貪佢方便拍車又唔駛等位,就黎試試。依個位之前已經做過唔少酒樓。一間玩完又一間。鳳城轉做八月花再轉做而家東海薈。究竟係咩原因令到依度嘅酒樓都做唔長。因為呢個鋪頭喺勁細,所以佢嘅枱都非常非常之迫,連點心車都過唔到。每次經過都要人讓一讓,成餐飯俾人不停撞。環境不知所謂之餘,啲野都真係好難食。個燒賣唔知點解勁重胡椒粉味,仲重調味料過街邊食嗰啲魚肉燒賣。伊麵咸到懷疑人生,又乾又咸。鮮竹卷係乾蒸腐皮卷,好難食好難食。

環境不知所謂之餘,啲野都真係好難食。個燒賣唔知點解勁重胡椒粉味,仲重調味料過街邊食嗰啲魚肉燒賣。伊麵咸到懷疑人生,又乾又咸。鮮竹卷係乾蒸腐皮卷,好難食好難食。

同家人訂位飲茶,想揾一間無限時的酒樓。在OpenRice訂位時,沒有說明限時。到達後先知限時90分鐘。這店的青衣店及銅鑼灣店都無限時,只有沙田店是這樣。希望這店再OpenRice說明有限時的要求。我當時已經表示OpenRice無說明,他們也不理會。已經約了坐輪椅的老人家,無奈地要食。門口其中一個女帶位(比較年青嗰個)態度差,黑口黑面。食物質素本身幾好,我至愛係壽桃包,可惜沙田店服務感覺太差,加上限時,以後唔再去沙田店。

又係大閘蟹嘅季節♥️。每年都會同屋企人出嚟至少食一餐🦀。今年揀咗東海飲食集團旗下嘅東海薈試吓。六人餐$2688加一。個餐都幾豐富同抵食。有鮮拆蟹粉小籠包,京式片皮鴨,雞蓉燕窩羹,清蒸大閘蟹12隻(每隻公約五兩),蟹粉蒜蓉包,頭抽美極大花蝦,蟲草花浸時蔬,暖心薑茶湯圓,另外一個餐仲會包埋每人一杯橙汁或者一罐汽水。套餐嘅大閘蟹仲可以每隻另加$80轉為六両(公)。冇限時,可以慢慢品嚐,我哋差唔多食咗成三個鐘。五両嘅大閘蟹嚟講,啲蟹都算多膏。服務都幾好,好勤換碟同埋第二round嘅大閘蟹佢會等你食完第一round先上👍🏻。一大班人又唔想喺屋企咁麻煩自己整嘅話,呢度呢個套餐都係唔錯嘅選擇。

一行5人連1個bb7點15分入座,食到一肚氣。7點半落單,8點黎左2個餸,蒸魚和龍蝦伊面,8點半追下點解只係黎得2個餸,原來漏咗單,其餘6樣無落單,已經覺得奇怪。點解落咗2樣無落其他,但我哋都同佢講咁而家落返單,咁無理由未食飽就走?到咗9點都係未黎齊。食物叫左8樣1.古法蒸老虎班條魚係新鮮蒸得都幾好味,蒸行岩岩好鮮嫩幼滑,加上做緊優惠半價都好抵食2.波士頓龍蝦加伊面底龍蝦食落都新鮮鮮甜,肉質彈牙,同樣都係做緊半價優惠。3.叉燒例牌 叉燒入味,上面啲糖唔係死甜,味道好,但肉質較散有雪味4.燒鵝例牌燒鵝肉質鬆散但皮脆,一般。5.乳鴿都幾大隻肉質ok,略嫌有啲雪藏味,味道好6.咕嚕肉呢個啲醬太甜,皮似翻炸,粉厚,重要百幾蚊7.椒鹽魷魚唔推介,完全冇魷魚味,又唔夠熱8.金銀蛋莧菜呢個係足足等左2個鐘既菜,但客觀講都好食嘅,只係無特別好食嘅感覺

服務唔使講差到不得了!想叫餐經理扮睇你唔到。叫左餐d餸自己係咁上,食緊蟹,大佬,於是d餸凍晒!終於食哂完全凍嘅片皮鴨,蝦,牛肉粒,等半個鐘都唔上小籠包,再追佢小籠包,佢話我冇叫起小籠包,我即刻同佢講:之前我夠冇叫你上啦,又自動上哂所有野,搞到全部凍哂⋯⋯⋯等湯圓又等多半個鐘。明明叫雞湯烏冬,又上左辣肉燥烏冬,上錯都算,個侍應竟然想放低叫我哋照食,成餐飯6點食到9點都未完,食法國菜都唔使食3個鐘啦大佬,冇下次啦!你估唔使錢咩!

見到東海薈的宣傳廣告《大閘蟹。盛極六人套餐》所吸引,便諗住去試一試。我哋決定叫咗個六人餐,因為星期一至三係有75折,決定到沙田東海薈home square去試一試。入到去酒樓的面積不是十分大,但都坐滿了客人,樓面的人手真是不夠,服務態度不用多講了。我哋落單後,首先,1️⃣ 拎黎是京滬順嫂魚羹,這更簡直同普通快餐沒有多大的分別,第一口吃落去是凍的羮,廚房並未有保溫,就盛載出嚟比客人吃,這一點已經大打折扣。2️⃣粉小籠包也是不外如是,普通到唔普通。唯一可取的是蒜片澳洲和牛粒, 是稍為好吃的。3️⃣跟住再來的是酸菜肉燥手打烏冬,每人一碗。何謂酸菜?一點酸也沒有,是一碗由阿姐推車仔逐枱派,架車遊花園後,才送到你張枱,ㄧ碗又是普通的烏冬。4️⃣好戲在後頭,以為大閘蟹可以給我們有最後的驚喜。這驚喜簡直是震驚,不是籠仔蒸大閘蟹,而是用ㄧ大碟捧出來,一揭開出嚟成個大閘蟹蓋都是霉的大閘蟹肉,找不到一點蟹膏,蟹腳黐住蟹腳的殼,簡直用棒棒都拔不出來。我相信,我出去街市買一隻50蚊嘅,總好過這店整出來的大閘蟹,簡直是唔知係死左幾耐的大閘蟹呢🦀?咁樣都比得客人食既!如果你試過,ㄧ定有這難忘、深刻的經歷。現有相片為證。我相信,我
