打電話去訂枱,第一次時,聽到接聽人員講英文,但我照講中文“你好,我想訂枱架。”,但一直無人再出聲同被人cut線。第二次打去,依然聽到對方講英文,以為對方唔識中文,我就轉講英文“Hello, I would like to reserve a table for 2 on 22Feb, Sunday." 對方立即話“what table",所以我重覆一次話想訂枱再糾正返原來星期日係21號。點知,對方突然話“你講中文啦,扮咩者?”,我好驚訝點解會咁既態度。到最後,佢問我想坐榻榻米定普通枱,但因為未去過,所以問對方“唔好意思,因為我未去過唔知咩分別,但可唔可以介紹一個比較靜少少既位置俾我地?”。佢話“咁榻榻米囉,但要跪要除鞋架,不過我地到時星期日好忙架,唔得閒有咁多招呼,亦都唔會寧靜,你諗下啦下!”原本好期待同朋友試呢個下午茶,但呢次預約都係取消吧......

,豐富了整體的幼滑感,很好吃呀!

整體來說非常滿意,服務也相當親切有禮。不過我個人不太愛喝酒,所以更加錢點選兩杯柚子蜜啦~

氣氛休閒 和風味濃
呢間餐廳喺銅鑼灣利園,要上到 3樓,再行一層樓梯上去,走廊裝飾好有日式氣派,好似穿梭去另一個空間咁。餐廳分咗唔同嘅區,近欄邊嘅位置光猛,可以望到商場,氣氛輕鬆,而另一邊就好似和室,可以席地而坐。另外仲有壽司 bar 枱同蕎麥麵製作室,可欣賞廚師製作過程。

餐前先送上日式小食,枝豆用鹽漬過,帶少少咸香,兩個人慢慢食消磨時間一流,而飛魚子沙律又係即叫即整,絕對不會係晨早整定,可以放到出水貨色,而且食得出食材新鮮,口感清新怡人。

串燒有牛雞🐷仲有蔬菜類既菇,青椒同露荀各一串,串串一食落口真係有陣炭爐燒既味!調味同燒既時間都岩岩好!牛一食落去好juicy有少少脂肪同勁有牛味,加上調味應該有檸檬汁,鹽同黑椒,簡單但完全帶起牛既原味道😍😍十級讚!!!
