之前食左好多次牛県都唔知道呢間鮨一係同一間公司,今日好想食日本野,終於有機會黎試試佢。餐廳格局好有日本居酒屋味道,有壽司吧枱,可以見到啲師傅整壽司,別有一番風味。食物種類都幾多,仲有晚市定食套餐,價錢唔算貴。我地兩個人叫左原條池魚 $188,賣相吸引,好新鮮,配埋佢嘅酸汁,好鮮甜好開胃。火炙魚生定食,入邊有三文魚、白身魚、蟹柳、帶子、左口魚同海膽。定食仲附送左麵豉湯、沙律同埋前菜螺肉。鮨一千層海膽飯必食!佢本身係加拿大海膽,我地+$100升級咗日本馬糞海膽,有埋紫菜比自己包。海膽下面仲有好多吞拿魚蓉,好滿足。八爪魚燒餅味道好有啲似日式燒章魚丸。飲品叫左信洲白桃梳打+巨峰梳打。最後食埋個甜品作結。我地叫咗日本芝士蛋糕+綠茶蕨餅share。荃灣好食既日本餐廳真係好少。但今日試完之後,可以話佢係其中一間。
