今天突然相約2位老友午餐, 在OR 搵到就近公司的FLAPSHIP.  在門口看到好像還未開門 (12.15PM), 但已經訂位, 所以就推門內進, 進入後竟然過了1分鐘才有人招呼.   我們點了2 份三文魚扒 (每份$188加10%) + 1份 豬鞍. ($178加10%), 埋單$609 ..... 每一個餐包一少碗羽衣甘藍, 1粒車厘茄, 好似有小小酸酸地嘅沙律汁.... 主菜只有極少量配菜.... 以呢個價位, 真係超貴.... 午餐只包凍熱檸水/茶.... 咖啡要加錢..... 3 位女士決定要去食甜品填飽個肚...... 從此再唔會幫襯......

嘩!成塊斧頭扒咁嘅樣,厚切豬扒有成一寸咁厚,豬肉一定要煮得熟透先可以食,慢煮方法煮12個鐘,成塊豬扒嘅每一個部位慢煮得非常平均,唔會過生唔食得又或者煮過龍太鞋口,由外到內的熟度同厚度都係一致,所以咬落去的豬扒口感好厚實,啖啖肉,無根又無渣仲有少少肥肉位,卡肥話豬扒就係要有啲肥肉咬落去再帶出油脂嘅味道先至好味,卡肥欣賞就得啦!

Chose Flagship to have a valentines dinner because I read some reviews and the menu looked quite interesting.It wasn’t necessarily bad, but maybe I just had high hopes for the flavours? Chose Flagship to have a valentines dinner because I read some reviews and the menu looked quite interesting.

It wasn’t necessarily bad, but maybe I just had high hopes for the flavours?

We ordered the 避風塘黑毛豬 and Chinese style carbonara. The marinade for the coating of the pork was a bit too flavourful for us which came off a bit weird and overwhelming. The Chinese carbonara was just too salty for us.

Nonetheless, the sweet potato fries were in a very generous portion, and the service was excellent!
