住將軍澳幾年,成日都出入新都城,但甚少過百佳呢邊,今日因為約人,先發現有間潮州菜,「自己人」好耐都未食過潮州菜,就決定試試。因為我哋只食咗個brunch, 所以呢餐晚飯點咗好多嘢食。先點咗我最愛嘅杏汁豬肺湯,原來一窩份量都幾多,差不多有8-10碗,味道清甜,滋潤養生冇味精,豬肺好味又夠淋!依家點選精選餸菜可以加$1點韭菜豬紅,豬紅係我愛人至愛,所以就為咗豬紅點咗聖子,聖子味道不錯,份量夠多,送飯一流。豬紅反而係我哋嘅主菜,豬紅微辣,味道很不錯。另外點左滷水拼盤,裏面竟然有愛人至like嘅豬大腸,好邪惡但好正呀!滷水拼盤真係性價比,份量又多又好味,味道唔會太咸岩岩好。總結,滷水拼盤是必點之選,而喜愛飲湯嘅朋友,必試杏汁豬肺湯!

今晚去咗寶琳食飯,間餐廳叫四點金,主打潮州嘢。坐低見到佢有好多套餐,睇落幾抵食。我哋叫咗一個晚市孖寶,有半隻貴妃雞拼菜圃煎蛋。隻貴妃雞外皮非常之薄,雞皮又爽又脆,雞肉好嫩滑又多汁,外皮有少少鹽醃過,所以似鹹雞嘅味道。菜圃煎蛋上枱睇得出係心思之作,蛋餅嘅顏色煎得好金黃,唔會太燶,加埋菜圃嘅鹹香,非常之有家鄉風味。之後叫咗一個鮮魷炒通菜,加一蚊仲會送一碟韭菜豬紅。通菜上碟都好大碟,足三至四人份量,魷魚傳統式刀功有界花,通菜炒得好香濃又有鑊氣。一蚊嘅豬紅都幾大碗,唯一缺點係韭菜少咗一點,豬紅滷水之後非常之入味,食得出幾新鮮,冇腥味,送酒應該唔錯。埋單$380兩個人來講食得都幾豐富。其實見到佢仲有一啲二人套餐,不過份量菜式非常多,擔心食唔晒,下次叫食量大D嘅朋友嚟,一定會試吓!

之前每次經過四點金飯店都見到人頭湧湧,一直都好想試,今日終於捉咗老媽子陪我飲下茶,吃個午飯。竹龍荷葉蒸龍躉頭腩飯成日都對荷葉飯情有獨鍾,因為我好鍾意荷葉那種清新的氣味!果然一上枱,就聞到淡淡的荷葉香。個飯有好多件龍躉頭腩,頭腩一定要加埋豉油食,咁樣會更加突顯魚肉既鮮甜,而且仲有炒飯底,夠哂誠意。福果芋泥嚟到一間潮州餐廳,當然要食潮州地道甜品—福果芋泥!呢個福果芋泥果然冇令我失望,芋頭超香,口感軟綿順滑,甜度適中。另外,白果好香口,再配合芋泥一同進食,絕對是完美配搭👍🏻!吃飽過後,發現餐廳可以買到綠豆糕,所以我就和媽媽買了它回家吃,果然好鬆軟,綠豆蓉好香,下次都會再買!

又係放工鬆一鬆嘅時候, 去咗新都城行街加搵嘢食,見有間樓面幾光鮮的中式潮州菜館就入去試下。門口有大大個櫥窗,掛住好多鹵水同潮州打冷食物, 感覺乾淨衛生,侍應招呼周到,室內環境寬敞,感覺唔錯。家鄉煎蠔仔烙煎得好香口,有脆脆邊, 是厚底那種,內裏包着滿滿的蠔仔,而蠔仔size唔細, 一啖已經食到滿滿的蠔肉。粉漿調教得吾錯,落好煙韌, 呢個口咁我鍾意。乾撈粉絲海皇煲上枱時滾熱辣, 粉絲炒得好乾身夠鑊氣, 一啲都唔覺得肥膩,加了黑胡椒,有少辣, 但唔太過火,好惹味, 有蝦仁乾瑤柱做點綴。香脆招牌蛋散見呢個蛋散好多好評, 當然要試下。26蚊有半打, 價錢相宜。上枱時還有微熱, 新鮮即制,炸得好鬆化。糖漿唔太多,用咗椰絲、黃糖、花生碎取代 ,口感豐富 超讚。

2. 鹵水鵝拼盤:呢個係漏咗單,我地見到附近2枱遲過我地落單都上了菜,於是追。終於來了,拼盤有6款食材:墨魚片、紅腸、腩肉、豬大腸、豆腐片、腎。先講味道,鹵水味5濃。再講質素,豬大腸很硬實、腩肉夠肥。但。。。我完全察覺5到,我豬咗。。。因為呢個拼盤係“走咗“鹵水鵝!!! 哈。。。最珍貴既主食無咗,我沒發現,而家才醒覺


3. 家鄉煎蠔烙:係幾正統做法,蠔仔也多,味道不錯~

最後上埋蛋散,係鬆化。由於5係淋蜜糖,改為用紅糖配煉奶,另一種味道,可以試下~

這天只有兩個人,但大家都想吃中菜,所以我們便不點澱粉質!我們一邊喝茶,一邊吃鹹酸菜,不知不覺便吃了大半碟!這是晚市孖寶套餐。我覺得貴妃雞帶點血,但是朋友說貴妃雞就是這樣,而且雞肉要香嫩骨頭多少會有血。貴妃雞的確很細嫩,味道亦很合適,整體我覺得是不錯的!沙嗲牛肉芥蘭味道很好,芥蘭爽脆,完全不苦,連不喜歡深綠蔬菜的我,都覺得很好吃!蛋散半打只是$26。我覺得很抵食,而且味道都很好!蛋散完全不油膩;而且黃糖及煉奶粉量足夠,所以吃得很滿足!

這是晚市孖寶套餐。我覺得貴妃雞帶點血,但是朋友說貴妃雞就是這樣,而且雞肉要香嫩骨頭多少會有血。貴妃雞的確很細嫩,味道亦很合適,整體我覺得是不錯的!沙嗲牛肉芥蘭味道很好,芥蘭爽脆,完全不苦,連不喜歡深綠蔬菜的我,都覺得很好吃!

今晚唔想煮晚餐,所以我們就到屋企附近食晚飯。 見到呢一間有晚市孖寶,價錢幾抵食。金銀蒜蒸斑頭腩魚嘅份量好多,有鮮味。啖啖肉,又唔會話太多骨。下面鋪住嘅粉絲吸收晒蒜蓉同魚嘅味道,就咁食好正,我覺得如果用來撈白飯都好好食。魚腐上湯浸時蔬魚腐有新鮮嘅魚味道,我點有少少煙韌口感。上面有好多芹菜拌味,感覺清新。依個菜清清淡淡,又唔會油膩,健康之選。排骨燜煮春菜排骨燜到好林,最鍾意食上邊嘅炸蒜,春菜其實有啲似菜芯。福果清心丸豆爽潮州糖水最鍾意食清心丸,配上綠豆清熱。呢個糖水唔會太甜,美中不足佢得熱食,如果有得選擇凍食我一定會選擇凍糖水。餐廳裝修好有特色有懷舊風味。

約了好久不見的朋友於四點金食晚飯。座位闊絡,環境都幾舒服,可以靜靜地傾下偈。主打粵菜同潮州菜前菜係酸菜一小碟,好酸好正,菜醃得好入味爽口,超醒胃。通菜炒鮮魷 $108好大碟,翠綠爽脆,調味剛好唔太鹹,魷魚新鮮有嚼勁,份量都唔少,👍🏼椒鹽白飯鮮魚 $88白飯魚被炸至金黃香脆,不算鹹,不過炸衣厚左少少,薄返啲會冇咁膩同滯。加一蚊可要一份鵝肝,雖每枱只限一份,但真係超級抵食!鵝肝被滷至入味,質感軟腍,仲有軟滑豆腐,索左滷水汁,正。最後點了一個福果甜芋泥開心share😄 $26呢個熱辣辣嘅甜品有驚喜,賣相雖普通,但芋頭味好岀,並不是乾身的芋泥,質感黏黏的,綿滑,又唔會好甜,上面有幾粒白果(福果),咬落好軟糯。

呢個熱辣辣嘅甜品有驚喜,賣相雖普通,
但芋頭味好岀,並不是乾身的芋泥,
質感黏黏的,綿滑,又唔會好甜,

其實個拼盤好一般,本身對個鵝腸好有期望,點知硬到咬唔到,失望。成碟拼盤係得個鵝片好少少。

之後就上左個煲啦,睇圖都見到,真係好多粉絲。所謂嘅蝦同元貝細到得1cm 左右 🤣,真係吹脹。主要都係食粉絲囉就係咁,同屋企人講真係唔好過於相信網上啲冇相嘅評論,不過呢個時代,有圖都未必有真相,都唔知有幾多打手。

冇左碟蛋散,送返碗綠豆沙我地,甜度尚可嘅。



最後,值得一讚嘅係樓面個位唔知知客定經理(黑衫個個),佢超有禮貌(好com 撈),唔該前多謝後。我地本身坐低左個個位原來冷氣機滴水,佢見我地想轉枱都冇覺得煩,服務態度係好嘅。


不過我都係希望有返碟蛋散先會嚟食了
