今晚可以食到經歷幾十年的經典老字號的鳳城酒家, 非常榮幸!上到二樓見到古色古香、騰雲而起的飛龍飛鳳, 仍保留龍鳳大禮堂設計, 如時光倒流八十年代。主打順德菜的鳳城,都是手工菜,要有刀工、手工和炒工, 每道菜都有心思。尤其最欣賞招牌八寶鴨, 「八寶」的餡料不但配合得宜,而且初加工的工序也要講究。難怪鳳城食物水準一直維持在高水平。

太子鳳城也是第一次來飲茶,1點左右好多人,不過因為全場好多大枱,所以要撘枱。點心紙簡單清晰。豬潤燒賣兩大舊,上面豬潤十分之粉,好味,下面豬肉好淋入味雞絲粉卷三條,出面的腸粉皮夠薄,入面的肉剛剛好,不多不少,味道也是剛好,麻茸包三個的乳豬飯,賣相吸引,仲好香,以為小小一碟乳豬,原來也有好多件,咬落去卜卜聲,好香脆,又唔肥,好好味呀。真的沒有太多肥肉。麻茸包流心架,好香花生味,夠晒軟,真心的好正。舊式酒樓好有水準

鳳城酒家已有多年歷史,但是面有很多酒家的選擇,平日較少光顧。今天與同事在這邊相聚一刻,共晉晚餐,點了不少在外面較難吃到的菜式,包括蝦多士,薑汁芥蘭,炸子雞,以及蟹肉炒桂花粉絲。蝦多士上有原隻大蝦,十分鮮味,炸得剛剛好 ,香脆可口,沒有半點油膩。炒粉絲上有金華火腿絲,為整道菜生色不少,令人一口接一口,送飯一流。而炸子雞也是在水準之上 ,炸得外皮香脆雞肉嫩滑,亦十分入味。薑汁芥蘭也是採用了十分新鮮的食材。要吃用心製作的菜式,確實要付出多一點,值得一試的餐廳。

週末例牌活動就係同屋企人飲茶今次就揀左太子呢間鳳城。位置夠方便,地鐵出口一分鐘唔使就見到。酒樓有兩層,眼見感覺大台佔比較多,我地雖然細台但都好好彩唔使等位。男朋友聽說過呢度既炒飯好出名,所以我地就叫左個「鳳城炒飯」。果然,真係好有著揚州炒飯既材料: 叉燒,蝦仁,蛋。特別既係加上蕃茄粒,感覺好新鮮。飯底夠濕潤,水份同油份既比例岩岩好。米飯粒粒分明,軟硬適中。三個人好快就食晒一碟,好飽點心方面選擇的確唔算多。我地叫左咸水角,鴨腳扎,燒賣仔,蓮蓉包。咸水角同出面既酒樓唔同,圓滾滾,比較挺身,外脆內軟。而其他點心就感覺差不多。之前試過銅鑼灣既鳳城酒家,對懷舊既灌湯餃念念不忘。但太子竟然係唔一樣既做法,有點失望。

經過聯合廣場和金都商場,不難見到「鳳城酒家」的招牌,可是門口不顯眼,裝潢較舊,加上在彌敦道眾多食肆選擇,基本上我是不會wall-in的。直至朋友想吃中式懷舊菜,我們才慕名而來,選了這家已開店超過30年,位於太子的鳳城酒家。我在早兩天預訂星期六的晚膳,由於8時前的已經滿座,所以我們訂了8時。當晚8時20分入座,不算準時,但仍屬合理時間。座位空間不大,客人之間較為親密,在酒家懷舊的環境下,看著有手寫部分的菜單,真的有片刻置身80年代的感覺,很是有趣!我們一行四人,共點了4款菜式。炸子雞 | 肉質不算Juicy,勝在不會過份調味(鹹味適中),是很原始、「踏實」的味道鍋貼明蝦 | 蝦身厚肉,大小均一,當中有3-4隻帶有蝦膏,可惜口感太油乳豬拼生腸 | 是酒家推薦菜式之一。乳豬肥瘦適中,唯味道沒有驚喜;生腸份量足,可惜難咬、不爽口,始終都是「肥姐」no.1。碟底的鹵水汁很惹味,成為了我們這一餐的點汁蓮藕餅 | 即叫即煎,上菜時熱騰騰,帶點輕微芫茜味,有粒粒蓮藕口感,味道可口

提早團年,想食啲好嘢就揀咗啲鳳城酒家選擇困難証既人,見到個餐牌簡直癲咗見到張張枱都叫呢兩個餸, 就係炸子雞同埋乳豬, 咁我都叫啦我簡直唔識形容嗰乳豬, 啲肉好嫩, 完全唔似出面嗰啲, 塊皮又脆, 不過就好似鹹咗少少個炸子雞係熱辣辣脆卜卜嘅,  啲肉又唔un囉,  好嫩好juicy本來吃腰果炒牛柳嘅, 但係佢冇曬腰果剩返合桃, 都試下啦!  呢個有少少失望啲牛柳淋得滯, 冇曬牛肉味, 但係就甜嘅因為係蜜汁合桃炒牛柳另外都想講下啲阿姐其實都幾好服務㗎

本來吃腰果炒牛柳嘅, 但係佢冇曬腰果剩返合桃, 都試下啦!  呢個有少少失望
