處理龍蝦湯過程繁複,飲得出每啖廚師的用心。如果這碗龍蝦湯是99分,周打蜆湯就是100分佳作,不是龍蝦湯不好味,只是周打蜆湯太好味。

主菜 Porterhouse 🥩 [必點]
選用牛的部份比較靠前腰脊肉後方接近菲力的部位,T骨則在前部,所以可以同時享用到兩種經典的牛排,一邊肉質味重,緊實的肉感,另一邊則是油脂香溢,肉身較軟。

我們選了經典的紅酒味和蘑菇汁,還有多人推薦的青椒汁。這三個醬真是各有千秋,難以在我心目中排一個冠亞季軍,不過青椒汁比較罕見,所以必須推薦。

Combined with vibration and dining, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse provided an excellent ambient for enjoyment of Lunch set. Familiar with the decor in Chicago steakhouse, GHS decorated with plenty of ornaments in art-deco style. Last but not least, steak is the must try dish for gourmet in the top notch standard.

由於實在太豐富,中間的配菜及湯品就不提了,直接來到甜點好了。餐廳的扒房新地絕對不要錯過,雖然只得四款,但每款都是必試的,加上還有苗子最愛吃的扒房招牌蛋白餅,甜而不膩,還有酸溜溜的芒果熱情果果醬來配搭,最後只有捧著肚子走。
