呢一個做法就係黑毛豬腩身上面展現出尼
黑毛豬腩肥瘦均稱,肥瘦部份都有嚼勁
真係做到肥而不膩
絕對唔係用普通肥豬腩去冒充
意粉部份亦都有咬口,妹妹超鍾意個茄味!

和牛面頰配芋絲及薯蓉🐮
牛嘅面頰本來就係會比較煙韌
所以每次咀嚼,都有牛肉香味
因為賣相比較深色
一開始都擔心醬汁嘅味道會偏濃
但完全唔會,味道適中,唔會遮蓋牛味!
識得用芋絲作為配搭
實在唔係間間餐廳都要求,非常出色!

至於我專誠為佢而嚟嘅主角- 龍蝦湯流心牛角包🥐
絕對冇令人失望!
首先,我覺得呢一個餸同酥皮湯嘅概念好似
而我本人真係好鍾意飲酥皮湯!
所以呢一個諗法,非常之有噱頭!
牛角包鬆軟酥脆,龍蝦湯亦都好濃郁
兩者加埋一齊有種相輔相成嘅作用
龍蝦湯令牛角包味道層次提升🆙
牛角包靚龍蝦湯口感層次提升🆙
媽咪亦都話會因為呢道菜而返轉頭幫襯!

飲品方面,見佢有玫瑰latte🌹
都點左黎試吓,賣相非常之好,打卡一流
妹妹就嗌左個白桃芝味特飲🍑
可能佢中間係用tonic water
妹妹飲得唔係好慣陣味
但係我就好鍾意🧡!
建議唔好將芝士同特飲攪勻尼飲

最後買單都係$605( 有加一服務費)
裝修格局有情調,食物同環境都好值得打卡😂
最重要嘅係食物真係好味,同埋有心思
性價比真係好高,亦都好值得回頭!

真空慢煮香草雞胸薏米燉飯(Sous-vide Chicken Breast Super food "Risotto")

為了提倡健康飲食,店主人Vivienne特意選擇用生、熟兩種薏米混煮代替米飯,薏米較米飯提供的澱粉較佳,且生薏米可祛濕清熱、熟薏米補脾止瀉,是春夏祛濕消水腫的理想食材。

再配上8種香料醃製真空低溫熬煮多時的雞胸肉,這道保證在別家餐廳吃不到,富含氨基酸、高纖、健康無負擔且與眾不同的超級燉飯,入口果真吃得出主人的用心!

有機紐西蘭青口冬陰清湯藜麥飯(Organic New Zealand Musselsin Tom Yum served with Ouinoa-Rice)

第二道一樣非常特別,由紐西蘭進口的有機青口(貽貝、淡菜、孔雀蛤)先用紅酒醋真空慢煮提出鮮味,配上有機藜麥飯、蕃茄丁、玉米粒、南瓜籽及芫荽,再徐徐倒入冬陰清湯,才成就了這碗以為很辣但一點都不辣,只有淡淡冬陰功湯香味的清湯藜麥飯,非常好吃!

如果不喜歡青口,還可以選擇挪威鮮三文魚(鮭魚)、北海道珍寶帶子(干貝)清湯飯,都很鮮甜可口,適合炎炎夏日。

接下來是保證令人驚呼連連的酥皮龍蝦湯(Homemade Lobster Bisque)!

啊?不是龍蝦湯嗎?!怎麼上來一個牛角包???

將將將將~~~爆漿龍蝦湯牛角包!~~~~

一用刀切開,立馬聞到非常濃郁的龍蝦湯味,藏在可頌酥皮裡的龍蝦湯緩緩流出,真是超吸睛的!重點是還真的非常夠味,顛覆了我們對湯品的想像!

Fast Gourmet除了食物特別,飲品也很推薦,第一次看見這杯「富士山下」(White Charcoal)就非常驚艷,有如中國山水潑墨畫一般美麗有意境的咖啡,其實是加入活性碳、芝麻調出來的特色咖啡,是的,它是咖啡!

另一杯Blackie水墨咖啡,是不是看了一樣心情大好?!

真空慢煮法式芝士蛋糕(Sous vide Cheesecake)

沒想到低溫慢煮這種烹調方式還可以用在做甜點上,上來這一瓶還以為是布丁或奶酪之類的,結果,哇喔,好濃的cheesdecake噢,比平常一般吃的芝士蛋糕味道還濃郁,但一點都不甜膩,配上上層自家製果醬,反而增添了一份清新感。

真空慢煮法式焦糖燉蛋(Sous vide Creme Brulee)

口感較一般的焦糖燉蛋來得結實有蛋味,有滋有味多了。店主Vivienne說,因為真空慢煮這種方式較能保存食物原味,將烹調的過程中將味道封住在食物裡,所以容易凸顯食物原味,嗯,真的呢。

海鹽焦糖咖啡慕斯(Salted Caramel Espresso Mousse)

用店裡高級即磨咖啡,打入氮氣,變成空氣狀慕斯,與一般吃過的慕斯不同,可以吸引平常不愛吃慕斯蛋糕的人,口感真的極為不同,像吃舒芙蕾一樣極易有空虛感,加上可可及巧克力脆片一起吃,才會有真實感。

自家製意大利雪糕(Gelato)

那天Vivienne讓我們試了:白松露、伯爵茶、即磨咖啡三種口味,真的都很入味、好吃,尤其第一次吃到白松露做的雪糕,是不是太奢侈了點?~~~



喜歡享慢煮意,除了食物特別、好吃之外,更欣賞店主人Vivienne對烹調的熱情及對食材的熱愛,因為她對健康、新鮮的堅持,才讓我們吃到如此與眾不同的幸福好滋味!

2018年春天才從台灣墾丁舉辦完草原婚禮回來的她,混身充滿著熱情及幸福洋溢的神情,祝福新婚的她在忙碌緊湊的香港也能活出墾丁大草原的自在優雅!一定要幸福喔!!

上星期晏晝突然被告知有兩小時食晏時間,同事提意不如去遠小小,落上環地區食番個晏晝,於是就去左呢間網絡打卡比較hit既cafe食晏。cafe位於樓梯邊,成個環境真係好放鬆,唔怪得咁多人鐘意黎飲杯coffee,cafe對出都可以坐同飲野,不過我地就簡左入內。可能真係小有名氣既關係,餐廳都坐滿人所以比較逼,但職員都好友善咁安排位置俾得地,等左10分鐘左右就有位。我地分別叫左兩款lunch set,menu係全英既。前菜係一個慢煮蛋,主食係蘑菇意粉。坦白講味道就好一般,意粉味道較淡,分量都比較細。不過睇得出佢地既setting係有放心思落去。慢煮蛋幾特別,但始終又係味道不太出眾。我見網上既人會叫佢既流心牛角包,可惜我地太飽無叫到,可能始終都要叫番出名既野食先最有保障。野飲友人叫左杯雲石咖啡,友人大讚個樣好靚同好飲。黎cafe或者都係飲杯coffee食個包先係最享受

可能真係小有名氣既關係,餐廳都坐滿人所以比較逼,但職員都好友善咁安排位置俾得地,等左10分鐘左右就有位。

我地分別叫左兩款lunch set,menu係全英既。前菜係一個慢煮蛋,主食係蘑菇意粉。坦白講味道就好一般,意粉味道較淡,分量都比較細。不過睇得出佢地既setting係有放心思落去。慢煮蛋幾特別,但始終又係味道不太出眾。

另一款咸的是龍蝦湯牛角包,裡面的流心沒有甜的來得澎湃,相對比較保守一點。龍蝦的味道非常突出,吃起來感覺就像喝酥皮龍蝦湯差不多,我覺得單吃這個包已經會飽。我朋友喜歡吃咸的,我就喜歡吃甜的,那更好呀各吃各的不要搶我(哈哈)。

我這蛋迷最喜歡的是這個62°C慢煮流心蛋配黑松露,慢煮後的流心蛋滑嘟嘟,有點介乎啫喱和GEL之間的質感,很特別。蛋上面的黑松露有點晴的作用,最喜歡拌勻後用吐司沾蛋漿吃。

吃到最後的Creme Brulee,老闆娘說要幫我們加熱,我們就問這不是冷吃的嗎?她就說冷吃也可以,但他們比較推薦的是熱吃,熱的Creme Brulee還真的是第一次見。是的連Creme Brulee都是慢煮,不論它是不是熱,口感比平常吃的來得軟滑和厚實,配上底下的藍莓果醬,味覺更豐富。這小小的一瓶兩人吃都已經很足夠了,吃太多應該會膩。

這小店位置不多,坐滿的時候店員也會有一點點手忙腳亂,但給客人的食物絕對不會馬虎,有些食物就是值得等待(當然不是無止境的等呀)。從開店不久認識這家店,第一次跟朋友去,我們就喜歡上他們的食物,雖然我已寫了第三篇食評,但其實我去的次數不多,應該只有五次左右吧,但每次去都會帶給我新的驚喜,當然這只是我個人的感想呀,但我還是很期待下次吃他們用慢煮烹飪的食物。

The appetizer is two slide of a toast and and slow cook egg.  On top of the egg, it has some black truffle.  First, we mix the egg and the black truffle, then we use the toast to dip it. I m not sure I m using the correct method  to enjoy it.  But who cares, as long as it taste good.  For the egg, it doesn't give you a feel that you are eating a raw egg, even it appear as a liquidize.  It small nice with the black truffle too.

This lava croissant was one big surprise for the lunch.  The reason why we order it, because we kinda wondering how it would be.  Once it came, we were kinda disappointed.  We thought it just like a normal croissant with filling.  Until the moment we cut it.

It was so crispy outside and you see the smoke from the espresso filling.  It taste awesome, the salted caramel and the espresso was nice.  It not so sweet like other dessert.  The crispy croissant layer and the filling give us a rich taste with different texture.

Finally, the dessert - cheesecake.  We didn't have any thought that how a cheesecake can surprise us.  But when i came.   We thought is kinda wired that it use a small glasses as the container.  We just thought maybe it just another simple gimmick trick.  Once we pull from the bottom.   We know why.  It definitely taste like cheesecake.  But the texture was not cheesecake at all.  Its more like a rich thick mousse. 

The environment was chill.  The drink was good.  The food was a total surprise.

I’m not a 🌅morning person...but I’m not an afternoon person either LOL. Happy HUMP day. I got up early today and I had to stay late for my Japanese lesson tonight... I AM SERIOUSLY missing this from @fastgourmethk ... despite the name, it’s not cheap fast food that you thought it would be. I’m not a 🌅morning person...but I’m not an afternoon person either LOL. Happy HUMP day. I got up early today and I had to stay late for my Japanese lesson tonight... I AM SERIOUSLY missing this from @fastgourmethk ... despite the name, it’s not cheap fast food that you thought it would be. Every dish was well executed and I like their lava 🥐croissants so much that I ordered both flavors - lobster bisque (that’s more like a savory) and salted caramel ☕️espresso (that’s like a dessert)!! WHY NOT BOTH if it’s goood. I will come back often for this and other dishes! Good service and good price
highly recommended! HKD 28 for salted caramel one: HKD 42 for lobster bisque one.
