朋友成日話尖咀有間好正既台灣菜,老字號一定要去試下。今日終於有機會,但原來已經改左名係圓山飯店,好彩地址冇變,終於可以慕名而來。佢地個門口係正大街,真係好易搵。上到去原來都幾大,好啱大班朋友一齊去食。坐底侍應勁有禮貌,仲介紹好多好餸比我地。前菜推薦左呢個皮蛋肉鬆豆腐。豆腐切得好靚,皮蛋係超糖心,三樣夾埋一齊食一啲都唔漏,而且味道仲好夾,咁樣食法真係好得意。然後係煎蠔餅,佢唔係一般既蠔餅,佢用既蠔真係好大隻,而且仲炸過,所以特別爽口同冇咁水,蛋身都好厚,但中間仲keep到個層啫喱,好犀利。避風塘炒蟹,真係好耐冇食過咁好肉地既避風塘炒蟹,超足料,食到完全停唔到。睇落普通既回鍋肉,但侍應卻好推介,佢既辣叫人食得幾刺激,但又唔會好嗆,真係好夠火喉。之後甜品叫左豆腐花,薑汁湯圓,同棗溶糕。都係傳統甜品,冇諗到佢都做得好有水準。甜而不膩,食完真係好舒服,超滿足。

蚵仔煎同台灣夜市食嘅有啲唔同,
質地較為實淨,蚵仔都大粒啲。口感結實煙韌,味道都唔錯。配上辣醬更惹味。


小炒皇
一向都係小菜的百搭,黎親都要嗌,因為一碟餸裡面有幾多唔同材料,有蝦乾、腰果、魷魚、韭菜花……,小菜唔咸,韭菜花清甜。炒得好惹味有鑊氣,令人胃口大開。


避風塘炒蟹
呢味菜一向都係重頭戲,未上台已經聞到香味,惹味炒蒜,將炒蟹堆在底層,蟹肉在蒜山中吸納了濃濃的蒜香味。夠鑊氣的避風港炒蟹實在是非常惹味,蟹膏結實,蟹肉新鮮,本身唔太食得辣,但真係炒得太香,就算辣都令人食到停唔到口啊

相約朋友食飯,尖沙咀是不二之選,因爲對於大家住不同的地方來說,尖沙咀係比較方便大家。園山飯店是朋友介紹的,因爲之前吃過有不錯的體驗,所以也想讓我嘗一嘗。食店是行一條樓梯往二樓,地方不小也不大,裝修沒特別是一般格局,坐得舒服不拘謹。《避風塘肉蟹》這道菜是原隻肉蟹,用避風塘煮法將一大堆葱蒜炒香肉蟹實在是香噴噴惹味之極。《冰鎮咕嚕肉》一出場的乾冰製造嘅霧化排場十足,就有明星出場之感!味道亦絕不失禮,肉骨仍然保持到那個外脆口感,加上有菠蘿和士多啤梨帶來清新感覺,是一道不錯菜式。《蠔仔煎蛋》蠔仔和蛋永遠係絕配,加埋大量葱花,就更加香口。魯肉飯、擔仔麵飯後更加有免費甜品湯水喳喳,芋頭煲得好腍好軟,喝過這碗糖水,圓滿了這頓晚飯。
