放工之後去飲野,決定去呢間位於銅鑼灣居酒屋。店內環境還原度高,有種錯覺以為自己身處東京XD...食品種類多,但記緊要留意牆上告示牌,因為有很多合時令之海鮮只會列明在告示牌上,想食到當日既靚海鮮一定一定要留意,同埋一定一定要向店員查詢,可能有意想不到驚喜。最後,整返兩粒飯糰,完成當晚晚餐,帶黎完 美 結 局 。**女店員 好 好 好 (重要野打三次) 親切,老闆應該要加(佢)人工!**

跟住推介呢個壽司大家一定要食!呢個用餐廳名定嘅壽司,焱丸號壽司, 我諗一定稱得上係鎮店之寶,上菜嗰陣時都俾佢嚇親,三件特大軍艦壽司,上面有滿到無得再滿嘅帶子邊海膽、吞拿魚茸及蟹柳絲,仲有大大粒三文魚籽伴碟,真係食過返尋味。從來冇見過有用了咁高質同豐富嘅壽司。帶子邊好爽口;海膽相當鮮甜,一啲苦澀味都冇;三文魚籽好大粒,咬落去啲汁出晒嚟;吞拿魚茸香滑鮮甜,一啲腥味都冇;蟹柳絲又大條又乾爽,咬落又甜有口感。飯嘅質感軟熟乾爽,紫菜香口爽脆。整體來講成個焱丸號壽司好有口感好有層次。

跟住都推介一下大部分人嚟到呢間餐廳,都會用到嘅烤爐。每張枱嘅隔離都有一個烤爐,如果你哋點單嘅海鮮係需要烤製嘅話,職員會係你地面前即場烤製。 換句話嚟講,你哋食到嘅海鮮係新鮮熱辣辣上台嘅。呢個宾燒點都要試!因為佢唔加任何嘅調味料原汁原味食海產佢嘅新鮮海鮮味係最能夠突出。

日式甜醬牛肉鍋
呢個鍋比較似日式嘅牛肉野菜粉絲火鍋,下面一直有爐加熱,令食物唔會因為凍咗而變得唔好食。係湯底方面,味道香濃甘甜,好似壽喜燒,不過味道比真正嘅壽喜燒會淡少少。牛肉同蛋係慢火下烹調,鮮味、質感同口感剛剛好,牛肉又鮮又嫩又甜,一啲都唔嚡口。跟鍋有隻生雞蛋,將生雞蛋係湯滾時打入鍋,大約分幾鐘,就有隻甜甜地嘅流心蛋食喇!
鍋入面仲有好多蔬菜香菇同粗粉絲,真係相當十分足料啊,當湯底啲汁滲入菜同粉絲中,除咗蔬菜嘅鮮甜味更帶有濃郁嘅壽喜燒汁味道。

本人不是常常吃炸物,但聽聞這裡的牡蠣吉列 ($80)十分不俗,就決定試試。一口咬下去,就發現炸皮既香脆,又不過於油膩,而裡面的蠔肉鮮美柔軟,十分滿意。

來到了期待而久的磯燒,店員很用心為我們燒製三文魚籽帆立殼($80)以及醬油木魚帆立殼 ($75),他先為兩款食物淋上刺身用的Sake,大約3分鐘後,再加上海鮮汁,令食材更加惹味。上碟後,先試三文魚籽帆立殼($80),燒熟後的三文魚籽帶來像蛋一般的口感,帆立貝當然十分彈牙,最驚喜的是伴碟的金菇,吸收了醬汁,令人回味無窮。而醬油木魚帆立殼 ,湯底像蕃茄和海鮮味混合,帶來不一樣的清新的鮮味。

不得不提的是這塊黑板,上面列出由日本空運的精選海鮮,就像今次品嘗的馬刀貝燒,入口有淡淡的海鹽味,肉質豐厚,亦咬勁十足,十分不俗。
