潮州人食潮州嘢。今晚去到寶琳站嘅四點金飯店試吓呢度嘅潮州餐。 最近好容易攰,所以要滋潤吓,叫咗個菜膽杏汁白肺湯。杏汁味香濃,材料充足,豬肺大大件,感覺滋潤養生。再點咗碟欖菜肉碎炒飯,好鍾意欖菜,令人特別開胃,肉碎同炒飯亦炒出色香味。然後來一個乾撈海皇粉絲煲,金黃色嘅粉絲,亦有好多鮮蝦,蔬菜同瑤柱絲作點綴,非常豐富。潮州甜品點可以錯過,今晚點咗棗皇糕同褔果清心丸豆爽,紅棗糕暖暖的,煙煙韌韌的,綠豆爽甜甜的,粒粒綠豆,有口感,好有潮式風味。

今天難得不用上班,終於可以抽時間陪家人去飲茶🫖。潮汕美食是小時候的回憶,家中老人家很中意整來食。四點金飯店除了飲茶點心,還有各種特色滷味、潮汕特色小食 例如綠豆餅⋯⋯即刻就吸引了我飲茶當然少不了兩大經典:燒賣同蝦餃從這兩個點心已經可以嚐出一間茶樓的水準高低燒賣粒粒飽滿,裏面混合豬肉和蝦肉,鹹度適中同時又充滿明蝦籽的鮮味,師傅手工真的不錯呢!蝦餃的皮晶瑩剔透,厚度適中,包裹著大粒爽口蝦仁,每一口都是滿足⋯⋯鹵水豬手撈面豬手已經燉得軟爛,晶瑩剔透的外皮讓人垂涎三尺🤤滿滿的骨膠原⋯⋯正啊!鹵水與麵也是絕配 爽口的麵同軟糯的豬手雙重口感回味無窮!最後還有一盤鹵水鵝掌翼一般的茶樓比較少見,鵝掌翼全部都大大隻,鹵得很入味!底下還有滷豆腐,一口接一口吃停不下來。

寶琳地鐵站上邊嘅新都城有好多食肆,今晚就試吓一間叫四點金潮州菜。餐廳環境唔錯,裝修都新派,樓底又高,空間感十足。因為朋友係潮州人,所以今晚都主打食潮州嘢。首先叫咗個滷水鵝肝鵝腸拼盤。鵝腸上面嘅肥膏唔太多,但咬落去都甘香,亦都爽口,而滷水味唔太鹹,算係啱啱好。鵝肝就非常好食,外面嘅滷水入味,個心中間做到入口即溶嘅效果,拍得住西餐煎鵝肝,好食好食。再嚟過普寧炸豆腐,外皮炸得香脆,入面豆香味濃,點韭菜魚露食,鹹味就啱啱好。另外一個潮州名菜就係沙茶炒牛肉,店員講如果唔係用芥蘭炒,呢碟就唔係正宗嘅潮州菜。芥蘭都揀最嫩嘅部份,牛肉用沙茶醬同炒,好濃味,配合芥蘭嘅青甜都平衡得好好。最後叫返個蠔仔肉碎粥,蠔仔非常大粒,洗得乾淨完全冇殼,肉碎裏面加咗方魚,令到成個湯底都好鮮甜,加少少胡椒粉食,咁就啱啱好夠飽肚啦。餐廳除咗潮州菜,其實都有粵菜小炒,但主打潮州菜,做得唔錯,滷水香濃順喉,令人食過返尋味😋

小炒皇味道超讚,超推薦的,好夠鑊氣,還有惹味的魷魚作配料,色香味俱全,配料還有蝦球,三色椒,花生,韭菜等...... 廚師掌握火喉剛剛好,保留了韭菜的濕度,又不會令其他配料過乾,吃得出清鮮爽嫩滑的口感。

今日去完將軍澳體育館打針,順便去新都城嘅四點金飯店醫肚。明蝦子燒賣燒賣薄面皮,有肉餡和蝦仁,口感扎實爽彈,食完好滿足。時菜牛肉球牛肉球一向都係我嘅至愛!牛肉球啖啖肉,好juicy,加埋喼汁簡直無敵!好味,好味!叉燒雪山包雪山包外皮香脆,叉燒餡算多,有蜜糖甜的味道。翡翠鮮蝦腸腸粉好滑,除咗有鮮蝦之外,仲有翠肉瓜,口感豐富,豉油又唔會話好鹹,味道不錯。福果芋泥上次食完一次福果芋泥之後,每次見到有得食我都會食。芋泥口感順滑,好香口又唔會太甜,加埋福果食就可以增添口感!

剛巧來到寶琳,就記住要再食四點金, 除了名字好記, 還有一份好值得令人記起的美味。今次叫了優惠套餐的清蒸沙巴躉加潮州蠔烙, 另外因為太抵的關係叫了通菜炒牛肉和加一元加配的韭菜豬紅。清蒸沙巴躉雖然是特價套餐, 但這條魚一點也不細, 而且賣相 新鮮吸引! 同類型的鮮魚價錢也差不多接近二百元, 這裏的有專業廚師煮好, 而且熱辣辣送上, 絕對值回票價。 蒸魚的火候剛剛好, 嫩滑得來熟透, 不鞋口不黐骨, 魚肉尚有一點咬口, 而且魚鮮令人齒頰留香!潮州蠔烙很特別, 應該加了一點類似番薯粉令它帶有一點煙韌口感的蠔餅, 配合充滿鮮味的蠔仔, 又相當不錯, 每一口都充滿煙韌鮮香。通菜炒牛肉有鑊氣,通菜炒得脆口, 用上新鮮牛肉, 充滿牛香之餘再配上腐乳香, 好搭配。韭菜豬紅豬紅最緊要新鮮, 這裏更加做得非常入味, 韭菜翠綠不黐牙。帶著滿足的心情離開時看見餐廳品牌自家製的綠豆餅, 又忍不住買了試試, 同樣沒有令人失望, 下次回來再買!

蘿蔔清湯牛腩,蘿蔔就新咗一啲,好似啱啱擺落去咁,仲未索到啲侯柱侯牛腩汁味,牛腩就炆得淋啦,可能太好賣啦,要搵啲新蘿蔔搭試上去,味道就可口好食,都總體上都算抵食。

專登搭地鐵入嚟食潮州嘢,懷着看見食評的好評有一絲絲的期待,點知感覺….少少伏😅呢一度係好抵食可以用一蚊換韭菜豬紅,但係個韭菜豬紅完全冇味道,我叫咗個小菜(豉椒炒蟶子)啲聖子好心佢用啲白酒落去吐返D沙…鬼唔知好鬼新鮮咩成口都係沙😂😂,飲咗個胡椒豬肚湯,喊到阿媽都認唔到完全冇胡椒味仲諗住驅一下胃寒,點知個腎受罪,真係好鬼咸睇嚟呢度只可以食鵝腸同埋掌翼…滷水得幾入味這裏有少少分攞返。其實本人都冇乜要求食得落口都唔會太差…加上我知道咁嘅價錢但係真係好鬼難食….最後芋頭鹹肉炒飯更加係….今日唔知個廚師咩,點解個炒飯係冇味係咪冇落鹽😅😅😅

住將軍澳幾年,成日都出入新都城,但甚少過百佳呢邊,今日因為約人,先發現有間潮州菜,「自己人」好耐都未食過潮州菜,就決定試試。因為我哋只食咗個brunch, 所以呢餐晚飯點咗好多嘢食。先點咗我最愛嘅杏汁豬肺湯,原來一窩份量都幾多,差不多有8-10碗,味道清甜,滋潤養生冇味精,豬肺好味又夠淋!依家點選精選餸菜可以加$1點韭菜豬紅,豬紅係我愛人至愛,所以就為咗豬紅點咗聖子,聖子味道不錯,份量夠多,送飯一流。豬紅反而係我哋嘅主菜,豬紅微辣,味道很不錯。另外點左滷水拼盤,裏面竟然有愛人至like嘅豬大腸,好邪惡但好正呀!滷水拼盤真係性價比,份量又多又好味,味道唔會太咸岩岩好。總結,滷水拼盤是必點之選,而喜愛飲湯嘅朋友,必試杏汁豬肺湯!
