今天中午和長輩到這裡食嘢。第一次到這裡食。環境的確唔錯,可是桌子很多都沒有清理,還有很多髒亂的餐具。我們因爲不知道吃什麼,就隨便叫了兩樣,古法乳鴿和有雞先定有蛋先。下單叫很久都沒有服務員理會,此外,上菜的時候只把菜放桌子一端,更有服務員大力放下,服務態度相當差,沒有禮貌。味道方面,乳鴿還可以,不過有點膩。至於有雞先定有蛋先是鹹水角和芒果布丁,芒果布丁更本就是香精,香精味重得不得了,不好吃。下次不會再光臨。

今日約咗屋企人一齊食下午茶,爸爸揀咗呢一間富臨薈,我地點左一個點心拼盤,古法燒乳鴿,動物農場作為主題的拼盤,還有一份醉雞。個人來說,特別喜歡那個燒乳鴿,新鮮炸出來又香又多汁,最重要是,一隻$30也不用。還有那個動物農場作為主題的點心,是用西式下午茶的盤子承載的。十分別致。點心拼盤有六款不同的特色餃子和包,每款都好吃,我最喜歡的是那個菜苗餃。我們一1:30入座,也不少人,到了兩點的時候,人開始多起來,下午茶餐好像是108可以選三樣不同的煮食和小菜,下次也想試試。

這家餐廳是走新潮路線的中式菜結合了傳統和新潮的口味和感覺蝦兵蟹將很有趣的名字,說白了就是蝦餃,但上面卻有名貴的黑松露,黑松露除非香氣吸引外,還為蝦提升鮮味!整體的感覺更加突出蝦餃的皮很薄,而蝦球卻很大顆,所以廚師選擇了不把蝦餃皮完全封上,不然就因為太多蝦餃皮而令到口感變得太dry青椒溏心皮蛋辣辣的小吃,溏心皮蛋配上辣辣的醬汁想不到這種甜辣的味道特別得來又幾惹味招牌老壇酸菜魚酸菜魚可以選辣或是原味由於家中的長老都不能吃太辣所以選了原味的 想不到味道也不錯!湯底內有很多酸菜,豆芽和薯粉都吸收了湯底的味道,入味非常!

適逢週末,就帶埋屋企人黎呢間新派中菜館飲下茶。最近就主打川菜系列,難得唔洗返大陸就食到,當然第一時間叫份酸菜魚啦!一定要辣先食得過癮上碟大大份,好多魚肉,仲有水晶粉,幾個人食百幾蚊都幾抵!見到旁邊既人每枱都有碟乳鴿,就心思思睇下點心紙,原來$30隻,平日去沙田其他地方食都要$50-60,咁抵即刻每人叫返隻😂😂😂都幾香口,正正!之後仲點左d特色點心,值得推介係洛神紅米腸,脆脆地幾好食叫到成枱都係,都係百幾蚊,晚餐黎講算幾抵食!
