諗住去車公廟拜神,拜神前要醫左肚先叫咗兩個餐:一個係豬肉,有豬腩肉、大腸、豬皮等等;第一個係牛肉。我曾經喺韓國食過一次燒豬皮,實在驚為天人,所以今次見到豬肉餐入邊有豬皮,就毫不猶豫叫咗啦。頭先上咗五個小小的前菜,有泡菜、醃蘿蔔、醃海藻、芽菜同埋薯仔沙律,我係薯仔腦袋,超鍾意薯仔沙律,另外我覺得醃海藻同埋泡菜都唔錯。兩個餐都包咗一半牛肉拌飯,入邊嗰醬汁加埋溫泉蛋同埋蔥撈埋一齊,都幾好食,個醬汁有少少辣辣地,比較惹味。我覺得豬肉餐入邊嘅豬腩肉都幾嫩,燒完出嚟點埋醬汁都幾好食大腸就不過不失啦冇乜特別。反而豬皮比較令我失望,其實個豬皮唔係太差,但因為我喺韓國食過好好食嘅豬皮,所以佢就令我有啲失望。佢嘅豬皮未刮走晒所有嘅油脂,所以食落口仲係有少少油膩。我反而覺得牛肉餐嘅牛肉正正常常,冇豬肉餐入邊嘅豬腩肉咁令人驚喜。飲品方面,我叫咗菠蘿梳打同埋百香果柚子梳打,兩款飲品都做到解油膩嘅效果。總括嚟講,我覺得呢餐都幾滿意,如果豬皮再做好啲就更好啦!
