預約左8點半鐘,但見前面食評話店員賴佢遲到,所以我地都預早左十分鐘到左。點知…間野客人都幾多,雖然有兩層,但下層位置唔算多,去到嘅時間已經爆滿。帶位嘅女店員一直叫我地等等等等,又話有枱埋單
於是我地等到8點45分,佢又話張枱唔肯埋單,大佬,不是有限時嗎…點樣唔肯埋單(?!)店員見我地面燶燶,又問我地拎左飛未,大佬,我訂左位都要拎飛,咁我訂來做乜?然後店員醒覺了,原來我地係訂左位的。於是佢又話等多陣,見佢有講唔好意思前,唔好意思後,我地都照等啦
事實上間野係真係幾忙幾好生意,不停見啲員工chit chut咁轉,上上落落,所以如果想食,都建議預約。(當然啦,即使你預約左,都有機會要好似我地咁等法)最終9pm我地入座了。

上左2/F,位置比樓下多,不過衛生一般般啦,餐桌最好自己抹一抹,兩磁爐面嘅油積亦都有少少倒胃口。不過喺150蚊都唔洗嘅大前題下,我對所有事嘅容忍度突然高左好多,哈哈。迅速落左一條魚,揀左少麻辣(魚不是任食喔,四人一條,親)餐牌選擇都幾多,以任食黎計,都算幾滿意。其中一張紙係收費項目,例如牛柳粒、蠔、帶子呢啲,另外加多一條魚都係$138,可以接受。小食方面有:椒鹽玉子豆腐、拍青瓜、雲耳、豆芽、木耳、雞翼、泡椒鳳爪、蒜泥白肉、雞軟骨等都係任食,等緊條魚熟之際,我地就食住呢啲開胃野先。涼拌嘅味道都唔錯,蒜泥白肉唔會太肥,雞翼食落都脆口,鳳爪其實都好食,幾入味,只係唔夠腍。

大概15分鐘左右,魚同配料就上枱,都係合理時間
而其後加單兩次都喺15分鐘內送上食物,店員都幾繁忙,所以我覺得除左等位一刻比較令人不耐煩,加上冇收取加一嘅情況下,我覺得進食過程嘅服務,上菜、加湯等都係唔錯。


麻辣魚 - 少辣:因為怕太辣,所以只係點左少辣,一開頭反而未係好入味,但後來愈食愈辣,去到淥菜一刻,我地都覺得辣到…哈哈。
不過佢地比較少麻,所以都容易入口。一條魚都幾大條架,平時食烤魚都二百蚊左右,咁嘅質素我覺得幾好食。
魚肉肥美,唔會太老,亦冇任何魚腥、泥味,重點係魚骨都唔多呢。

其餘配料都係普通酒樓任食嘅質素,肥牛、豚肉十分一般,我地都係食左一轉
不過有條魚打底,即使唔食豬、牛,集中食其他野都抵食。
另外有丸類、麻吉燒、芝士魚豆腐,選擇都幾多。豬紅呀豬皮、響鈴、山根、芋絲,一般火鍋配料都有。

整體黎講,以價錢黎計,就真係冇得輸。食物質素符合價錢,未至於太差。環境方面一般般,但爆場都唔算太嘈,服務方面還可以。
只係始終係平價火鍋,有客walk in一定要俾佢入,至於我訂左枱要等位,當然係有多少躁底。餐廳大可打電話確認客人會唔會出現,再留起張枱呢,否則訂左位都要等超過半個鐘,並無意義,walk in黎嘅客人都比我入得快。

之前開會路經見到$98 任食2小時雞煲已經想試,今日同朋友再路經決定一試。任食2小時雞煲的價錢是按時段而定,平日由$98~$138,星期五,六,日加$10,但由於沒有加一,所以都是抵食的。雞煲味道不太濃,食完後可叫侍應加湯煮火煱 (侍應見你自己加湯會搶返壺湯幫你加)。火煱配料不外乎豬肉片,肥牛片,丸類同蔬菜,各類肉片及丸類明顯都是冷藏貨,但$100餘一個人任食2小時,要求也不會太高吧。而且個場通風ok, 一路食都沒有煙霧瀰漫情況,食完個身都沒有太強烈的雞煲味。總括而言,2小時任點任食,又包汽水,啤酒及雪糕,每人$100餘在太子區已算十分抵食。

朋友今晚聚會在金仔米線,聽個名以為淨系食米線。當晚去到先知道原來內有乾坤。金仔有兩層,門面光猛整潔。我們一行6人被安排上2樓。任食2個中$138, 如揀烤魚煲加$78。雞同魚唔可以再加,但火鍋配料同小食可任加。飲品和雪糕自己出去拎。2樓地方有點擠迫,經常要唔該借借出出入入。6個人叫左一個雞煲同烤魚煲。雞煲一上枱香噴噴,雞件夠滑,不過油比較多。烤魚煲點了小辣,越煮越辣夠曬惹味,唔錯!個人較喜歡烤魚煲

雞煲一上枱香噴噴,雞件夠滑,不過油比較多。

烤魚煲點了小辣,越煮越辣夠曬惹味,唔錯!

We have been to this placefor SUPPER a lot of times as it's close to our home and the quality is amazing with such a decent price. It's ALL YOU CAN EAT fish hot pot at just 98HKD per head after 10.30pm (supper discount), the fish tastes BETTER than other a la carte Sichuan restaurants where the fish alone can cost well over 190HKD. Here? Just add 78HKD and you will have a whole fish. The chef here did a great job cooming the fish before putting it into the hot pot ~~~~ the skin is still crispy f

The foods in the ALL YOU CAN EAT menu are good in standard as well, only the beef a bit too fat. Dumplings(top right corner at the picture below), fried meat balls with salad stuffing (bottom left corner), Japanese mochi-stuffed fried fish slice (bottem right corner), fresh veggies and a lot more shown at this picture are just amazing.


NICE STAFF. THEY ARE MUCH MORE FRIENDLIER THAN OTHER PLACES. I feel like they are living their lives, not like at some other restaurants where the owners force them over work 10 hours a day without a chance to rest their legs ~~~~ they have become zombies "begging" for the lowest hourly wages. But here, the waitresses and waiters are very friendly non-zombies. They are warm-hearted human beings.


So many varieties of foods All You Can Eat, nice quality at this price (98HKD/head at 10.30pm)

有點技巧的,是啤酒不能一次落太多。否則會掩蓋了雞煲湯的味道。大概是湯的三分一那麼多就好。乾了再落。我們最後也只用了一支大啤那麼多。

又說回這家食店。上文說的秘訣只是錦上添花。如果雞煲窩本身味道不夠好。秘甚麼訣也沒有用。所以這裡雞煲還是很不錯的。

至於其他火鍋食物,都頗新鮮。筆者公道點說是合理,足夠好。坦白點說就是無乜特別。

最後整體評一下。這裡裝修算有點格調。比千人一面的火鍋店要好。服務員也挺友善~街坊式好似好熟絡那一款。坐位算舒服,因為我們兩人坐了四人枱。(但他們本來有叫我坐二人枱...)

再總結:合格以上,好評未滿。
