果日同男友講開好耐冇食過呢間餐廳,上到去發現原來佢地改左名做INCA首先開左支紅酒,然後就叫野食喇有機日本雞蛋注入💉秘魯Huancaina醬 帶點辛辣感好特別呢柔軟的Parmesan cheese伴隨扇貝的清爽口感同蘑菇香氣~~好正啊乳豬個皮烤得超香脆而且一啲都唔油膩 而個飯mix左豆同蕃茄 食落好清爽 呢個組合配搭得好perfectPortobello蘑菇和Parmesan cheese,質感好creamy面頭再撒上chives同少少辣椒絲,令人垂涎欲滴食完覺得好滿意,每款菜式都整得好靚,擺盤都好有心機。期待下次再黎食!

鴨髀用刀一督落去就知道質素好好,完全唔洗切已經離骨,鹹香適中。

芫荽飯,相信出面冇咩餐廳會有咁特別嘅飯。真系啖啖芫荽味,雖則不會很濃,但我就覺得恰到好處,配上軟熟creamy嘅牛油果🥑一齊食,味道上了一層次。

最最喜歡的是,面頭有加醃制嘅酸洋蔥,應該是秘魯的特色,非常開胃,拌著吃清曬成蝶飯都冇問題!

This place was pretty awesome and the mains were all very very nice.Definitely the favourite was the rib eye steak at medium rare. The next was the suckling pig, meat fell off the bone and skin was crispy (tasty but a lot of fat we all scraped aside).I shall go again to try the appetizers next time.

Side dish 都係廚師推介,看似無特別的牛肉果,烤過的原來香味十足,再加上green chimichurri的汁, 好味又飽肚!

試生熟蠔各一隻,擺碟精緻有heart,從未見過用蠔形碟擺蠔呢。濃濃芝士汁夾著8成熟微溫的蠔,雖然汁蓋過了蠔鮮味,但芝士汁本身已經惹味都加分。生蠔上有微辣的泡又有花,視覺刺激起食慾,擺盤再一次有驚喜!以為淡淡的辣泡已很特別,再連辣汁加蠔吞下,感覺有如在口中炒避風塘鮮蠔一樣,味道異常配合。愛吃鮮蠔味的朋友可能會失望,但未試過辣汁蠔的朋友,都係強推!

慢煮48個鐘的乳豬,非常軟易入口,外皮脆脆不硬剛好,配以甜薯蓉,中和乳豬膩口感覺,讚!一份3個人夠有餘,已無空間吃甜了!

El Mercado has an interesting take on their nikkei cuisine which was very new to HK when it first opened. After TokyoLima opened, that novelty factor is gone but the flavors and quality of el mercado still prevails. I especially enjoy their ceviche and skewers which is delicious. Their lunch buffet also has a fresh selection of salads and is a good deal as it also includes a soup, main and dessert. Overall a great restaurant and friendly service.

對我而言,我上這餐廳係因為hooch 既free drink,然後再有興趣食佢秘魯菜。星期三早放一個人,又想飲杯野歎個沙律。但係個老細睇我一個人,又用app換free drink (其實我比左錢個app左,好心)一面西面,又話app唔用得(明明係listed) 加上個待應一手click左我個日個drink quotum. Thanks but no thanks, 西面加亂黎,一個興致勃勃的晚上,一盤冷水淋落黎,雖然之前係不過不失,但對我一個人晚餐,而西面而唔去嘗試mitigate,連面都另開一面。shame! And I stormed out and left.

由公司付錢的 team lunch 永遠是最開心的。我在灣仔上班,要找一間環境舒服食物質素又高的餐廳一點也不難,但煩惱在有太多選擇,不知道該去那間。經過一星期的內部投票後決定去 El Mercado,一間秘魯和日本的 fusion 菜!對秘魯菜非常陌生的我十分期待唷~餐廳位於 21 樓,環境優雅舒適,還可以看到街外美麗的風境,晚上的夜景一定會更美。午市套餐是半自助形式,頭盤是自助餐,套餐還包括餐湯,主菜,甜品和檸檬茶。麵包很失望,不軟熟還帶點梗,所以我吃了數啖便停手了。餐湯是蔬菜湯,味道濃郁,加了黑椒有小小辣十分惹味。本以為黃色的湯會有很重南瓜味,很我卻喝不岀南瓜,而湯的質地也是偏稀。自助頭盤十分豐富,除了有新鮮爽口的火箭菜和羅馬生菜,還有芝士蕃茄,粟米粒,兩種 salami,烤翠玉瓜和香草螺絲粉。而我最欣賞的是香草螺絲粉,意粉煮得煙韌有咬口,而混上香草醬十分惹味。主菜我點了 Fish of the day ($188),今天的是烤三文魚。魚皮煎得像薯片般香脆,魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,還能吃到很香的魚油味。而三文魚上的芒果粒為這道菜增添清新感,配上三文魚吃味道甜甜的十分有趣新穎。中間有爽口的長豆

主菜我點了 Fish of the day ($188),今天的是烤三文魚。魚皮煎得像薯片般香脆,魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,還能吃到很香的魚油味。而三文魚上的芒果粒為這道菜增添清新感,配上三文魚吃味道甜甜的十分有趣新穎。中間有爽口的長豆,而底下則是香滑 creamy 的薯蓉。如果滿分是十分,我會給這道菜九分,另外的一分就是我吃不到日本 fusion 味。

同事點的是 Grilled chicken breast ($178)。我只試了一口,雖然是雞胸肉,但肉質不粗糙,還很嫩滑 juicy。伴碟還有薯仔和粟米呢~

另一位同事點了 Sirloin ($198),賣相太吸引了!牛扒的份量真大,絕對不是午市份量。連牛扒燒得十分脆口脆口,表面有深深的炭燒紋,而裡面卻是粉紅色。肉質夠稔又嫩滑,果然頂級。

最後便是甜品,今天的是朱古力蛋糕配雲呢拿雪糕。朱古力蛋糕很好吃,有層次,質感滑溜還有很重的朱古力味。而雲呢拿雪糕則有點偏甜,但有很濃郁的雲呢拿味,還能看到不少雲呢拿籽呢~

老公生日,話要試下未食過的菜式,上openrice search下,發現左依間秘魯菜。。。講真,真係對秘魯菜冇咩concept🗯,完全唔知食咩。。。見comments唔錯,就同老公去食☺叫左個慢煮48小時的乳豬,好味😋,唔會太淋,唔會太油,個sauce仲好好味👍,配薯蓉(感覺同味道似南瓜蓉多d),正😎另外,叫左個steak of the night,是晚供應牛肩,味道不過不失,大蘑菇好香,但咸左d...到今晚主角啦~chocolate suprise for 2, 訂位時同餐廳講左,要係甜品上寫老公的名,上甜品時,餐廳兩個職員仲會一齊唱生日歌。。。好開心啊~ 不過個waitress 好快倒左d熱溶朱古力漿落個朱古力球到(我未影相啊😭😭)...跟住個朱古力球就開晒啦😢😢😢...只影到開晒後的相...如果要影相一定要快,或者阻止個職員咁快倒漿呢。。。。味道方面,朱古力入面有士多啤梨蓉, cream同花生糖,士多啤梨酸酸地,朱古力外皮唔會太甜,唔錯😍總結,各方面都唔錯,秘魯菜感覺似西班牙菜。。。未試過不妨一試🤗
