疫情開始緩和,假期日多了一家大小外出,午飯時段有擠擁的情況出現,所以今天選了鬧市的綠州。Table之間是一向的寛闊,而bar枱就較為迫,因訂了枱,我們二人可以坐進四人枱,不受擾地進食。各自點了一份餐:鹿兒島和牛定食及鰻魚高菜免治雞肉飯。每個餐都包括前菜、沙律、湯、甜品及飲品,落單後食物好快到:粟米沙律份量足,味道清甜,醬料完全沒有蓋過蔬菜的天然味;前菜有兩片冬菇,厚身而腍口,放上幾塊鰹魚片吊味;湯味咸淡適中,無豆腐粒或魚旦,但加入了雞肉粒,立時升呢鰻魚飯超快上枱,連沙律都未食完,更遑論前菜及湯,好懷疑條魚已經燒左幾耐😱,所以佢嘅溫度只是微熱,幸好鰻魚好大條、夠肥美、有點彈牙、並不乾柴,高菜是分開上,似kimchi,即係醃白菜切片,加入辣味在小碟內,免治雞粒是混進珍珠米飯內,增加咬口,但又不算什麼特別,其實可以慳返幾十元揀鰻魚溫泉蛋那個餐。鹿兒島和牛跟白飯,牛肉似是用鑊烤,而不是用炭火燒,因此做到外脆內軟、生熟配撘無間的效果,整體質素泊得住日本境內的出品,敗筆是上枱時,牛肉只是微温,熱力保持不足,失去提供味覺享受,油脂也不能在口腔裏盪漾。甜品是一丁塊檸檬芝士餅,配上熱咖啡,一絶。

發現喜歡的店推出了可在app下單的外賣服務. 疫情下頓覺貼心. 早上11am 訂1pm取. Set lunch 有幾多選擇. 按幾吓就完成order 和付款. 好方便. 唯一改進地方係店舖在食物ready 後可以打電話通知顧客取. 因OpenRice app 的update 好像不是即時(一直都在準備中的狀態所以打過去問). 外賣份量足. 能夠安在家中吃它們的串燒很滿足!

人長大了,現在都奉行「吃少點,吃好點」的宗旨,特別是刺身魚生料理,畢竟生冷食物quota不多嘛~權八一向走高質、高水準路線,當然一分錢一分貨,價錢和質素絕對成正比。用以下午市套餐為例,包括沙律、前菜小點、湯品、八件壽司、甜品以及一杯飲品。雖然只有八件壽司,但每一件都是用相對高價錢的魚生,而且刺身份量特別大,飯量較少,絕對適合女生同行友人大大力推薦這個芋頭蝦餅,果然沒有介紹錯,蝦肉非常有咬勁,配上天婦羅烹調方法,別有一番風味~

天婦羅....叫錯🤦‍♀️了特上。咁就試吓天婦羅紫蘇葉包住海膽啦!本人都是覺得海膽刺身上是最好的!😂但是....天婦羅蝦🍤永遠是我的飛彿!

最後,中國人都係要搵碗飯落肚㗎啦!咪叫咗.....

又食日本野!呢排我好似餐餐都揀食日本野,今次尼到呢間銅鑼灣權八,有時會見到下d明星架!咁佢開得係利園一期都唔會差得去邊既,我就叫左客刺身套餐,前菜果d唔多提,因為我覺得到到都差唔多,刺身方面好出人意料~~ 因為真係超新鮮啊!!簡直同日本黑門市場食既差唔多,鮮同甜!wow!但就咁食碗飯有點點齋,無汁撈飯所以比較難吞跟餐有杯野飲同個蛋糕仔。蛋糕仔就無咩特式,可以ignore。但兩舊水食個set係有少少貴,但佢咁好既服務態度,我比得過!

特尚魚生餐

雖然只係得幾款,但係魚生質素非常之新鮮,肉質鮮嫩,而且每一片都係好厚,尤其欣賞佢個拖羅,又滑又軟,又有魚油的香味。大蝦也是我最愛之一,那那個接近透明的下身,味道清甜,柔軟,而且黑頭多高、,而且蝦頭多膏,很是肥美。

昨天慶祝朋友生日,朋友推薦了這家權八居酒屋。一行七人熱熱鬧鬧的訂了榻榻米座位,座位舒適,外面更有outdoor位置供抽煙。昨天點了很多東西吃,點了七點刺身、七點刺身有牧丹蝦、吞拿魚、吞拿魚腩、池魚、油甘魚,另外點了海膽刺身、吞拿魚腩卷和各款壽司,質素不錯性價比高,由其海膽論質素真是十分抵食。最想推薦它們家的串燒,活海鰻串燒,皮脆肉爽;牛柳及牛舌串燒燒得剛好,汁也調得好吃。吃完串燒加一個清酒煮峴,還有我最愛的燒油甘魚骹,最後更點了天婦羅蝦、天婦羅帶子等。所有食物也十分出色,作為一家居酒屋餐廳真是滿分,而且性價比實在高。盡慶的一晚!

最近看到去日本玩的朋友在吃蕎麥麵,就突發奇想香港有沒有好吃的蕎麥麵呢。這次嘗試的就找了權八。我和朋友兩個女孩沒有點太多,怕吃不完就浪廢食物,我們點了兩個主菜加一個小點,其中一個主菜當然是我期待多久的蕎麥麵。評論食物的味道之前,先震說一下權八餐廳的設計。權八位於LEE GARDEN ONE,走進餐廳時震走過一條長走廊,還蠻特別的,走廊邊掛著的擺設是一些碟子,很有日本色彩的,蠻漂亮的,不況走過停停欣賞一下。餐廳的設計充滿了日本風格,很像一間江戶時代的高級居酒居,環境非常安靜,想跟朋友慢慢的聊天,又想品嘗日本美食,權八是個不錯的選擇。我想吃的應該是冷蕎麥麵,但我誤點了一個熱的蟹蕎麥麵。雖然如此,但還好,吸引人之處時蟹很甜,口口都是肉,非常的好食,蕎麥麵就一般般,沒有太吸引要吃第二遍的感受,但我還是有一天會去嘗他冷的蕎麥麵,可能有另一番的感覺。我們還點了一個鰻魚飯,很想說他們的服務很貼心,見我們兩個人就主動提出要不要幫我們分,所以最後就變成了圖片中的兩碗飯。鰻魚飯的主菜當然是鰻魚,鰻魚非常肥美,燒的洽到好處;飯是一點點炒飯的感覺,褭面有一點點牛油果,三種食材配在一起吃非常合配,如果是喜歡鰻魚飯

我們還點了一個鰻魚飯,很想說他們的服務很貼心,見我們兩個人就主動提出要不要幫我們分,所以最後就變成了圖片中的兩碗飯。鰻魚飯的主菜當然是鰻魚,鰻魚非常肥美,燒的洽到好處;飯是一點點炒飯的感覺,褭面有一點點牛油果,三種食材配在一起吃非常合配,如果是喜歡鰻魚飯的朋友,這是一個不錯的選擇。前菜點的是豚肉芝士薯球,炸的很脆,配木魚吃,如果木魚有剩,可以配蕎麥麵一起吃,還不錯的。可是這球88元,但只有3粒,份量有點少。

Really missed lunch in this place! 懐かしい ~~ This time I decided to go for their Saikyo Style Grilled Halibut Set. It's really good! So tasty, and I loved how silky smooth the halibut was.My friend had this Premium Sashimi Set. Also very nice! I love fatty tuna, so I just took one from my friend! Yummy!~~

There is only one way to judge the sashimi - Freshness. I have nothing to complain as long as they are fresh. The salmon is so fresh and there is little salmon oil over the salmon sashimi giving it a shiny look. Yummy.
