蟹肉沙律,我沒有嚐到,但看賣相還不錯。

主菜:

西班牙乳豬:我也是不知道為何選了這道菜,心想西班牙乳豬出名不妨試試,一端上來便覺得自己還是點錯了,論乳豬本身皮脆,油香,肉嫩集於一身,是出色的出品。奈何我忘了自己原來不好豬肉,所以吃了一口基本放下,對於我來說真的好油膩,好meaty。


龍蝦-看見友人的龍蝦,就覺得自己應該點海鮮,友人大讚龍蝦新鮮,肉質彈牙,無可挑剔,要說的就是份量太少了,哈哈。

主菜如果大家喜歡吃魚,還是叫魚吧,我看見隔壁桌的魚,原條上,真心覺得自己叫錯菜了


甜品

檸檬雪芭:好酸,總於有一道菜是對胃口的了。

雜莓custard:好甜好creamy,完全適合少女心的甜點。

最後賣單八百多,包括買一送一優惠,bubble任飲package,啤酒,還有其他飲品嗎?我都忘記了,因為我喝了一整瓶bubble落肚,去到中段我已經帶醉,落到樓下就更加知道立馬要回家,否則在中環下午兩點多已經醉到街頭真的不太好意思。

彈牙足味,八爪魚不帶半點韌,只是欠點烤過的焦香;細綿潤順的薯蓉意外地合口味

半個月前在西班牙吃過Roasted Suckling Pig,記憶猶新,這回又可以重溫一下
二話不說,趁熱先吃薄脆不滲油的烤乳豬皮,附帶少許脂肪膠質,點點黏感實在可口

當我們誤以為Mojito 2017又是配餐特飲時,店方將小清新甜點送到眼前
其實店方正正是將Mojito以甜點方式呈現,先是嚐到檸檬雪葩及薄荷的冰涼酸清
而當冧酒滲透海綿蛋糕,濕綿食感加上奶潤忌廉,甜點比Mojito調飲本身更平易近人

我對西班牙菜可謂情有獨鐘, 今個6月「Flavours of Spain」西班牙美食節於6月5日正式開鑼! 城中多間餐廳都有嚐味菜單, 早前我與朋友就去到位於中環威靈頓廣場的FoFo by el Willy品嚐其最近推出的Northern Spain Tasting Menu, 七道菜由Galicia 吃到Basque , 吃到Castilla Leon再到Catalunya, 每道均是當地特色!  首先很欣賞這份tasting menu的設計, 由於大廚喜歡旅遊,希望把自己在旅遊期間吃過最好的菜式帶給食客, 一次過嚐盡西班牙北部多個小鎮的菜式. 另外, 因我不吃魚及牛, 餐廳也能靈活地作出調節, 這點相當貼心! 第一站是Galicia, 一系列的海鮮很醉人! 先來Oyster Platter,這較像平時吃到的大蜆,蠔身很薄,生蠔端來時已沾了青檸汁,所以酸味偏重,然而蠔肉嫩滑,吃罷口腔內帶點甘,應該是太濃的青檸汁所致. 人們聽到caviar就會產生無名的尊貴感,但我較著重食物整體味道,毫無疑問,Crab legs with Russian salad and caviar的賣相及味道

人們聽到caviar就會產生無名的尊貴感,但我較著重食物整體味道,毫無疑問,Crab legs with Russian salad and caviar的賣相及味道都拿很高分數. 絲絲蟹肉弄碎混入沙律中,與魚子一起放在香脆多士上,是香脆、是咸鮮!

這道Tigres Deep fried mussels 引起我的好奇, 看到deep fried 字樣,心中不禁打量餐廳如何把青口酥炸. Bruschetta形式挺討好, 芝士醬汁咸度適中,而青口肉嫩滑,果然有驚喜,而我點了一杯sangria, 與這道菜挺夾! 淡淡玉桂味的sangria 本身是微甜,吃過這道菜再喝一口,把sangria 的甜度輕輕提升!

來到Basque Country, 有蝦及墨魚. 話說,餐廳的tasting menu 有cod fish,但懂我的朋友都知我不吃魚的習慣,於是訂位時跟餐廳提出及詢問,把魚轉換為大蝦,醬汁跟烹調cod fish 一樣,用上微甜的Pil-Pil 汁及青豆,並有香滑薯蓉.

Stuffed Baby Squids with Pork and Ink Sauce, 把肉味濃的西班牙豬弄得細滑釀入墨魚,墨魚的大小是可以整粒放進口的,那就不宜開半再吃,因為整粒放進口咬下墨魚一刻,沾滿墨魚汁的豬肉餡立即填滿口腔,肉汁澎湃!

去到Castilla Leon, 牛肉是tasting menu之一,而我則選擇了Pork with potatoes and honey sauce,剛好熟透, 爽口有嚼勁, 值得留意是以蜜糖做醬汁, 少少甜, 絕無搶過肉汁的香味.

最後去到甜品, 來自主廚Alex Fargas的家鄉Catalunya, 無疑Brzao de Gitano Chocolate and Cream Roll是極為邪惡的, Catalan cream軟滑無比, 點睛的是焦糖脆脆, 一吃愛上!!

老實講,吃過 Fofo 的出品後,真的很易就回頭;以這沙律為例,一吃下去滿嘴細滑鮮香,鮮甜蟹肉、鮮濃魚子、油潤橄欖油珠及脆片的組合完全沒得輸,根本是吃到停不了口啊!

最後一款 Galicia 海鮮是 "Tigres" Deep Fried Mussels,不覺得蜆肉有炸過啊,還是那麼鮮嫩,配上清甜紅椒、芝士薄片、迷人醬汁以及香脆多士,每口都是無窮的滋味!

大廚其實是按照自己的旅程來製作餐單,接下來輪到西班牙中北部 Basque Country 的兩款菜式,由於是區內 San Sabastian 盛產鱈魚,所以首款菜式是 Spanish Cod Fish with "Pil-Pil" Sauce。席間有朋友不吃魚,大廚細心將其中一份改為同樣製法的蝦,非常貼心!鱈魚有點似馬介休的質感,肉質爽彈,配上魚湯醬汁及鮮美蜆隻,自然好吃。

另一款非常迷人的是 Fresh Green Peas and Confit Piquillo Peppers Stuffed Baby Squids with Pork and Ink Sauce,BB魷魚給釀進豬肉絲,加上鮮濃墨汁及甜椒醬,賣相不算誘人,這樣的結合卻相當完美,味道是一等一的好!

最後是來自西北方 Castilla Leon 的 "Chuleton Avileno" Spanish Beef Prime Rib with Potatoes and Honey Sauce,牛排熟度剛好、肉香味濃很好吃,但更搶鏡是墊底松子菠菜,還有軟糯美味的蜜糖醬薯仔,筆時也好生掛念啊!

由於當晚幾位朋友都不吃牛,大廚又運用 Iberico pork 來製作相同的菜式上檯,也一致得到大家讚許。其實經 FeedMe Guru 預訂 Tasting Menu,除了訂位時可以說明有甚麼不吃,也可以一檯人半數選點 Tasting Menu,其餘散點菜式,彈性很大!

真的很飽了... 還好最後來自東北部 Catalunya 的 Catalan Cream 是細小版,不然我可要浪費那極其滑溜的忌廉了~至於 "Brazo de Gitano" Chocolate and Cream Roll,甜度及濕潤度都太合心,再次清光了!

主菜選了沒有海鮮的西班牙海鮮飯,選Paella 的話最少是二人份,也就是說兩個人只能選一款主菜。吃完4碟Tapas後有點擔心會吃不飽,飯來的時候就知道這個擔心是多餘的了。它佔了我們大半張檯!金黃色的飯粒軟硬適中,配上咸咸香香的Chorizo,沒有不好吃的道理。中間的沙律醬來得突兀,好像有點畫蛇添足。

The juicy rice is a joke, and is as bad as it can get, the rice and the watery ink are Ike two people forced to sit together side by side hence no interaction whatsoever. Service make a pass all by the solitary effort of one responsive waitress, other servers would rather chat than serve.

今次係去食department lunch,餐廳安排張長枱,成班人一齊坐,感覺唔錯,成間餐廳好光猛,樓底好高,感覺開揚,無話好逼嘅感覺,即使傾計亦唔會覺得好嘈好壓迫。而嘢食亦好好味,無論賣相或味道,我同班事一致都有讚無彈,有時d餐廳因為好少要十幾個人嘅餐同時上菜,無乜經驗,唔係過火就係未熟,不過今次無論賣相或者味道都無得輸。尤其個king crab salad 同suckling pig係必試!而價錢,$268,2 tapas 加個main course,連甜品,仲有餐茶,真係好抵,連大食嘅男同事都話食得飽,所以今次覺得值得推薦比大家。

又是飢餓的一天。在餐廳週中,fofo el willy 算係其中1個最難預訂既餐廳。其午餐性價比甚高,原來3 courses已經要$298。而家有個甜品同野飲,都係$198 (+10%),講真,中環食飯,呢d真係CP值其高,去邊到搵呀?餐牌如上,好繽紛好靚!包括2個Tapas,1個main,仲有甜品同野飲。King Crab salad,大大碟,賣相靚,見到有清晰既蟹肉(包括蟹腳),令人頓時食指大動!食得出有蛋黃醬(Mayonaise),當中加入少量Wasabi,好香但絕唔辣,成道菜既鮮味同清新感立即上升!Foie gras salad - rocket 好新鮮。Foie gras加上Olive oil同sea salt,係另一種體會!好野味!呢碟好好味 — 墨鱼切片,好似意粉咁薄,輕輕炒香,加入carbonara汁,真係好鮮味好香又唔韌。美中不足係醬汁略咸左小小。Main - Juicy Iberian rice. 其實就係rissotto,加入番茄,紅甜椒?有少少韓國泡菜既感覺。肉係好食既,不多飯既汁多左少少,唔夠香濃。如果加返少少黑椒同Parmesan cheese,我覺得會更正

加左$88提升至和牛肉。Medium 好似太熟,下次都係叫medium rare. 唔知佢呢個係邊到既和牛,不過食落幾甜,無渣,唔肥,我諗係牛肩肉既位置,牛肉味唔太重。敗筆就係個黑松露汁(混合左牛肉汁),濃味到一個點。點左之後,舊牛就無味。好無奈。要加$88,下次唔會揀!

Churro 雲哩拿雪糕中有好多黑色點點,係真材實料既雲哩拿啊,好香!Churro既原理其實有點似中國沙翁,糖加脂肪,一定好食。
