同朋友慶生,去打邊爐,因打邊爐係佢至愛。漁火食材優質,冇令我失望。我地叫左個招牌湯底,有花膠,又有響螺,滋補又好食,響螺有咬口。我地叫左特大蟶子,一d沙都冇,放去湯到滾8秒就食得,彈牙清爽,而d蜆肉又係好大隻,唔錯唔錯!叫左泰式生蝦刺身,佢既生蝦醬汁有微甜、酸辣同微辣既風味,點完個醬汁,先食到虎蝦既鮮美,跟住就食到生蝦醬汁既複雜風味,好味道。至於小食係百花釀油條,餐廳用左花枝漿加上新鮮既海蝦仁調製,釀入酥脆的油條,外層酥脆內餡飽滿彈牙,係好有風味既小食。而打邊爐當然唔少得牛頸脊啦!呢碟肉好有肉味,好食,大滿足。店員不時幫我地換碟加茶,好服務呀!

一嚟到 好香雞味 老闆娘建議我哋可以先飲湯 火鍋湯底竟然用老火湯熬 真係落足本
裏面實在實料有花膠有雞腳 好鮮甜
得罪啲講句好飲過我阿媽煲嘅🤣
唔小心未開始打邊爐已經飲到飽飽地 實在太好味
呢個蝦餅係我人生食過最好味嘅蝦餅!唔會炸得太過火 蝦味好出好爽口
仲嗌咗個泰式生蝦 好大隻食落好滿足
響鈴都係即炸嘅 唔使浸湯都好脆好好味 浸埋呢個老火湯簡直係一流
花甲全部大大隻肥嘟嘟冇沙冇腥味
綜合苑拼盤都好特別 出邊比較少見到嘅
牛肉亦都好新鮮 啖啖肉
食得好滿足呀
