單, 但味道亳不遜色, 非常豐富的湯.

白菌忌廉湯 (單點HKD$68)
雖說白菌忌廉湯是現在吃西餐最普遍的餐湯之一, 但受歡迎程度的確一直都是名列三甲之內. 這裡的白菌湯湯身頗為濃稠, 白菌也打得細碎, 吃起來滿口都是濃郁的白菌香, 加上面頭下的忌廉, 混在一起喝口感更顯幼滑. 喜愛菌類湯的朋友吃這個絕不會失望.

再來便是主菜上場, 先來的當然是個甚具份量的招牌扒雜腸 (HKD$228)

一盤上來放了5款不同大小的腸, 份量其實真的幾多, 足夠4-5人分享. 這裡部份的德國腸都是自家製的, 質素控制方面絕對有保証. 5款腸包括有芝士佳拿腸, 龍堡腸, 燒豬肉腸, 匈牙利辣肉腸和德式肉腸.
5款腸雖然大小不一, 但腸衣都做得頗為脆口, 中間的肉亦是十分JUICY, 肉味香濃, 每一口都充斥著油潤的感覺. 當中宅女印象比較深刻的有最幼身的龍堡腸, 想不到尺寸最小的這個腸, 肉味居然非常香, 而且口感厚實出奇的討好. 而同枱最受歡迎的必數是芝士佳拿腸了, 肥大的腸身一口咬下去後, 中間溢出了不少芝士汁, 味道香濃又不會很膩, 實在能夠滿足一眾愛肉又愛芝士的朋友.

有德國腸又怎會少得了德國豬手呢~

每日限量供應只有15-18隻的燒豬手, 份量果真是非常大, 足夠5人以上享用. 豬手烤得表面金黃帶點焦, 非常吸引, 而且豬手表面再加了小茴香來醃製, 表皮非常香脆又不油, 咬開來''咔滋''一聲, 香口得來十分鬆化, 而中間夾著帶膠質的肥脂, 入口真的豐腴動人, 加上底下的肉帶著微微咸香, 吃罷一件實在不夠喉呢!!
而伴碟的也有不少德國酸椰菜和一大件的Pretzel, 前者入口軟淋入味, 酸度恰到好處, 吃完一件豬手再吃些酸菜剛好便能去除口腔內那份油膩感了. 不夠飽更可以進攻那件Pretzel, 賣相漂亮之餘香脆又可口, 配著豬手來吃更是滋味.

不要以為這裡的晚市套餐價格不貴主菜份量一定會很少. 像這款燴羊膝連其他3道菜每位只是三百左右, 但份量是一整隻羊膝上來, 而且肉質非常肥厚, 但炆得極盡柔軟, 肥脂比例不算多, 輕輕一刀切下骨肉便分離. 入口羊羶味不太強, 肉質軟得差點融在口中, 配上濃郁的醬汁果真是美味得令人感動. 而旁邊的燒薯仔跟法邊豆沾上醬汁吃也極具滋味, 這道菜實在是重口味人仕必吃之選.

宅女一向很喜歡瑞士薯餅, 曾在半島那家Chesa吃過令人回味無窮, 不過眾所周知那裡價格也不算便宜, 總不能常常光顧. 得知這裡也有供應但價格只是百多元實在令宅女非常期待. 一碟上來薯餅煎得十分大塊, 入口薄身得來十分香脆, 而且薯味也香濃, 不過個人感覺可以再做得乾身脆口一點. 伴著的炒牛仔肉帶點嚼勁, 配上白菌忌廉汁吃的確惹味. 整體來說當然未算是令人非常驚喜的水準但以這個價錢絕對吃得過.

香煎鱸魚配水瓜柳牛油汁伴薯蓉及莧菜 (HKD$188)
2件厚厚的魚肉煎得表面金黃, 吃一口魚肉質地結實, JUICY度有點不足但魚味也算是頗鮮香的, 而中間的莧菜做得十分入味但個人感覺有點咸. 反而底下的薯蓉加入了牛油汁, 入口十分細滑但不會過咸, 吃起來口感豐厚, 的確不錯. 整道菜最後吃得較多的反而是薯蓉.

最後的主菜仍是相當有份量- 維也納式牛仔配薯條 (HKD$198)

上來一大塊的大家都以為是炸魚, 造型真的跟英國的炸魚薯條十分相似. 牛仔肉打至薄身再拿去炸至外皮呈金黃色, 出來的油份又不算多, 入口皮未算好脆, 中間的肉質相當結實但肥脂就不多, 肉味頗濃, 整體感覺不錯, 加上大堆頭的薯條, 就算3-4人來分享也絕對夠吃.

雖則吃了那麼多主菜但沒有甜點怎成事
瑞士式焦糖燉蛋伴忌廉 (HKD$68)
賣相很OLD SCHOOL呢~令宅女頓時回憶起了童年時吃過的西餐甜品的模樣來. 焦糖燉蛋質感頗為結實, 蛋香濃郁, 但又未能算是滑身, 感覺比常吃的厚實一點. 伴上焦糖醬來吃甜度更升級, 嗜甜又愛份量感的朋友不妨試試.

德式芝士蛋糕

紐約芝士蛋糕吃得多, 但其實德國也有類似的芝士蛋糕. 不同之處就是在蛋糕內再加入了些葡萄乾和檸檬汁, 吃起來夠creamy又帶點結實, 口感夠RICH之餘檸檬汁更能帶出芝士的香甜, 批底富牛油香氣, 整體也不錯. 不過不想吃得太飽滯的話還是跟朋友分享一件比較好.

凍橙酒梳乎厘忌廉 (HKD$68)

說是梳乎厘但跟平日坊間吃到的無論是造型或味道都大有不同. 這裡出來的質感頗為結實, 入口有點像雪糕但又較其輕身和軟滑, 奶脂味豐厚, 不過也不要少看當中加入的橙酒, 吃到一半酒味慢慢湧出來都幾刺激的. 老實說如果看名字點這個的話可能會有點失望, 但如果當它是個橙酒忌廉MOUSSE的話可能會較為滿足.

奧地利式蘋果卷伴雲尼拿汁 (HKD$68)
其實吃到這裡巳經非常的飽, 但意想不到這個蘋果卷份量仍是非常的大, 足足夠2-3人分享的. 薄薄的酥皮包著中間不少的蘋果片, 入口酥皮未如想像中酥脆, 不過當中的蘋果吃起來十分爽口, 暖烘烘的再配上豐腴的雲尼拿汁口感更添豐富. 想再刺激一點的這裡也有另一版本可以配上Häagen-Dazs雲尼拿雪糕球, 一冷一熱交配著吃實在沒有不好吃的理由.

感謝店方和公關的邀請, 令宅女飽嚐了一頓非常有特色的德國菜.
感覺這裡的食物意想不到的十分不錯, 而且價格又不算貴, 像4道菜的晚餐有沙律或頭盤, 餐湯, 主菜跟甜品, 還包括一杯餐酒或汽水, 最後還有咖啡或茶, 每位只是HKD$288或HKD$318, 而且這裡的菜色份量亦夠大, 絕對飽肚.
於9月份前以HSBC信用卡更有75折, 折後每位只是二百多, 算起來的確非常抵吃.
如果平日吃厭了普遍的美國菜或意大利菜, 不妨來這裡試試些獨特的德國,阿爾卑斯及瑞士菜, 讓味蕾來個新鮮一點的體驗吧.

這客拼盆絕對是肉食者的世界,由左邊起: 凍肉腸、沙樂美腸、煙火腿及風乾牛肉等,當中驚喜沙樂美腸表面油潤,口感軟熟有咬口,越嚼肉味越濃,鹹度適中。

凍肉腸富光澤和彈性,肉香濃郁、鲜嫩可口,也喜歡煙火腿的爽口與迷人煙燻香氣,同樣伴以爽脆菜蔬、讓人胃口大開的水瓜柳、味道如中國蕎頭的醃製小洋葱、辛辣紫洋葱、蕃茄和酸青瓜,既可清新味蕾也能減低肉類的滯膩感。

款式看以普通但味道一點也不簡單,將面頭大量忌廉攪勻,即時傳來鮮香菇菌和奶酥忌廉的化學作用,喝一口熱烘烘的,滿口充斥著菇菌粒,是讓喜歡忌廉口味的人們感到幸福的泉源。

筆者並沒有喝這道湯,唯眼看內裡食材十分豐足,除了牛肉粒,也下了大量蔬果,如西芹、蕃茄、薯仔、香草等,質感濃稠,是個稱得上"喝得飽"的湯,聞到陣陣肉香濃郁,況且菜與肉類的配搭一向都是經典美味,友人點頭表示滿意。

想像中是將青豆打茸的口味,但上桌成品卻是將去皮青豆粒煮至入口即化的質感,另外加入薯粒、甘筍等增加濃稠度,怕味道單薄嘛? 絕不! 因為湯中加入肥瘦適中的煙肉粒和炸得香脆的麵包粒,口感變得精彩,味道也濃惹起來。

[9. 歐式麵包]
有精緻德式餐湯又怎能缺少麵包相伴? 雜綿口味的歐式麵包任君挑選,筆者喜歡個子圓圓可愛的葵花籽包,烘得外脆內軟,內藏滿滿葵花籽,只要再塗上大量自家香草牛油,每口是油潤中帶果仁香。
大大片農夫包充滿麥粉氣息,口感鬆脆,中心煙韌,不沾任何塗料仍好吃非常。

假日美食店扒雜腸碟 HK$228]
主打阿爾卑斯菜系的Delicatessen Corner,現在就由這客雜腸碟開始展示,內裡包括芝士佳拿腸、龍堡腸、燒豬肉腸、匈牙利辣肉腸及德式肉腸,一直認為吃肉腸是沉悶乏味,但如今筆者完全改觀,餐廳內大部份香腸是由自家製,既依照正宗德國食譜製法,香料亦又德國進口,是百份百傳統風味。

芝士佳拿腸,肉香濃郁、肉汁豐盈,彈牙口感中擁有粒粒半溶的鹹香芝士;幼長外型的龍堡腸,質地紮實卻不乾嚡,香草味道帶出肉香,蘸些芥辣或燒汁,越吃越滋味。

身形圓潤飽滿的燒豬肉腸,豬肉味道特別香濃油潤,混入香草沒半分羶味,大口大口咬下,豪情過癮!

巨型粗身、外皮烤得焦黃香脆的德式肉腸,脂肪含量比一般香腸低,除了胡椒、芫茜和大蒜,還要加入獨特香料馬鬱蘭才算是正宗德式thuering sausage。

總覺得要吃點墊底的酸椰菜才算真正吃過德國菜,濕濕綿綿又軟腍鹹酸,是肥美腸類的最佳配搭兼,說著筆者不禁口水直流,反觀烚薯味道很淡。

**提提大家,這客雜腸碟份量驚人,最佳吃法當然是邀請三五知己一同分享。

另一款Alpine名菜亦是筆者期待的經典口味,德國燒豬手伴酸椰菜。每日限量發售15-18的燒豬手,體積巨碩得4-5人同吃亦不成問題,外皮烤成焦黃香色、香脆無比! 與中式燒腩仔相近,以小茴香籽醃製,帶出肉質鮮嫩酥香,存著些少油脂軟滑,感覺毫不肥膩,鹹度恰好,當中夾集富彈性的軟骨組織,是無限骨膠原帶來的美顏元素啊! 喜歡拌酸椰菜、芥辣或燒汁,悉隨尊便~

餐廳內設有外賣部想外帶回家享用,這裡設有外賣部,價錢只是HK$78,份量與堂食相同,十分划算。多個急凍櫃內陳列了各類煙燻肉食、歐式芝士、三文治、麵包、糕餅和瑞士朱古力等,舉例一件蛋糕外賣價格平均為HK$24、燒春雞 (HK$68) ,平心而論,酒店餐廳的質素卻是超級市場的價錢令筆者心動,至於款式合心意與否,就要留待顧客發掘了。

維也納式牛仔配薯條 HK$198]
製法是先將厚厚牛仔肉用扒錘拍打至薄身大件頭,令肉質變得鬆化,再沾滿蛋漿和麵包糠酥炸成金黃鬆脆,步驟繁多,是一等一的心機菜。

成品放在面前,傳來是熱辣辣的油炸誘惑,新鮮香口之物不好吃的機會很微,加上外脆內嫩的薯條,邊喝凍飲或啤酒,痛快!

又是無肉不歡者的另一喜好,原隻大大的羊膝經長時間燴煮仍能保持其外型,神奇是肉與骨能輕易分離,多餘羊脂亦完全消失,放進了迷迭香增加食物香味同時癖羶,大家認為羊肉嫩滑、甘香而不羶,法邊豆伴以濃濃肉汁醬,每一滴均是美味精華所在。

炒牛仔肉片配白菌忌廉汁伴瑞士式薯餅 HK$198]
從來對重口味的忌廉製品有份偏好,故十分欣賞白菌忌廉汁的濃濃鮮雜菌與奶香,質地細滑得將所有食材也包裹著,大大片磨菇肉十分爽口多汁。

至於牛仔肉,友人認為不夠軟腍,而在旁薄身的瑞士式薯餅表面烙得焦香,薯味也濃,唯外層可做得更脆口些便好了。

香煎鱸魚配水瓜柳牛油汁伴薯蓉及莧菜 HK$188]
筆者愛吃魚,這道菜正合心意,先吃一口充滿牛油香的薯蓉,令人食慾大增,其次是以水瓜柳牛油汁同煮的莧菜,滑溜溜又富牛油濃香,頂層加入脆薯絲增加多種口感,雖然是魚類,口味仍然濃重一點也不單寡。唯主角鱸魚焗得過熟,外皮焦脆魚肉金黃,吃到魚味鮮甜,但質地偏乾也失去魚汁。

當女士們飽到不行之際,第二個胃會自行啟動去迎接甜品來臨:

三顆唧花鮮忌廉甚為搶眼吧~! 賣相予人一種傳統甜品的印象。冰涼燉蛋擁有濃濃蛋香,甜味略高,質感紮實有彈性,不如筆者心中預期的滑嘟嘟、入口即化,這甜甜口味較適合嚐甜者或外籍人士。

凍橙酒梳乎厘忌廉 HK$68]
筆者十分推介的甜品,凍梳乎厘外型挺身,質感輕盈軟滑,是介乎雪糕與慕絲之間,吃一口先是冰凍奶滑,濃烈橙酒香氣漸漸滲出,陣陣酒香和淡淡果香繼而湧進鼻子,有點冰火共存之感,神奇地驅趕了飯氣攻心之效,吃得過癮。

德式芝士蛋糕]
外表平平無奇,全以內涵取勝,烤焗過後表面金黃,賣相有如紐約芝士蛋糕般並不起眼,牛油撻皮底部加了冧酒葡萄乾,芝士味道豐厚濃重,質感紮實。

由於加入檸檬汁,酸味將芝士蛋糕的甜味帶出,整體味道平衡,不得不讚歎長久以來廚師們的烹調智慧。

奧地利最經典也是當地人引以為傲的甜品,這蘋果卷總令筆者傻傻地聯想到安徒生童畫... 也許因為它存著古式歐陸森林氣派? 甜品的份量絕對足夠2-3人享用,焗得乾脆的黃金色酥皮上灑滿糖粉,薄薄細緻的酥皮使筆者叉每一下都小心翼翼。

層層切得薄身的蘋果餡心夾著肉桂、杏仁粉和冧酒葡萄乾,質地爽身酸甜得宜,少了糖漿的甜膩,多吃也不覺飽滯,配上冰凍Haagen-Dazs雲呢拿雪糕。或傳統吃法,香甜雲呢拿汁均同樣美味!

Delicatessen Corner提供的每客食物相當巨型,假設四人同行,點三道菜式已十分飽足,若希望多試幾款,最好是邀請多幾位朋友共享。若由7月至9月以HSBC信用卡簽賬,午膳及晚膳均享有75折優惠。總括而言是價錢與食物水準成正比。

除了À la carte,餐廳每晚6時至10時提供頭盤、餐湯、主菜和甜品四道菜式精選晩餐,均由酒店行政總廚安排,價錢分別為288元或318元,款式每星期轉換一 次,餐湯並非只有預設的「是日」口味,而是可在menu上任擇一款,三位女生揀選兩客晚餐已能一同歡渡晚上了。

這晚好高興可與親切友人交流飲食心得,說說笑笑、輕輕鬆鬆地喝著冰凍啤酒或飲料,開懷吃著豪邁的德國菜,享受獨有自在的小小歐陸空間,情緒似乎有點高漲。

體驗到樸素無華的地道德國菜原來內裡味道是如斯精彩兼熱情洋溢,希望店方能為顧客們繼續顯示優質的食物和服務質素。

來到尖咀重慶大廈附近的假日酒店的下層,有間幾有美式餐廳風格的德國餐廳。星期六晚飯時間Full一半House!站於一個幫襯者的角度,靜靜地,唔錯!對張枱紙好有印象,好似中學美術書/西史書其中一頁~免費的餐包+普遍牛油+香草牛油: 圓圓果兩個包幾好味,暖暖地又外脆內軟,點香草牛油味會濃點,而且有些蒜香。不太餓,所以沒有叫Set,Set都幾抵食其實,二百幾三百元,有沙律,湯,主菜,甜品,餐飲。But its too much for me...只散叫左兩樣。煙三文魚配XX忌廉(大約$100): 煙三文魚就是超市一包包的那種,又幾大片喎。個XX忌廉醬有驚喜,酸酸的,好醒胃呀!再有D洋蔥碎,都幾香,平時都不覺得洋蔥咁正!又有兩條小酸瓜,OK啦,不太夠酸囉相比起一D正宗美國菜館。整體而言,呢碟係冇可能會失手的!香腸拼盤($220): 兩人都好夠食啦!5款香腸,其中只係識辣肉腸同紐倫堡腸,不是驚為天人,但標準作,腸衣脆,有肉粒,足料!最不中意辣肉腸,有點干身,最重要我不食辣,哈哈!除了香腸,小小嫁薯仔好Fresh,酸菜都好正呀!食到飽飽地,最好食佢!~最後,食淨兩條腸,浪費食物,很Guilty...
