整體嚟講食物質素一般,因已經好飽,沒有試呢個韮菜豬紅。

環境裝修乾淨整潔喇, 服務員態服務態度OK。

不妨一試。下次我會試下個韭菜豬紅及蠔烙。

星期一至五,十一點前入座免茶錢。

門口看到晚市孖寶及套餐,又有潮洲打冷餸。而且㕑窗掛了一隻隻雞和鵝,好吸引呀。飯店的裝修,都是中式酒樓型式,掛了紅燈籠,枱上有枱布。坐底後叫茶,還比了一小碟鹹菜。潮洲鹹菜的味道,特別開胃,好好味。廚窗的雞好靚,所以孖寶要了半隻貴妃雞和沙茶牛肉芥蘭。半隻雞都好大隻,雞肉實又滑,加了蔥蓉,真係好好味,餸飯食一流。沙茶牛肉芥蘭,牛肉肉質軟又滑,個芥蘭好爽嫩,沙茶醬掛在每件牛肉上,炒得好靚,再加分。這間飯店餸大碟,連飯都好大碗。見到好多食客都叫三餸一湯套餐,下次叫多個朋友嚟食先。

疫情下想去d好坐嘅潮州餐廳都唔係咁多選擇,記得食過四點金都可以,今晚做足功課揀哂多好評既菜式,發現呢度出品都幾高質。滷水鵝掌翼 ($92)上次黎試過滷水鵝覺得正正常常,掌翼估唔到好有驚喜。 首先係好入味,鵝翼肉質煙韌有肉味,鵝掌都炆得好夠時間,膠質軟腍入味,滿足哂鐘意損骨人士嘅要求。 底下仲鋪左滿滿嘅滷水豆腐,好足料。潮州炸蝦蟹棗 ($120)意想不到咁好味,我覺得應該主打做呢度嘅招牌菜。 分別有蝦蟹棗各四件,老實講味道分別唔大,但好明顯食到自家製手打蝦蟹滑嘅味道,蝦棗更加食到一粒粒蝦肉,真材實料。 本來以為點蜜糖汁好奇怪,但又真係好夾,會想為咗佢再嚟。蠔仔肉碎粥 ($50)一碗嘅份量一人都分到幾碗仔,蠔仔做得好好,嫩滑到好似僅僅熟咁,完全唔會腥。 仲有好多肉碎、菜莆同土魷絲,好惹味。招牌蛋散 ($28)自從上次飲茶食過麻麻地嘅蛋散之後一直有少少心掛掛,好彩今晚食到好食嘅蛋散,熱辣辣好鬆化。 除左一般嘅煉奶之外,仲灑左紅糖,甜味更加有層次。

潮州炸蝦蟹棗 ($120)
意想不到咁好味,我覺得應該主打做呢度嘅招牌菜。 分別有蝦蟹棗各四件,老實講味道分別唔大,但好明顯食到自家製手打蝦蟹滑嘅味道,蝦棗更加食到一粒粒蝦肉,真材實料。 本來以為點蜜糖汁好奇怪,但又真係好夾,會想為咗佢再嚟。

來到新都城真係有好多野食,愈黎愈多唔周款式唔同地方既菜都有。今日就一於試下潮式打冷!一入門口就有好多唔同既滷水,已經覺得好吸引啦坐得睇埋餐牌,好多都好吸引,今日就試幾款先啦落完order,就會有一小碟前菜,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃雜錦拼盤有魷魚,紅腸,大腸等等。滷得非常入味,而且唔會膩。之後有一字骨,非常鬆口軟淋,醬汁酸甜,仲有少少菠蘿香。比平時食既咕嚕肉更勝一籌。主食叫左一客戲棚海鮮粥,雖然唔知點解會叫「戲棚」,但海鮮就係真材實料既。當中最愛就係蠔仔,鮮甜而不腥,係成碗粥既精華!今餐非常滿意
