也不是第一次光顧,每次都能保持水準,今次先來一個魚生刺身盆,包括有剝皮魚、深海池魚、bb鯛魚、牡丹蝦和厚切帶子、全都很鮮味,另外更柯打了兩隻日本珍蠔,超大隻爽口,另外一款辣酒煮廣島蠔,蘿蔔和蠔都很入味,串燒方面,叫了厚切鹽燒牛舌串和燒鮮冬菇,配上白桃梳打和熱情果梳打,簡直絕配,意猶未盡再叫了一客定食,有六款壽司和三文魚、甜蝦、八爪魚刺身,更包括:麵豉湯、沙律和螺肉小吃,認真抵食,最後的甜品,也令人有驚喜,他的芝士蛋糕和綠茶蕨餅,不太甜,好清新,令這頓晚餐有一個完美的結局。

荃灣居酒屋和各類日式食肆多不勝數,個人較喜歡這間日式店,因為舖面不大,有份親切感,而且價錢也很親民,今天就是幫襯他做緊promo的日本珍蠔,半價只賣44蚊,成隻手板咁大,鮮味無窮,值得捧場,當然也不光是捧場他的半價食品,首先order了一個小吃,富山灣螢光魷魚,份量十足,再柯打了一個六貫木配三式刺身定食,有六款不同口味的壽司,再加甜蝦,三文魚和八爪魚刺身,認真抵食,串燒方面,叫了厚切鹽燒牛舌串和燒鮮冬菇,經濟抵食,另外廚師推介的辣酒煮廣島蠔,很入味,大大隻也不過70多元,就是這樣就過了一個滿足的晚上。

明明menu係寫住(三文魚籽,日本海膽)但上到嚟 有埋其他海鮮角切 同螢光魷魚 不過$198 如果滿碗三文魚籽加海膽又真係無咩可能嘅
而且味道係好味 飯同刺身中間有黃蘿蔔粒同紫菜碎增加左口感
清酒煮蜆都係驚喜嘅 味道唔太濃 有清清地嘅酒香 個湯底係你會想飲埋個種

全餐唯一覺得非常失望嘅係茶漬飯
叫嘅時候講左 紫菜分上 (因為我自己唔食得紫菜)
上嘅時候 紫菜片係分上 但成個飯都淋滿紫菜😵
飯面就係一粒2cm X3cm x1cm 嘅煎魚粒
分上嘅茶壼 裡面係抹茶粉沖水
倒落去 就好似抹茶粉加水加白飯
賣相已經灰左 食一啖已經唔想食
本身我係好鍾意食茶漬飯嘅
因為之前喺其他居酒屋食過係好好食 同有唔同次序嘅配料落

總括而言
咩都好 就係千祈唔好叫茶漬飯!

餐廳環境尚算滿意,味道還可以,但製作過程真心太唔衞生,整餐前沙律侍應啱啱執完枱,對手求其冲吓水唔帶手套又唔用工具,就用手執沙律,其實見到都唔敢食🤮🤮另一個壽司師傅做嘢時冇帶口罩感覺唔係咁好,咁基本常識都欠缺🥱🥱刺生新鮮度還可以不過有D似去食超市買嗰D,但製作過程真係要留意吓,明知坐吧枱位客人會見到都咁Hea,我自己應該唔會有下次🫣🫣
