事不疑遲,第一道登場嘅就喺椒鹽鮮魷,絕對喺餸啤酒嘅好朋友。啲鮮魷外觀金黃,裁得大大件有睇頭,入口肉質彈牙且有魷魚味,頗鮮甜,最對辦喺唔油膩,粉漿做得薄薄而香口,既有鹹香,又有點辣勁,咁先喺椒鹽嘛,沾少少喼汁,真喺好易食唔停口。

呢道菜真喺色香味全呀,一上枱,首先就喺啲海蝦夠晒大隻,而且,煎得色澤帶點焦黃,而散發出一陣陣豉油嘅香氣。咬落連殼都帶少少脆口,差啲想食埋落肚,而蝦肉口感好爽彈,既有蝦鮮味,又有豉油嘅鹹香味,正呀喂!

總的來說,金牌源記大排檔給我感覺良好,食物份量又大, 不似某些茶餐廳,一人吃都有些嫌不足,是日所見,每檯都是三,五知己較多,之前較少光顧這類食肆!原來走寶了,下次再約三五知己舉杯暢飲!

今日與太太到深水埗購物,順便在深水埗晚餐,來到耀東街,見這間大排檔地道菜式非常吸引,尤其被這一排排的炸乳鴿所吸引。生炸脆皮乳鴿生炸脆皮乳鴿,炸到深啡色,皮帶少少脆,醃得很入味。椒鹽骨愛食香口鑊氣菜,又怎少得了這個椒鹽骨,份量也不少,一條條的椒鹽骨帶著啡金色,份外吸引,肉質新鮮有咬勁,香口又入味,這就是大排檔的誘惑。蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒,一粒粒的一口牛柳粒及薯仔經過輕炸走油,牛柳切得一粒一口,有口感,香口又惹味。薯仔切得一件件比較大件,帶點蜜糖味,腍中帶㸃煙軔口感,與平時食薯條時的味道又有不同,感覺比食薯條更爲惹味。大排檔是香港飲食文化的特色,夠鑊氣夠味道,因為是在室外,感覺上是覺得自由舒適,對吸煙人士而言更是尤為喜愛。

住近深水埗真好,揾食有超多選擇!今日突然想食大排檔,於是便早點出發行去大排檔滿目的耀東街開餐。去到即被第一間金牌源記吸引著。今日好胃口,所以叫了三餸一飯,滿足一下肚仔。生炸脆皮乳鴿 (HKD68)乳鴿外皮脆卜卜,而肉質仍保持嫩滑、多汁、啖啖肉。本身味道已好夠;如想增加味覺,則可沾點淮鹽再食。蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒 (HKD98)大排檔最正的就是鑊氣,所以這味牛柳粒真的無得輸!脆皮薯仔配上香口彈牙的一口牛柳粒,實在回味無窮。椒絲腐乳通菜 (HKD68)菜類中我倆都喜歡通菜,這一味通菜腐乳味不算濃,但好夠薑,啖啖都有薑味跟微辣,確是另一個驚喜!源記炒飯 (HKD75)這款招牌炒飯材料豐富大大碟,有蝦、魷魚、肉粒、菜脯、蛋、菜等,啖啖都滿足肚仔,encore率極高!

本來諗住去深水埗食嘢,行經耀東街,突然發現一個大排檔,坐低先知是新開的,牆上貼滿吸引人的菜色圖片,招呼也不錯我們兩個人坐四人枱,星期六晚上七點幾10幾張枱差不多坐滿。我們點了懷舊芙蓉蛋焗魚腸, 等候時間差不多15分鐘,上菜時附上華鹽,雞蛋表面焗到脆脆的,味道不錯。椒鹽鮮魷,顏色金黃, 十分鬆脆肉質新鮮,夠鑊氣!加上青島啤酒,碰巧天氣不算很熱,兩把大風扇放在旁邊,感覺還可以。可能由於店舖新開,似乎店員對運作不是很熟悉,但是整體都算唔錯。
