雞排嘅皮脆脆哋,入面嘅肉又一啲都唔「鞋」

撈檬嘅份量十分之多,相信男仔都會食得飽。
汁方面雖然冇咩特別,但係我本身鍾意甜酸汁,冇令我失望

呢個地段、呢個價錢黎講,性價比十分高!

牛肉份量都好多, 食落鮮嫩,抵食!

每個月總會來這𥚃吃一次越南菜,味道不錯加上經濟實惠加上份量大,成為了午餐或晚餐的食堂。豬頸肉米紙卷,一客四大件。米紙卷外皮嫩滑,夾了青菜青瓜,很爽口及清新,加上醬汁來吃,整體上不錯。越式炸春卷,外皮炸得香脆,饀料亦足夠,味道惹味,吃下去不會覺得很油膩。香茅豬扒撈檬,豬扒外脆內嫩,吃下去不會太乾,還有肉汁的感覺,而且香茅味十足。檬粉的口感不錯,配上店鋪獨製的撈檬汁,酸酸甜甜,入口美味又開胃。另名Order 了名叫”鬼佬”的手工啤,麥味清甜,有少許果味,易入口,適合女生。

好鍾意個皮煙煙韌韌咁,個汁味道好特別,都幾開胃叫咗個豬頸肉撈檬,完全冇諗過個份量係咁大,豬頸肉超級多,豬頸肉好香脆,加埋酸酸甜甜嘅檬粉一啲都唔膩,唔錯個特別牛河,成個洗面盆咁大,係兩個人嘅份量,味道都唔錯。

🍹椰青
來到越南餐廳當然要叫一個椰青來喝!這裡的椰青不僅大,而且非常冰冷,就算吃完整頓飯都保持涼浸浸,而且椰子肉不會很硬,非常容易挖下來吃。

🍽雞絲沙律
去每一間越南餐廳我都會叫一客雞絲沙律來吃。這裡的應該是我吃過最大盤的!上面有大量雞肉,而且還是暖暖的,應該是剛煮好鋪在沙拉上面的。而且蔬菜都很新鮮!另外我喜歡餐廳會叫客人自行加魚露去調味,可以配合不同客人的口味。

🍽鮮蝦米紙卷
當然也要試一下越南必點米紙卷。我們選擇了蝦肉,每一塊裡面都有一大塊蝦肉,裡面的生菜很新鮮,而且有很多粉絲增加口感,雖然米紙皮比其他的厚,但是一口吃下去也不會影響太多。

是日河粉賣光,不過我本來也想試一下檬粉會不會有不同的感覺。其實都很好吃,只是沒有那麼寬的扁麵,口感一樣。湯底能喝得出用牛骨熬了很久,很出味,又不會肥膩。生牛肉的份量比想像中多,而且夠生,就算吃了一會也不會變得很老。牛筋沒有多餘調味,我自己本身很喜歡,但是如果吃慣了滷牛筋的就可能會覺得無味。

最近食咗間越南菜,位置喺銅鑼灣中心地帶的商廈中,地鐵站行2分鐘就到,非常方便。初頭諗住銅鑼灣食嘢一定唔平,點知呢間越南菜d價錢幾平,幾抵食!主食叫左個生熟牛肉牛丸湯金邊粉,佢哋嘅湯粉有3個size(regular, 大, 特大)適合多人share, 我地叫左regular, 點知拎到黎regular size都非常大,啱晒大胃王,最出色係個湯底,清甜有牛肉味。另一個主食係香茅豬頸肉撈檬,d豬頸肉炸到脆身好香囗,撈檬d沙律菜好新鮮。小食叫左越式牛油雞翼,即叫即炸熱辣辣,牛油味好香。另一個小食越式扎肉串幾得意,係用d攪碎咗嘅扎肉整成香腸形狀,再用條香茅篤住嚟燒,d香茅味滲埋入去個扎肉串,幾特別值得試吓。飲品方面有多款特飲、椰青、沙冰等選擇,下次都會再嚟食,因為d食物份量足又唔貴,都幾啱多啲朋友一齊嚟食飯。
