筆者以氣炸爐180度加熱3-4分鐘,牛角包出爐已散發陣陣牛油香。麵包外層呈片狀,脆得像薯片一樣。切開內呈蜂窩狀,酥脆度足,外脆內酥軟,牛油味重,味道不錯。

排隊速度都尚算OK嘅,我哋見到收銀嗰邊有三個人去負責收銀, 但係就同時間只可以應對到一個客人,一個就係企喺度問你需唔需要膠袋之類嘅人,另外一個就會幫你即刻入麵包,另外一個人就會幫你即刻撳錢收錢,睇得出佢哋都盡咗力去配合。不過如果真係有幾十個排隊,我真係點都唔會排!

首先,三個包要$117 !我俾錢嗰陣時都有少少震驚,冇留意到3個包要咁貴!

試左提子包先,因為係我鍾意嘅,第一口就非常之凍,凍死我,但係食落去又唔係好凍,個提子幾好食,甜嘅。但係感覺上同cream又唔算好夾,即係等於1層cream上放左幾粒提子,其實同分開食都冇乜分別。但係個主角應該係牛角包,因為個包真係好好食,好香好脆,好新鮮,入面咬開係一層層好分明, 好靚! 其實應該淨係買牛角包都夠食。呢個提子牛角包要$45 ,好貴!

跟住再食試吓嗰個香腸包,個香腸好好食,熱嘅,好香,而佢嗰個酥皮都好趣好鬆好熱!

嗰個芝士牛角包應該係最好食! 佢個芝士啱啱新鮮出爐溶入喺啲火腿餡料入邊,好香,好好味!而且味道有少少甜甜地,其實有啲似食緊pizza,但係係高質嘅Pizza嘅味道!

整體來講,呢間既包,係好食嘅! 因為人流好多,啲包去得好快,所以佢嘅新鮮度係好高,好熱好脆口!但係如果計埋價錢,其實都幾嚇人,性價比就比較低。

但係如果只計想食好東西的話,佢係值得食嘅!你話我會唔會再食? 我都會再食呀!

I love Croissants! I would say this is really the best croissant in town!

Their croissants are soooo crispy, with lots of puff pastry, you can tell from the flaky layers from its cross section. Indulge yourself in the very buttery smell and taste, you could hardly resist the temptation.

The financier is slightly crispy outside while soft and moist inside.

I recommend the original flavour, no matter for the croissant or the financier. I tried some of the others, but still found the original one the best.

Simple is best and less is more. If one is outstanding enough, one doesn't need anything additional.

去到K11Musea,冇理由唔去一去Gontran Cherrier ,買咗個香印提子牛角包,可能係成間麵包店最貴嘅牛角包,我都唔係好肯定,好似$46(我可能會記錯😅)牛角酥裏面包住嘅係有吉士忌廉?(應該係除非唔係🤣)仲有幾粒香印提子,其實有少少可惜,三個味道好似互相搶大家咁,尤其是牛角包同香印提子,當夾埋一齊食嘅時候好似食唔出大家優點,變得有少少失色,單獨食香印提子我覺得好好食、就正如原味牛角包係最好食一樣,所以我下次都係買返原味牛角包就算。

由細到大都好鍾意食麵包,尤其是係牛角酥,一直以來以為只要熱嘅牛角酥或者麵包就覺得好好食,跟住開始留意吓邊度有出名嘅牛角包,都會去嘗試買來食,之前聽過同事講bakehouse嘅牛角包好食,於是我就去買黎食,我發現我都好普通相反佢嘅蛋撻就好好食,跟住又聽人講過K11 muses 地牢呢一間嘅牛角包好好食,我又再一次買來食,我買咗兩個原味,一買即食嘅時候個麵包好趣而且好香,有少少想食呀食埋第二個,事實上真係好好食,有少少停唔到口,因為要趕住食飯所以費事食飽咗,之後到咗夜晚,返到屋企,其實已經唔知幾多個鐘頭之後嘅事,個牛角包已經凍哂,因為夜晚有少少口痕於是攞嚟食,第一啖咬落去,佢居然仲係脆,而且個牛角酥比起熱嘅時候更加香更加好食,我以為凍咗會差啲,但我覺得冇,我覺得佢仲更加食得出多啲嘅味道,呢件食物如果凍咗都仍然好食咁我相信佢真係好好食,所以我話向我心目中係第一位👍🏻

本身我個人唔係話太鍾意食麵包不過牛角包相對上有興趣 有次同朋友傾開佢話呢間係全香港最好食嘅牛角包 勁誇張🤣點知我上網search下原來係被評為法國最好食嘅牛角包添所以行開街就專登過嚟買試吓見到佢勁多人排隊比錢揀麵包嘅時候見到佢有好多款我試新野 一定要試左一個原味先😋所以揀咗一個原味同埋一個有士多啤梨( 佢個樣好吸引)真係好鬆脆 + 香 我覺得兩個好好食即使有cream嗰個都唔會好甜佢地係自設麵包工場 所以要排隊嘅時候都會見到不斷有麵包啱啱焗起出爐

( 佢個樣好吸引)


真係好鬆脆 + 香 我覺得兩個好好食
即使有cream嗰個都唔會好甜
佢地係自設麵包工場
所以要排隊嘅時候都會見到不斷有麵包啱啱焗起出爐

I got the blackcurrant croissant at night (~20:30), not freshly baked, maybe that's why. The croissant itself tasted more like a dessert croissant, less savory. The folds are quite nice, though leaning to a bit bready. I didn't like the cream at all cause it was sticky and didn't have a good texture. I find that it's a bit over hyped, I would probably try the plain croissants or the ones without cream for a better experience.
