To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). What stands out to me the most is that the sushi chefs are never stingy with the sides. I absolutely love their marinated garlic and can't get enough.

I'm glad I decided to splurge and come for dinner. Or else I would not have been able to try the salmon nose marinated in vinegar. It was crunchy and savoury, my facial expression must have gave away I liked it a lot as the chef offered to give me a few more refills

食完壽司最後上的,柚子啫喱一般般,唔實身。


因為冇晚市堂食,餐廳應該都想做多啲生意,所以定咗唔同嘅時段用膳,每節90分鐘,我食中午12點,塞車遲咗小小,前菜要食得急先可以追返隔離進度(因為師傅一次過serve 2組客人)如果趕唔上,壽司就會一次過上,唔會逐件逐件上(見到有其他客人真係直接一碟過)用餐享受度大減🤔


用餐時間其實唔係好夠,食得急咗啲,而且師傅同客人嘅交流比較少,可能佢都太忙住整壽司😂


P.S. 預約要比按金,每位$200,鍾意坐吧枱記得提出要求~

適逢太太生日特意早數月前book,因為早前10月自己生日個陣都食過,覺得幾有驚喜,因為今次沒有了晚市關係,還特意選擇了午市最貴的餐牌$1180,但今次食完當晚又屙又嘔,隔天還發燒腸胃炎,聯絡餐廳投訴,佢都係講d大路野,話d魚保證生鮮先會用,最大機會奶野可能係生蠔,真係多謝你,咁你咪即係間接承認你d野唔得囉,差唔多食到尾聲個陣,仲有隻昆蟲飛黎飛去,d師傅視若無睹,咁都啱嘅起碼我見唔到隻昆蟲飛過落啲食物度,我就唔會再去喇。
